Chapter 16 - I Wanna Be Your Samson

"I'll help you." A voice said behind and Monalisa turned around to see a smiling girl with a ponytail hair.

"Hi." She waved. "I'm Giselle."

"Monalisa."

"No worries, I'd take you to the principal's office. Seems you're new here, you need a uniform. Let's go." Giselle said.

Monalisa nodded and followed her while she started a conversation.

"I saw you with Alexander earlier, are you related to him?" She inquired.

Monalisa hesitated a bit, unsure whether to tell Giselle they were family or not. But if she doesn't tell her now, she's going to find out later.

"He's my..my brother."

"Your brother?" Giselle gasped and Monalisa nodded. "Well, we didn't know he had another sister." Giselle was shocked, she only knew Gabrielle to be his sister.

"What do you mean 'another sister'?" Lisa furrowed her brows.

"Alexander had a sister but she's late."

"Uh?" She raised her brows in suprise. "What? His sister is dead?"

Giselle nodded. "Yes, she died two years ago. How come you don't know that?"

"I was only adopted yesterday by Alex's parents."

"Wow… seriously?"

"Yeah."

"You guys are really funny, I heard him calling you a sorceress earlier." Giselle mentioned amidst a quiet laugh.

"He's just so annoying." Monalisa pouted.

They got to the principal's office and Giselle gestured towards the door. "You can go in. I'll be in my class."

"Thanks a lot. I appreciate your help."

"You're welcome."

At the outer part of Shadow Syndicate Underground Organisation, the sound of booming hip-hop music welcomed Levi as she walked into the dimly lit bar, the smell of cigarette and alcohol filling everywhere.

Her eyes searched the whole room as she spotted a guy dressed in a black attire: leather black jacket and jean trousers. He waved at her and she quickly recognised him as Julian, the man she was meeting.

"Hi." She said, taking a seat in front of him.

Julian stared into her eyes with a grin. Even though, levi was in a disguised form, she still looked strikingly beautiful and he was astounded.

"A glass of beer, do you mind?"

With a stoic expression on, Levi answered, "I thought we were here for business."

"A glass wouldn't disrupt things, I'm quite stunned by your beauty and I want to treat you to a drink." Julia mentioned as he reaches for her cheeks but she slapped his hand away. Julian was a man well known for flirting with woman; that was a solid part of him.

"We shouldn't deviate to unimportant things. You're simply flirting with me and that shouldn't be." Levi warned him. She handed a black card over to him and he stared at it for a moment before looking up.

"It's fine if you don't want beer, just follow me." He stood up and Levi walked behind him.

Through a wooden door was an elevator which led them inside. As they walked in, a lady stopped Julian and gave him a hot kiss while he caressed her whole body.

Levi watched the scene with disgust in her eyes. She wondered what kind of guy he was to act as shameless as this but she's less concerned about him.

Five minutes later, Julian dismissed the lady and touched Levi's shoulder. She slapped his hand away and rolled her eyes at him.

He shouldn't dare to touch her with those filthy hands of his.

"You're highly shameless, you didn't even care about my presence I kept scooping her ass."

"Hmm are you jealous? Tell me do you like me. I wouldn't mind a 'love at first sight' thing." Julian asked, trying to touch her cheeks but she shifted away from him.

"Even if I have to fall in love, a man like you is no option for me. A red flag, that's what you are!" She snapped at him.

"You have such a sharp tongue and the more it cuts through my heart, the deeper I fall in love with you. If you would allow me explore you, I promise you'd never regret it." He winked at her.

"Oh my gosh!" Out of frustration, Levi sighed, rubbing her forehead. "What the hell should I do with you!"

"Just a taste of you and I'm okay."

"Who's tasting who?"Levi wrinkled her nose in disgust. It's just her first time and she's already experiencing this crazy guy, what more was in stock for her?

Julian pulled her by the arm and pinned her to the iron wall. Levi's heart began to beat fast and she wondered what he wanted to do.

"Delilah….I wanna be your Samson." He whispered into her ear. Levi scoffed before giving him a kick on his manhood. He seemed to be in pain but the next minute, he grabbed her hand again.

"Hey! Stop touching me!" She yelled at him and he with the anger blazing in her eyes like wildfire, he knew better than to push her to the wall.

"Easy...easy.. don't scowl." Julian said, raising his hands in surrender. "Now I'll take you to the boss's office."

Levi's heart skipped a beat as she heard him. The thoughts of meeting Sebastian made her start to have butterflies in her tummy and she was a bit nervous.

She quickly reminded herself not to act weird if she doesn't want any suspicion drawn to her. She shook off the feelings and walked with confidence, keeping her chin up high. She was ready to face anything.

They both entered Sebastian's office and the smell of cigar hit Levi's nose. She looked around the whole room which was looming with a dark aura which Levi sensed.

"Boss." Julian called and he turned around his swirl armchair to face them.

"Here's the lady. She's fit for the task." Julian mentioned, giving the black card from earlier to him. It contained information about Levi's disguise name, 'Delilah Joe' and it was just like an identification card.

Sebastian read the content before lifting his head with a satisfied smile dancing on his lips. This is just the exact person he wanted.

His gaze fell on Julian and then on Levi who still had the unperturbed look plastered to her face, expecting Sebastian's answer.

With Sebastian staring at her like she was one of those advert billboards, she bagan to feel uncomfortable.

"Delilah Joe, you're welcome to Shadow Syndicate and make sure to do your job properly. Here, we console zero tolerance for laziness. You can start work, Julian will tell you more about the do's and don'ts." He said, his voice sounding cold; still it commanded authority.

"Yes Boss." Levi gave a firm nod.

"You can leave." Sebastian ordered them and they exited the room. Julian began to inform her about some things and she was surprised to see this serious part of him. If he had this sensible part of him, then why was she acting like he needs one of those sickbeds in the hospital?

"You should understand that whatever happens here dies in here and you're not allowed to disclose any of private information to anyone. The repercussion isn't a good one and you'd have to suffer and die eventually. Anytime you're outside here make sure to zip up properly and don't talk without caution." Julian said with so much seriousness in his voice with his eyes fixed on Levi's shining golden ones.

"I do understand." She told him with a nod.
