"If you are siren then I'm mermaid" his eyes lit up, he immediately lift the corner of the cloth covering her body, making her stunt. she slapped his hand away.
"What the hell do you think you are doing" the boy lower his head while holding his red hand, he mumble in low voice.
"You are lying, you don't have the tail" she was stunt, realising that he was confirming if was an actual mermaid or not.
"Hey I'm sorry don't be sad" he continues lowering his head while sneaking peaks at her, which were so obvious. She shook her head in disbelief, she narrowed her eyes and ask him.
"Hey don't lie to me, lying is not a good habit, if you lie you will become a dog" seeing his silly and childish behaviour, she decide to tease him who had thought that he will start panicking while explaining.
"No no no I'm not lying i-i am really siren bohoho I don't want to become dog, they are bad, they try to bite me whenever I go out" okay now she is feeling guilty about it.
"Hey hey calm down calm down" but nothing seen to work on him as he continues panicking so she ask him.
"Is there's a way to prove what you are saying is true" he pause for her a sec, his eyes lit up and a silly smile appear on his face as he nodded his head.
"Yes yes I can do that" as soon as he finish speaking his pair long pale legs turn into silver tail with red flower shaped pattern on it. He proudly raise his head, to only found her boggling down the pancake.
"I had starve too much and had not eaten proper meal making me see illusion, I need to eat so the hallucination will stop hmm" she didn't believe what she is seeing.

But to her surprise, he move closer to her open his mouth and eat the egg in her palm. His lips touch the skin of her plam, she shiver and immediately tug her hand closer to herself.
Her cheeks heating up again but cause of her dark skin it's not too obvious. Her throat felt dry, she get up but seem to had forgotten that she is naked.
So as soon as she get up the layer of the cloth fall down from her body, she froze for good few sec before picking the layer and wrap herself up.
She take a peek and realising that he is still busy chewing the egg in his mouth, she sign in relief and went to the cave entrance. She scoop the water in her hand and drink it.
She only take few sip after all raw water can cause stomach ache and in her condition even treating it will cost money which she don't have much.
She went inside the cave again looking at his tail, hands and silver hair no matter how much she try to refuse this reality. Everything is clearly infront of her eyes.
"So what's your name" she ask him when she realise, she don't even know how to call him, he blink his eyes and ask with innocence.
"What's that" she was stunt, her eyes reveal pity for him to thought that there's someone who don't know the meaning of name. She lightly patted his head which he seem to like it as he snuggle his face in her palm.
"From now on your name is beiyuan okay" he tilt his head and mutter under his breath.
"Beiyuan haha I'm beiyuan" his ocean blue eyes were sparkling brightly as he smile at her. She smile at him then put her focus on the basket.
There another small bundle in the basket, opening it up, she saw thread and needly with few copper coins, a small smile appear on her face.
She lay the cloth on the ground and take out the purse her aunt had given to her, pour all the copper coin in it also the coins in the bamboo tube.
