I couldn't stop thinking about what happened earlier. My mind kept replaying the fall, the way that black mist seemed to wrap around me and slow me down. It wasn't like any magic I'd ever seen before. What kind of spell could that have been?
"Micah," I started, still deep in thought. "That black mist... do you think it could be some form of ancient magic?"
She glanced at me as we walked back toward the others. "I don't know. It is my first time seeing that kind of thing."
I nodded slowly. "Weird, who do you think can do that kind of magic? Is it part of a black magic?"
Micah shrugged, it looks like she didn't have an idea about what she just saw. "I don't know as well. It is my first time witnessing that thing."
I sighed in frustration "I just need to know what kind of magic that was. It's driving me crazy."
