West amber lake lured how many couple,
whose surface wrinkled how many ripple,
perhaps ripple haunted shifting willow,
so willow kissed lake reflected shadow.
Crisp rain echoed with bell from hush temple,
whose music haunted listening maple,
perhaps music came with chirps on meadow,
so ripple came with rain dropped in billow.
Couple paddled on boat drifted with tide,
watching water waved on and kissed shoreside,
as though west lake and shore were south beauties,
as though they had been there for centuries.
Couple leaned on each other on canoe,
listening music haunted west lake view.
