I had to find Arielle. She was the cure to our problems. And the one who held my missing heart. The need to break out and find her increased by the second.
Father went to the blackboard and pointed at the word doom. "I do not want to believe your theory until I'm hundred percent sure. Whatever you have written here doesn't have any proof."
"I do, the young woman that left this place— that ran away is my proof. Surely, you can't deny that one too," Simon countered.
Father gritted his teeth. "How do you suppose we find this new doom of yours?"
"I don't know, I'm looking for it too. The only choice we have now, is to find Arielle to try to quell the curse while we continue searching for the second child," Simon said.
