Chapter 8 - Developing Intuition – Trusting the Whisper of the Inner Voice

Exercise 3: Intuitive Journaling

Keeping an intuition journal is an excellent way to track intuitive moments and learn how to recognize patterns in your inner guidance. This exercise will train you to become more aware of when intuition is speaking to you.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Daily Reflection: Each evening, set aside five minutes to reflect on your day.

Ask yourself, "When did I feel guided by intuition today?"

Document the Moments: Write down any moments where you felt a strong gut feeling, an unexplainable hunch, or a moment of clarity.

Note how you felt, what the situation was, and whether you acted on it.

Look for Patterns: After a week, review your journal. Do certain types of situations tend to bring out your intuition?

Do you notice any recurring themes or feelings?

Learning to Trust: Over time, this journal will help you learn to trust your intuitive guidance more fully. You'll see how often your inner voice speaks, and by reviewing your experiences, you'll start to differentiate between intuition and fear-based thoughts.
