"Close your eyes," Sara instructed one evening, as they sat cross-legged on the mats. "Picture the fight. What do you see?"
Chloe took a deep breath, her mind conjuring images of Danielle's mocking grin, the deafening roar of the crowd, and the sting of defeat.
"I see her beating me," Chloe admitted.
"Wrong," Sara said sharply. "You're seeing the past. Now look again—what do you see now?"
Chloe's fists clenched as she reshaped the vision. She saw herself landing precise strikes, staying calm under pressure, and walking out of the cage with her head held high.
"I see myself winning," Chloe whispered.
"Good," Sara said with a smile. "That's the fighter you are now. Hold onto her."
