Chapter 7 - Unlimited Blade Works!

"The strength and speed are impressive," Riku said, a satisfied smile crossing his face as he looked at the demon he had just defeated.

Though the Hermes Boots had been enhanced by the system to utilize physical strength, they could also be powered by various forms of energy. The effect of Elemental energy he had just harnessed was remarkable; he had moved with such speed that it was almost impossible to track with the naked eye. The power boost he received from Elemental energy was substantial, and he realized he had only used a fraction of his true potential.

"It's time to open the silver treasure chest," he decided, shaking his head slightly. After recovering the demons remains, he made his way to the silver treasure chest, which lay thousands of kilometers away.

"The silver treasure chest has a significantly higher chance of yielding valuable rewards compared to the bronze ones. I hope it doesn't disappoint." As he approached, he noted the silver light shimmering around the chest, a clear sign of its higher quality. He placed his hand on its surface, anticipation coursing through him.

In an instant, the chest sprang open, releasing a dazzling burst of light.

Ding!

Congratulations to the master for obtaining the Reality Marble - Unlimited Blade Works.

Unlimited Blade Works, originating from the Fate series, was a Noble Phantasm wielded by Emiya Shirou. This Reality Marble granted the ability to form all kinds of swords, effortlessly replicating any weapon simply by observing its prototype. Once a weapon had been copied, it could be stored within the Noble Phantasm, allowing Riku to perform projection magic even without activating the Reality Marble itself.

"Unlimited Blade Works! I can't believe I got this. It's like buying one and getting much more for free," Riku thought, his golden eyes sparkling with excitement. This ability was particularly valuable for him now, as he had no magical energy or techniques at his disposal. Instinctively, he sensed that if he converted all his energy into magic, he would far surpass Emiya Shirou in strength. The potential of the Unlimited Blade Works was truly limitless.

"Ara, ara~ I sensed the reaction of the Elemental energy, so I decided to drop by. I didn't expect to find something so intriguing," a voice called out, causing Riku to tense.

"Angel... No, Flügel! Jibril!" Riku exclaimed, looking up at the figure hovering above him, his heart sinking.

Jibril's long hair flowed gracefully in the wind, shimmering in vibrant hues like a rainbow. Her exquisite features combined to create a mesmerizing face, her skin as smooth as cream, captivating anyone who dared to look. Her figure was perfectly contoured, embodying the ideal proportions that could drive any normal man wild.

However, the sight of her light-like wings and the geometric halo above her head would send shivers down the spine of the strong and bring despair to the weak. She was born to eradicate gods, a weapon crafted by the strongest deity in existence—the Flügel, a race that symbolized death. Among them, Jibril was one of Riku's favorite characters from his past life, the ultimate Exceptional Unit of the Flügel.

Yet, he had never imagined they would meet under such circumstances.

"Oh my, I didn't expect to be recognized. Am I truly so famous?" Jibril mused, her gaze fixated on Riku, her voice dripping with allure.

But Riku had no time to admire her charm. The Flügel were the embodiment of calamity, harbingers of death, and Jibril had a penchant for collecting the skulls of powerful warriors from other races. While she usually preferred to act independently, her interest in Riku's powerful Elemental reaction had drawn her near.

"Just my luck," he thought. He hadn't anticipated encountering Jibril by chance, and the realization left him feeling rather unfortunate.

"However, I'm quite curious about your race. You're not like an elf, nor an demon or a vampire. You resemble those diminutive humans, yet they typically lack such a strong Elemental reaction." Jibril's interest deepened, as if she had stumbled upon a particularly captivating toy.

"This power is much greater than that of most elves." As she spoke, a playful smile graced her lips. "Hey, sir, would you mind lending me your head for study? I've never seen such an unusual phenomenon before!"

"Could you let me go instead? I have something urgent to attend to," Riku replied, desperation creeping into his voice.

"Not a chance! You're destined to be part of my collection~!" Jibril insisted, her smile unfaltering, even as her words sent chills down Riku's spine.

With a flick of her wrist, a pitch-black energy sword materialized in Jibril's hand, its power radiating with overwhelming strength.

"Looks like there's no other choice." Riku shook his head, his expression turning serious. "Projection."

As he uttered the word, light began to coalesce around his right hand, forming a luxurious sword that gleamed with promise.
