Summer night breeze, like water in desert,
blew summer night coolness like night dessert,
and shared dessert with leaves like butterflies,
which left water branch and left like fireflies.
Pale moonlight through tree branch, like lake water,
shined through fall leaf in air like fall flower,
which swirled in breeze through path of pale moonlight,
toward tree branch, tree peak, and starless night.
Distant earthen lamps with white light like stars,
brightened the street streamed down the tides of cars,
sighed in night breeze, the stars filled starry night,
which shined down earth and became neon light.
Full moon, like stars mother, alone in sky,
watched over stars and leaf like butterfly.
