Chapter 4 - The Dungeons of Terraverde

Sasha's eyes were now as dry as the desert. She was pretty sure she had used up all of the tears she had in her, weak, tired and cold she dragged herself towards the bars. "Please don't hurt me...I just want to go home" her pleas came out barely audible. "I never thought i'd see the day the Great Lorianne would grovel at the feet of a mere guard" one of the soldiers laughed with mirth.

"What? I'm not Lori-" Sasha began but was cut off, "Look sweetheart, maybe if you treat us nicely like you did with the Late Emperor we might let you go" another one with a lecherous expression mocked her from the other side of the bars. What the hell is wrong with these people and just what were they talking about? she thought to herself completely confused.

"We aren't here to interact with the prisoner let's get back to work" the last guard dismissed the others actions. "Look at you acting all righteous, have you forgotten what this witch did to all our families huh, if not for the Emperor I would have dragged the whore to hell myself." He spat out cruelly.

"Look I think you've got the wrong person I'm not who you think I am." she tried to reason with them. "Tch, I can't stand to look at her anymore, come on Bok let's go spar in the arena". The two rude guards stared her down and walked away leaving the younger one staring at her intensely. "Mister, please listen to me, my name is Sasha Kim I'm from Chang Province I've never met anyone of you before if you could just get me a phone l could call my manager and clari-" she began in a frenzy hoping at lest he would hear her out but got interrupted instead.

"It'll do you no good ranting on top of your voice, you should instead be getting ready to face trial." he said sternly making her more frustrated. Who were these people and what exactly did they want from her, why weren't any of them ready to listen to her?

"At least can you tell me where I am?

He was informed she had apparently lost her memory although he doubted the claim he decided to humour her.

"The dungeons of Terraverde."
