Find a Quiet Moment: When you arrive at the location, find a spot where you can sit or stand quietly. Close your eyes and take several deep breaths, grounding yourself in the energy of the place.

Tune Into the Energy of the Place: As you breathe, open your mind to the history of the location. Feel the air around you, the ground beneath you, and the energy flowing through the space. Imagine the layers of time stacked upon one another.
