Love was roses from groom's hand to bride's hand,
that spread fragrance of love in church with band,
and band's music echoed laughter of guests,
that brought couple love's romance from forests.
Love was lily beneath leaf's umbrella,
that stood on amber lake with green mirror,
and huge leaf's umbrella above lily,
that covered burned sunshine from pale beauty.
Love was fall leaf in wind of autumn sigh,
that fluttered down tree feet like butterfly,
and leaves at tree feet turned to sheet cover,
that turned to mud beneath snow in winter.
Love was snowflake danced through white hair mountain,
that melted to water, flowed into plain.
