Exiting the City Guard left Sol with a feeling of dread and confusion. On numerous occasions, he and other new gods have come across Dreamwalkers, and never have they operated in this fashion.
Feeding off the energy of its hosts, Dreamwalkers could continuously increase their strength and reach but this one seems to be preparing for battle.
What other reason were they making enchanted weapons?
Did the empire know of this?
If they do it in so much effort to hide its enchantments, how could the empire know?
Sol's eyebrows furrowed, and he felt the urge to visit the blacksmiths and city armory, but he restrained himself. If he showed strong suspicion, they may be forced to act irrationally, so he had to play dumb while gathering evidence.
'The Captain noticed something, I'm sure they will try to get rid of these weapons tonight… that's when I'll strike.' Sol snarled inwardly.
