"That's a lot," Atlas muttered softly, drifting on her back in the lake within her domain. The neon moonlight dancing across her skin, reflecting its ethereal glow.

[The Game Makers really went hard on this one. You've got a tent included in the Supply Pack.]

"That's good… but what do you mean by 'game makers'?" she mumbled again, barely disturbing the peaceful water, enjoying her brief moment of recuperation.

[It's what they call those at the top. If you ever get to make it that far, you'd get to make decisions for the realm as well.]

"What they call those at the top? What do you call them?" Her curiosity was piqued as she lazily floated on the lake's surface.

[I call them the Keepers. They give species of defaulted planets a second chance. They're deserving of it.]

"It seems we have a big fan in our midst," she joked with a soft smile. "But… what if I don't want to make decisions? Maybe I just want to go home," she added, a hint of uncertainty in her voice.

[Why? You're home. We all are.]

"You're starting to creep me out, please… go away."

[Okay. Goodnight. See ya t'morrow.]

"Huh… Kelsey? Hey! Kelsey!" Atlas' eyes shot open. She looked around, realizing she was alone in the middle of the eerily quiet lake. Her heart quickened as she started swimming toward the shore.

"Goddammit! This is so creepy," she whimpered. Her strokes breaking the silence of the night.

She swam to the shore and summoned a towel from her inventory to dry off, before quickly slipping into soft, short-sleeved pajamas. The fabric was light and loose, paired with matching shorts. Her feet nestled cozily into a pair of fluffy slippers, which flapped softly against the ground as she hurried back to the center of her domain.

Atlas felt relieved on seeing her trusty skeletons still working tirelessly on the construction. She then summoned the Supply Pack Kelsey had mentioned from her inventory.

Supply Pack (Uncommon)

Description: A pack containing various tools and basic resources such as rope, fire-starters, and a small tent. Useful for surviving in the wild.

Effect: Grants temporary protection from the elements and slightly increases health regeneration when setting up camp.

"I'm guessing the Game Makers couldn't watch as this damsel in distress sleeps unprotected in the cold, naked night," she cackled dramatically.

After several minutes of trying to set up the tent, she finally got it right and crawled into her sleeping bag. With everything that had happened that day, she expected it would be lights out in a few seconds. But then she realized she wasn't sleepy at all, and she was hungry… and bored.

She took out the Rations of Dried Meat and began nibbling at them, as she navigated her system to the Chat to see what was going on.

"…"

Atlas' jaw dropped, staring at the series of prompts she got from her bored-driven marketing strategy. She had never even heard of an Epic-rank item, but there it was, now sitting in her inventory; all because she was bored and couldn't sleep.

[Ding! You have received an order!]

[Ding! You have received an order!]

[Ding! You have received an order!]

[Ding! You have received an order!]

"Kelsey, you'd better have a good reason for going to bed before me." She scoffed threateningly. "This is gonna be a long night," she rubbed her palms together in anticipation.

Summoning all the goblin pack equipment she still had on her, it didn't seem to be enough—but that wouldn't be a problem for her. As she quickly confirmed the first order, she shipped a similar upgraded weapon back, casting Repair on that one. She accepted another trade and threw in a similar upgraded weapon, casting Repair on that one as well. By then, the first one was done repairing, and she threw it in for another.

Her goal wasn't the weapons here—it was the 2 crystals per person from the large population of lords per trade. It was a win-win situation for everyone.

You still think it isn't worth it? Think again.

If Kelsey were here, it would've been a breeze.

[Say no more.]
