Clyde's POV:
I watched her as she slept peacefully in my arms. When she saw me the other day, I thought she recognised me when she was staring at me. But unfortunately, she didn't.
She thought I was so naive that I believed what she said.Even if I didn't know who she was in the first place, I was surprised she was so naive that she didn't think that I would find her identity.
She didn't even realise the fact that I was the greatest mafia boss in G City and it was a piece of cake to find her identity. I wonder how she managed to survive all these years.
There was no way the agency she worked for will let her do this job because it was the same as giving her a death sentence. My guts told me that there were more to this.
Until I get to the bottom of this,I'll make sure I keep her close so I can protect her. I just hope she'll recognise me as soon as possible. Until then, I'll make sure I don't make the same mistake.
I won't lie to myself again. I love her and I'll make sure she knows that. I will not watch her go again.
After all these years she hasn't change one bit. Always making faces, acting feisty and sharp mouthed even when she is afraid. The only thing that changed was that she had become more beautiful and thin and she didn't remember me.
I didn't even notice that it was morning. I kept caressing her face till she opened her eyes.She immediately slapped my hand away and struggled from my embrace.
"Let me go!" She said.
I didn't respond rather I hugged her tightly.
"What do you think you're doing?" She asked.
"Just making sure this isn't a dream. And even if it is, I want it to last forever."I replied.
"What do you mean by that? I believe I'm not the first woman you've ever been with. Wait,are you that bad at that area that no woman likes you." She said .
"So that's the first thing that came into your mind? Well maybe I can show you how good I am."I said sarcastically but I was serious .
"Wait what do you mean by…"
I silenced her with a kiss. When she tried saying 'stop', I took advantage of it and let my tongue in.Once my tongue intertwined with hers,it felt magical. I hadn't done this in years .
But unfortunately,she wasn't cooperating.She bit my tongue. While I was recovering from the shock, she escaped from my embrace and ran to the bathroom.
I wasn't expecting that. She used to love my kisses and she normally stole a kiss from me from time to time. I thought she would remember something after that encounter. But unfortunately, she didn't.
I know she has face blindness but there was no way she would forget her feelings for me that easily. She loved me and she made that clear. How can she forget me like that?
Maybe I should take things slow. I must not forget that I was the one who hurt her and maybe she lost her feelings for me or she choose to forget me. No matter what the truth is, I'll win her back.
Another thing she thought I didn't know was that she wasn't the one who wrote those wishes. Her friend Lina was the one who wrote them. But she only wrote some boring stuff like playing board games like chess.
So I decided to spice things up and make my own list. It was the things we did in the past and the ones we always wished to do in the future. I hope that will be enough to make her remember me.
I know every thing about the agency and I have eyes there as well. I was still trying to decipher why the agency choose her of all people to do this dangerous mission.But until then,I'm going to protect her and make her remember me.
She came out of the bathroom in a bath robe. When I tried to get close to her she said "Go take a shower, you stink".
I knew that I don't stink but I understood she was asking for some space and I was going to shower one way or the other so I just went to the bathroom. I know I stole a kiss from her and I hope she didn't hate me for that.She used to do that all the time and I never complained. I will try not to do that again.
But honestly,that kiss felt good. I still remember the feeling of my tongue touching hers. It was… Sh*t!!! I got hard thinking of that kiss. That hasn't happened in years.
I just hope I survive these 30 days. Remembering how she reacted to my kiss,it will be hard to convince her to even give me a peg. I just hope she'll come around after some time.
Until then I'll just enjoy the feeling of having her back. I really wanted to touch her but I won't do that against her will. It will be hard but I'll manage it. Some handjob might do the trick when I get hard again.
I immediately dressed up and went outside the bathroom after jerking off so I won't arose any suspicion. She wasn't in the bedroom when I entered so I went downstairs.
I saw her sitting at the dining table. I had change the long refectory table to a small circular table with just two chairs so she could face me directly whenever we have dinner .
When I tried to sit down, she stood up almost immediately. Judging from the food on the table, I could tell that she had just started eating and she had only had a few bites.
I immediately took her hand and pulled her back . I made her face me and said apologetically "I'm sorry baby girl. I shouldn't have stole a kiss from you. I promise I will never touch you ever again against your will.Please forgive me?" I held her face as I held my breath and waited for her answer.
"Fine I'll forgive you only on one condition"She said seriously.
"What is it baby girl ?" I asked.
"Stop calling me baby girl! That's the condition." She said frowning.
"That'll be hard but I guess I'll try."I lied. I've been calling her this name for a long time.But luckily she fell for it because unlike her, I was a very good liar.
"Okay I forgive you." She said.
I smiled and said "Eat fast princess. We have a long day ahead."
"What do you mean?" She asked confused.
"You ask too many questions." I mumbled.
