Step-by-Step Instructions:

Find a Quiet Space: Sit comfortably in a quiet room where you won't be disturbed. Close your eyes and take three deep breaths.

Focus on Your Breath: Allow your breath to become rhythmic and natural. With each exhale, let go of any thoughts or worries, and with each inhale, imagine yourself becoming more centered.

Pose a Question to Your Intuition: Silently ask yourself a question that's been on your mind. It doesn't have to be life-changing—it could be as simple as "What should I focus on today?"

Wait for a Response: Don't force an answer; instead, be open to whatever arises. It might be a word, a feeling, an image, or even a subtle sense of knowing.

Record Your Experience: Once the exercise is complete, write down what you received, no matter how unclear or fragmented it may seem. Over time, you'll notice patterns forming, and your ability to receive intuitive guidance will become sharper.
