She stew the fish with mushroom, throwing few mint leaf she had found while looking around the mountain, give refreshing taste to the soup.
Beiyuan love the soup so much that he lick the bowl clean, after eating the soup he fall asleep, she was amazed with his ability of falling asleep this quickily.
She patted her bloated stomach, she only had eaten few bites before she was full, since the original owner normally don't eat much her appetite is also very small.
She clean the bowl and chopsticks with the water and lay down on the ground, although the surface is hard cause of fire the cave is very warm.
She is also very tired resulting in her falling asleep in just few minutes, her raising falling chest and steady breath show that she fast asleep.
Suddenly beiyuan set up from his seat and walk towards her, the fire yellow light fall on her face in the dark cave, even though she is not some kind heavenly beauty.
She looks pleasing to eyes, beiyuan seat down beside her, his face lacking the childish look from earlier instead his eyes had sharp glint in them.
He lick his pair red lips and whisper "how naive and gullible are you to be able to fall asleep beside a grown up man even if he is a fool he's still a man, are you this comfortable around others too"
Suddenly he felt displeased when this thought came across his mind "hmm humans are really troublesome I should just kill you" he wrap his hand around her neck to strangle her.
But when his hand touch his neck, he realise that she is running fever, frowning he touch her forehead, her temperature is indeed very high, high enough to burn one brain.
"Now I don't need to kill you myself you will die yourself from the fever" he mutter to himself but didn't remove his hand from her neck, his finger caress the skin.
Cause of the fever she felt warm to touch, suddenly she move grabbing his hand, she used it as her pillow, he look at his hand which had been turn into her pillow.
He start laughing in distain, he try to take his hand back but it resulted in her waking up in daze "beibei it uncomfortable, I don't like this feeling huhu"
She was acting like a child making him stunt, he absentmindedly scoop her in his arms, when he came to his senses she was already snuggling close to him, with her hand wrap around his waist.
He wanted to throw her away but at the same time he is enjoying warmth provided by her body, he frown and look at the small figure in his arms.
He get up from the ground while hugging her, he grab one of the cloth piece which she had tear before, he warm some water in the pot and put the wet cloth on her forehead.
He felt irritated but still continues doing it until her temperature drop, he was so tired that he even forget about her clinging to him.
In the early morning jingyue woke up only to find herself clinging to him, heat rush up to her face turning it into beet root red, her movement cause the cloth on her forehead to fall down.
She pick it up in confusion looking at the pot on the make shift stove and the water in it which had evaporated half, then at the dark circle under his eyes.
She is sure that last night she had catch fever, but looking around herself she can tell it's him who had taken care of her, but she is confuse that how do he know about it.
Realising that she is still hugging the naked man, she immediately move away from him, she notice a weird smell on her body, since she had catch fever and sweated alot.
Her body is smelly she grab another pair of her clothes and went to take a bath, after cleaning herself up and clothes she felt refresh and alive.
She went back to the cave, noticing that there's nothing to eat, she went out with the basket and start gathering mushroom and bamboo shoots.
When she return to the cave, she found beiyuan seating with his back towards her cause of this she miss the murderous look on his face.
"Beiyuan look what I had gather let eat breakfast first" she didn't look at his direction anymore, when she was done roasting both mushroom and bamboo shoots, she called him to eat.
Since there's not even oil she can't steer fry them or cook them properly so roasting them is the only option left to her.
"Beiyuan come lets eat" she push the bowl towards him, he pick it up and start munching on them, he had happy smily on his face, jingyue didn't think much about it.
Actually he had thought that she had leave him without telling, since he failed to find her or her belongings so when she came back he was both happy and annoyed.
Happy that she is back, annoyed cause she is effecting his moods, after he was done eating he showed her his silly smile which make her smile but annoyed him.
"So beiyuan what should we do" he pause and look at her seeing that she had serious look on her face, he jock with her knowing that she will become upset.
"Go home" but to his she patted his head and spoke in sympathize.
"Beiyuan do you really miss your home hmm.... Tell me where you live I will take you home" she patted her chest, but his eyes darken as he thought.
'ahh so she want to see where my kind live so she can gather people to kill us or capture us' his lips curl into smile as he spoke in somewhat childish manner.
"I live in sea, it's very big sea along with lots of lot fishes of various colour and size" he look at her with dreamy look, making her slap her forehead.
"Ohh you are right you are a siren ofcourse you live in Ocean"
