Thousands of years ago, a group of twenty experts from one powerful master reached the peak of the cultivation realm. At this moment, the demons had been running rampant but luckily for everyone, almost nine out ten people cultivated thus the humans were not suppressed a lot.
The twenty experts confidently led the humans to fight against the demons and after a struggle that lasted for six months, they finally reached the demon king's castle. They fought there for weeks and finally they reached the demon king. After a battle that lasted hours, the demon king was finally subjugated and for there was no known method to kill them, they were sealed in an extra dimension.
These humans were hailed and were given the special titles as noble for a whole of eternity. Years passed and they established their own families passing down the cultivation techniques and skills from one generation to another. Unfortunately as years passed, the history became forgotten and the threat of demons was also forgotten.
It became up to these families to carry on the secrets and get ready to fight back when called for. These families practiced their duty with utmost dedication and they have found ways to make sure that their families do not get erased from the present as nobles as economy has become the culture.

"Did you hear that the young miss from the Byron family is pregnant?"
"Shh, that is supposed to be kept as a secret."
"I hear that she was yet to get married."
"Shh, it is said that the father has disappeared and even with the Byron family's connection, they have not yet identified who he was."
"Is it even possible, the Byron family can reach out to anyone they wish like no matter his location."
"Rumor has it that she is now pregnant for the 12th month."
These were the most prevailing rumors in the city. It was unheard of that a woman went for twelve months without giving birth yet. The rumors were not supposed to have spread for this long. For a family as prominent as the Byron family, it was impossible for them to lack counter measures.
But still, they let the rumors spread. There were tall sky scrapers and at one of the tallest, one could see the name Byron Family written on it. It was impossible for no one to not know who owned the tallest building in the city which was almost the tallest in the world. The Byron family had the one distinguishing factor from everyone which was their blue eyes and hair.
They also had the largest mansion in the city and also in the country. To say that they were famous was an understatement. It could be said there was a reason it was called Byron City. That was not to mention the fleets of cars they had and how many planes they had starting from choppers to passenger planes. They who had the ability to control the market.
They were a family that was said to have more wealth than all the African countries combined. They owned over a hundred islands and even had some part of the oceans as part of their private property. They who had loaned the government more money than it could generate in a hundred years.
As for the rumors, they were acting like they did not exist at all. They were unbothered and with time, the rumors were going to die down. But one could wonder why they were not sending the daughter who had brought shame to the family away. Could it be that they were waiting for her to give birth then send her away?

Well, two months later, a physician was summoned to the family. He was supposed to make sure that the young miss of the family gave birth safe and sound. The birth process was a success and when previous mistress of the family took the baby boy in her arms, her face contorted and her eyes shone with a strange light.
The first thing she noted was the fact that his hair was red and when the kid opened his eyes, they too were red. There was no distinguishing factor where a family had red eyes. It was impossible for the baby to have red eyes rather than blue eyes. Everyone from their family was supposed to have blue eyes in the least.Â
If the baby had red eyes, it meant that the baby had the dominant genes from his father. This was what they wanted to check before they sent them away. Now they were ready to send her away. The physician was paid and he left. As for the baby, he was taken by the old lady and their destination was unknown.Â
Few days passed and the young miss failed to wake up. It was a shocking event that was never anticipated. A few hours later, it was confirmed that she had died. The physician was never heard of again and a meeting was called upon for. The cause of her death was unknown and the father was unknown.
The Byron family was not as savage to throw a kid away. Even if he lived for hundred years, he was going to have no impact on their wealth. In this meeting, they were supposed to decide the position of the newborn. At a large room with a large table with seats numbering up to fifty was fully packed.Â
Only one seat was empty and that was the head's seat. Every person who claimed to be an elder of this family was seated. They all had that striking similarity of the similar blue hair and eyes. They were all discussing various non important matters and they had the luxury to laugh. All went silent as footsteps approached at a distance.Â
The table was covered with a blue cloth and the floor had a blue carpet that snaked from the entrance to the large table. All eyes turned to the incoming person. Blue hair and dressed in a robe rather than a suit. He was 6'4 tall and his steps were calculated and measured such that no stride was wider than the rest.
One could not miss the fact that even his breath was calculated. The fact that he did not stray from his path despite the fact that he had his eyes closed was enough to get cautious before him. He was supposed to be the oldest person in the family but he was in his late fifties. He finally reached his seat and there was silence as they waited for him to open the meeting.
The meeting room had a large screen at a wall and on the table at each seat was a screen. The large screen lit up and a powerpoint slides were displayed for all of them to see. It was also displayed in the screens on the table.
