After almost three hours, Bridget finally made it back home.
She opened her car's door and rushed to the back seat to grab the heavy plastic bags.
Her hands were busy carrying the bags, that's why she closed the doors using her leg.
Then she rushed inside her house.
Thankfully, the bodyguards that her dad hired for her now have their own house right next to her to keep an eye on the surroundings, which is why she and Matthew are alone.
" Matt?" In confusion called out Bridget, as she looked around her empty room, and Matthew was nowhere to be seen.
However, Bridget placed the bags carelessly on the bed and grabbed her phone to call the other male.
Just a second after that, Matthew picked up the phone.
" Bridget." Why is Matthew breathing so fast?
