"Damn you! Why don't you lend a hand to your senior?!" Feeling the difficulty of separating from Kang's body, the blood demon spoke, his intent damn clear yet Kang decided to let him do the whole thing on his own.
"You designed this trial, didn't you? Then you have to handle the consequences of your choice." Tilting his head, Kang took a glance at the blood demon before replying casually. What pissed him off was the fact that he lost 15,000 blood for the demon to just construct his body in the real world, which he thoughts were something impossible.
"Why the hassle? You could have thought me inside the blood memories!" Hearing Kang's words, the blood demon had a sneer painting his face as he replied to Kang's remark.
"Do you wish to master the crimson aura without any effort? Do you think that I'm stupid to allow such a thing?" Giving up on Kang's assistance, the blood demon took things into his own hands by raising both of his arms high exposed as the injuries began riddling them.
The droplets staining the office floor began evaporating, gradually forming a blood mist around both before seemingly turning into a hurricane, covering the blood demon's arm. Soon, the mist began burning, turning into a crimson flame leaning toward blue before attracting Kang's attention.
"What is this? Fire?" Witnessing the crimson flames covering the blood demon's arm, Kang showed a little interest in what could such a thing do.
Responding to Kang's question, the blood demon clenched his fist as the crimson flames covering his body began racing toward the center, forming a beautiful hue around the fist. Pulling his fist back, Kang understood the blood demon's intent right away, causing him to scream.
"Wait a moment, you can't—" Eyeing the fist closing toward his neck, Kang was caught by the surprise of it being torn before the fist made any contact. Soon, Kang's head began spinning in the air before falling a couple of meters away.
[-500 Blood | Remaining Blood: 34,500]
"You get what you deserve, you little rat!" Feeling the remaining parts of Kang's body collapse, the blood demon drew a smile across his face while stretching his body as the remaining blood mist turned into a wide rope consisting of black pants and a jacket covering his upper body while leaving the center of his chest exposed.
"Were you a human too?" Looking at the blood demon's form, Kang questioned quietly as the old-looking guy ignored him before making his toward the glass windows while his pitch-black hair fluttered against the wind.
"Of course, who else do you think resulted in Argon's death?" Revealing the fact that blood fiends could be killed, the blood demon ignored Kang before continuing, "So this is what a planet from the lower dimension looks like! Are you on the receiving side or…?"
"Receiving side? If you mean dimensional rifts, then yes… I believe are being invaded currently, yet I can't find any clue as to how to get rid of them once and for all. Regardless, when do we start the trial and how could you kill a blood fiend???" Responding to the blood demon, Kang made his intentions clearly.
"Why the hurry? This won't be easy to learn because this will have your talent involved. That's beside the fact, do you think I don't have a purpose by bringing my consensus to reality?" Turning around, the blood demon made his way toward Kang.
Upon a closer look, the man's frame seemed far gigantic compared to a normal human. It made him wonder if the man was a human at all to begin with.
"As someone who is going to learn from me, you should introduce yourself. And maybe you will become one of my Heavenly Demon's successors soon enough once you've proven your worth!" Knowing that a very long time has passed since he made it to the real world and the fact he was in a lower dimension world, the Heavenly Demon guessed that none of his successors remained. At least in this plant.
"I'm curious about one thing. Never mind being a successor, how did you know that this is a lower dimension?" Displaying his curiosity, Kang asked before offering the Heavenly Demon to take his seat.
"The barely existing pure mana in the atmosphere and how weak your constitution was, what else do you think?" Making his way toward the chair, the heavenly demon placed his hand on the chair, causing it to collapse a moment later before resuming his words.
"Your neck flew from a single formless punch, that's quite enough to prove it. Now, call your subordinates if you have any, I'm not going to leave my legacy in the hands of a single person."
"I will do you a favor and teach them the demonic arts. In return, you will allow me to stay awhile so I can have some fun while teaching you slowly. It naturally depends on your talent, but I barely sense anything from you. So, best of luck…" Making his way to the office's door, the heavenly demon left the room while being followed by Kang from behind.
"I wonder what fun you can have as a blood fiend, don't all of us feel particularly nothing?"
"Women? Food? Messing around? There is a lot to enjoy in life, something I didn't like about being a blood fiend. As for your question, we can feel, or at least simulate the feeling to be exact. It takes some years of practice, but I believe any blood fiend can do it as long as they can control their blood. It's up to you at some point whether you choose to feel or not, it of course comes with its negativities as well."
Hearing the heavenly demon's words, Kang had a smile on his face even though he understood well what those words meant and what negativities came alongside them. Still, he decided to practice for his future, yet he had no idea how to.
