Chapter 49 - Chapter 49 : Bubble

Perry stood in front of the counter, looking at the girl in white uniform. The collar and cuffs of her uniform were trimmed with blue, and on the sleeves were the words "Lilith Food Supplier" and a small bread icon. The girl smiled sweetly, bowed slightly, and said politely: "Hello, sir. I'm Miley, please take out your ingredients."

Perry nodded and handed her the ingredients he had packed. Miley took the ingredients and took out a device that looked similar to Oliver's food test board from the counter. However, the test board in Miley's hand was slightly thicker and not transparent. She carefully scanned each of Perry's ingredients on the board, and the food test board began to flash blue light, and then spit out five small pieces of paper from the left side of the board.

Miley handed these pieces of paper to Perry, and the grades, prices and properties of the ingredients were marked on the paper. Perry carefully looked at the information listed on the paper, and was surprised that each ingredient had been analyzed in such detail. Seeing that he had almost finished reading, Miley smiled and asked, "Sir, this is your list of ingredients. Do you want to go in and negotiate the price with others for gold coins, or do you want to exchange the ingredients directly with others?"

Perry thought for a moment and asked, "Can I try to exchange it myself first, and if it doesn't work, can I give it to you to help me deal with it?"

Miley smiled and nodded, "Of course. But please note that after more than two hours, these ingredients will be purchased by us at a low price. If you decide to exchange it yourself, we will help you keep the ingredients here to avoid inconvenience for you to go back and forth."

Perry asked doubtfully, "But if you take the ingredients, how can I exchange them with others?"

Miley smiled gently and explained, "It's very simple. This piece of paper is your transaction voucher. Just pinch it, and the paper will show the appearance and taste of the ingredients, exactly the same as the real ingredients."

Perry couldn't help but feel surprised. He looked down at the piece of paper in his hand and couldn't help pinching it. Sure enough, the paper instantly turned into a piece of tender tofu in his hand! It looks almost the same as real tofu, as light as a feather, and exudes a faint fragrance, making it almost difficult to tell the real from the fake.

"It's amazing!" Perry couldn't help but exclaimed.

Miley smiled and gently reminded: "Time is limited, you only have two hours, good luck. By the way, if you pinch it a little more, it will return to its original state."

At Miley's reminder, Perry gently pinched the piece of paper in his hand again, and sure enough, the piece of paper that turned into tofu returned to its original state. He thanked Miley in surprise, turned and walked out of the reception area, and came to the tent again. After the staff at the door saw the piece of paper in Perry's hand, they confirmed that he had completed the registration and let him into the trading area.

As soon as he entered the trading area, Perry was immediately attracted by the scene here: the trading area was orderly, and the stall owners placed the ingredients to be traded in transparent "bubbles", each bubble floating in a conspicuous position for everyone to browse. Perry saw someone walking by the ingredient bubble, and the person interested only needed to gently poke the bubble, and the bubble would release a glimmer, and then the stall owner would come over to communicate with the other party.

Perry asked the system curiously: "What is the principle of these bubbles?"

The system immediately analyzed one of the bubbles and explained: [This is a 'communication bubble'. As long as you pop the bubble, you can communicate with the owner of the bubble for one minute, which is convenient and quick to communicate. ]

Perry thought it was very practical, but he was a little confused: "Then how can I blow such bubbles?"

He looked around, but couldn't find a place to make bubbles. Just then, a boy wearing a uniform similar to Miley came over. The white collar and cuffs of the uniform were also trimmed with blue edges, and the cuffs were also printed with the logo of "Lilith Food Supplier".

The boy smiled and asked politely: "Do you need any help?"

Perry saw that it was a staff member, so he asked directly: "Excuse me, how are the bubbles here made?"

The boy smiled and explained: "We provide bubble service here. You only need to pay five gold coins for each bubble, and we can help you display the ingredients."

Perry thought that the fee was not expensive and it would be convenient to find a buyer, so he nodded and decided to give it a try.

"Okay, then I need five bubbles." Perry replied.

The boy patted his forehead and introduced himself apologetically: "Oh, I forgot to introduce myself! My name is Tim, I'm happy to serve you." After that, Tim took Perry to the bubble making area.

Perry followed Tim to a small machine. Tim picked up Perry's five pieces of paper, pinched them to make them into the corresponding ingredients, and then carefully put them into the machine. The machine made a soft sound, and then each ingredient was wrapped in a transparent bubble, suspended above the machine, emitting a faint light, attracting passing buyers.

"Okay, each bubble has information about an ingredient. You can take them to a conspicuous place to display them and wait for interested people to contact you." Tim said with a smile.

Perry thanked Tim, picked up the five bubbles with floating ingredients, found a crowded place, placed the bubbles, and looked forward to buyers coming to pop the bubbles and start his first transaction.

Perry carefully placed his five bubbles next to a conspicuous booth to ensure that passing customers could see them clearly. He took a deep breath, adjusted his mood, and prepared to start his first round of trading. After placing the bubble, Perry decided to look around the trading area to find the ingredients he needed - hairy crabs, blood clams, rice, black garlic and cheese.

The trading area was bustling with people, and stalls of all kinds of ingredients were available. The air was filled with the salty smell of seafood and the smell of various spices, which completely aroused Perry's curiosity. He looked at the stalls while walking around, and from time to time he saw other chefs and stall owners discussing prices and exchange conditions enthusiastically.

Not far away, he found a stall specializing in selling seafood. The stall owner was a shrewd old fisherman who displayed several fresh hairy crabs. Perry's eyes lit up, and he looked at the price tag carefully. He found that although the price of these crabs was cheaper than the bald boss he met before, it was still not low, enough to make him secretly calculate how to exchange in his heart.

Perry smiled and talked to the stall owner, who looked like a fisherman: "Hello, I am very interested in your hairy crabs. But I don't have many gold coins, I wonder if you would accept food in exchange?"

The stall owner looked at Perry and smiled: "Young man, my crabs are treasures from the sea, many people come to ask about them and think they are too expensive. But if you have suitable food, I can consider it."
