Greenish caterpillar on sea of grass,
wormed through green leaf of boat on lake with glass,
through waving tides of swaying willow trees,
through fragrant sea with song of honeybees.
Caterpillar inside stone-like cocoon,
dreamed of the sea of stars with boat of moon,
of fragrant sea with pale blossom of snow,
of sea of grass with green swaying willow.
Caterpillar with strength of dream and love,
broke through cocoon bounded beauty of grove,
and danced around blossom like white snowflake,
through willow hair shadowed in arms of lake.
Pale butterfly toward blossom of snow,
fluttered through leaves through fragrance through shadow.
