Kai moved forward, dodging cannonballs and the wild gunfire that cracked through the air. Amidst the chaos, he took a moment to glance around the battlefield. Through the smoke and blood, familiar faces emerged Luffy while Ivankov tried to help him getting back up ,all pushing forward, battling their way toward the Plaza platform. Luffy, with that relentless drive, led the charge, his rubber limbs snapping through Marines like whips, but something was missing.

Kai's eyes narrowed as he watched. "If only Luffy had Haki right now… he'd body the likes of Smoker with ease." The thought gnawed at him. Luffy's raw strength and determination were impressive, but against someone like Smoker, who had the experience and Logia powers, he was fighting with a handicap. It was frustrating to watch. Kai clenched his fist, a low growl rumbling in his throat. He hated seeing Luffy struggle when he had the potential to utterly crush these obstacles.

His frustration was soon drowned out by the rising hum of his system. Kai could feel the runes surging to him, drawn from every enemy he felled. The flow of power pulsed within him, almost intoxicating amidst the carnage. As he moved, ducking under a flurry of blades, he cast a glance down at the bright runes that spiraled around him like flickering embers. "This is crazy..." he muttered to himself, shaking his head as the sheer magnitude of it all sank in. Bodies were falling, explosions rocked the air, and the battlefield felt like a living storm.

Then.....something shifted.

Suddenly, the world around him warped. It was subtle at first, a tremor under his feet. But in an instant, everything changed. It was as if the very earth beneath him turned upside down. The ice cracked violently, splitting apart like glass, and the ground tilted, throwing both Marines and pirates off balance. Kai stumbled, his boots skidding across the ice as the sea below roared, waves crashing unnaturally against the frozen surface. His breath caught in his throat as he turned around.

There, at the heart of it all, was Whitebeard.

The sea itself seemed to bow to the pirate emperor's sheer presence. His mighty naginata thrust into the air, Whitebeard's fists clenched as the atmosphere around him buckled and distorted. The power radiating from him was overwhelming, like the very heavens were being torn apart. The sky fractured under the weight of his strength, and the sea was no longer a vast expanse of water—it was a weapon under his control. He tilted the seas and cracked the sky with a single motion. The ground groaned under the pressure, fissures opening as far as the eye could see.

Kai's eyes widened, his heart slamming in his chest. "My God..." he whispered, unable to tear his gaze away from the terrifying power on display. Whitebeard's strength wasn't just formidable—it was biblical. It felt as if the world itself had been flipped inside out by his will. The power to reshape the battlefield, to literally bend the sea and sky—it was something that no human should possess.

Instinct kicked in as the ice beneath his feet shattered. With quick reflexes, Kai impaled his Cleanrot Knight's sword into the ice, using the blade to anchor himself from being thrown off balance. His knuckles whitened as he gripped the hilt with all his strength, the freezing wind howling around him, but he remained steady. He could barely hear his own breath over the roaring chaos.

For a moment, time seemed to slow. Kai's mind raced, absorbing everything around him—Whitebeard, the pirates charging through waves of Marines, the ice crumbling like fragile paper beneath them all. It was like standing in the middle of a collapsing world. He gritted his teeth, feeling the raw, unfiltered power that flowed through the battlefield. "How can anyone fight this...?" he thought, his mind reeling.

Kai threw a quick glance toward the plaza, his sharp eyes scanning the battlefield in an instant. Amidst the chaos of flying cannonballs and clashing swords, one entrance stood out like a beacon. One of the towering walls of the plaza had been blocked off entirely, sealed by the massive, motionless body of Oars. His colossal form lay sprawled against the blockade, creating the only visible opening to the plaza.

Kai's brow furrowed as he took in the scene. Marines were pouring cannon fire into the bay, relentlessly pounding the frozen battlefield from every angle. The pirates were pinned, unable to advance further into the plaza. They were trapped, the massive ice sheet acting as both their battlefield and their cage. Cannonballs rained down, explosions rocking the area as screams of both pirates and Marines echoed through the chaos.

"That's it..." Kai muttered under his breath, his mind racing. "They've funneled us. Every heavy fighter from their side has already pulled back into the plaza." It was clear as day now—this wasn't just a random assault. The Marines were executing a calculated move. They wanted to corner the pirates in the bay, finishing them off with cannon fire while keeping them trapped outside the plaza's walls.

"And I know Oars isn't dead yet." The thought sent a shiver through him. Kai's breath steadied as his mind clicked into place. "We've got to break through. If we don't, they'll crush us with cannon fire while we're trapped out here."

As Kai sprinted toward the opening, the ground beneath his feet trembled with Whitebeard's immense power. The tremors were so fierce that it felt like the seas themselves were being torn apart by the old man's might. Kai looked back, and there stood Whitebeard at the front of his forces, his bisento raised high, his voice booming over the sounds of battle.

"Everyone—push forward! Over Oars! Break through!"

The command sent a ripple of energy through the pirates, igniting a renewed surge of hope and determination in the face of the seemingly impossible odds. Whitebeard, the very symbol of their strength, had given them an order.

Kai paused for a brief second, watching as the pirates, filled with vigor, hurled themselves forward, scrambling over the massive body of Oars. It was the one path to the plaza, the final breach they needed. Even as cannonballs rained down and Marines poured in from all sides, there was no turning back now.

Suddenly, amidst the chaos, the surface of the sea below began to bubble and stir. A deep, thunderous groan echoed across the battlefield, barely audible over the explosions and cries of battle. Kai's sharp eyes caught it immediately—a massive coated ship was slowly rising from beneath the water, its form piercing the surface like a leviathan from the deep.

"About time, that's my chance," Kai whispered, his heart racing.

He bolted forward, dodging cannon fire and cutting down Marines in his path, his breath ragged as he approached the massive ship.

But the climb was anything but easy. The sheer sides of the coated ship were slick with seawater, and the chaos of battle raged on all around him. As Kai grabbed hold, his fingers slipping against the wet surface, he pulled himself up with everything he had. A cannonball exploded nearby, shaking the ship violently and nearly throwing him off. But Kai gritted his teeth, digging his sword into the wood to steady himself. With sheer force of will, he hauled himself aboard, landing with a thud on the deck, breathing heavily.

Just as Kai was catching his breath he noticed that the ship is already full of pirates Whitebeard, and his commanders 'how did they even get here easily…', a massive shadow loomed over the ship. He turned, his eyes widening. Oars had stirred.

With a guttural groan, the giant pirate's massive hand reached out, gripping the side of the ship with fingers the size of trees. Oars was awake. His bloodshot eyes flickered with a faint glimmer of life, and despite the multiple cannonballs lodged into his flesh, he let out a roar of defiance that shook the battlefield.

"Oars..." Kai breathed, watching in awe as the massive giant slowly began to rise, his massive form still towering despite his mortal wounds.

Oars gripped the ship in both hands, his muscles bulging and veins popping as he gathered all of his remaining strength. With an almost herculean effort, the giant pirate pushed the ship forward with a force that sent it careening across the ice. The ship slid with a thunderous screech, gliding toward the entrance of the plaza with Kai and the few pirates on board holding on for dear life.

Cannonballs pounded into Oars as he pushed, the Marine forces focusing their fire on him now. Explosions tore into his already broken body, but the giant did not stop. He let out a roar of agony but continued, determination burning in his eyes as he propelled the ship toward the entrance.

Kai clung to the railing, his heart pounding, watching in a mixture of awe and horror as Oars took blow after blow, yet refused to give up. "He knows very well he'll die… yet he is still pushing…" The realization hit Kai like a ton of bricks. Oars, even in his final moments, was willing to sacrifice everything for his friend.

Just as the ship reached the plaza, Oars let out one final, earth-shaking bellow. His enormous body finally gave out, and he collapsed forward, crashing to the ground like a fallen mountain. His breathing was labored, shallow. Blood poured from his wounds in rivers, staining the cobblestone below in a crimson sea.

With a hoarse, fading voice, Oars spoke his final words: "Save Ace... at all costs."

Kai stood on the deck of the ship, his hands gripping the railing tightly, watching as Oars fell. There was a deep, guttural sadness in the pit of his stomach. The giant, who had fought so valiantly, who had risked everything, had given his last breath for a chance at rescuing Ace.

"Oars..." Ace's voice cracked from the execution platform, his eyes fixed on his fallen comrade. There was grief there, but also a burning resolve. Ace, despite being shackled and moments away from execution, felt every ounce of the loss that their side had endured. His gaze lingered on the giant, and the silence that followed was louder than any explosion, any roar of battle.

Even Whitebeard, the strongest man in the world, allowed a moment of silence. His eyes, though fierce and unwavering, softened as they rested on Oars' still body. There was a deep respect in his expression, a fleeting moment of sorrow that passed over his grizzled face, but it was quickly replaced by steely resolve. Whitebeard straightened his back, the weight of his bisento resting in his grip as if it were an extension of his arm.

"Men..." Whitebeard's voice rumbled through the battlefield like a thunderclap, cutting through the chaos. Every pirate within earshot stopped, their eyes snapping to their captain.

He raised his hand high, the power of the Gura Gura no Mi trembling in the air around him, making the very atmosphere quake. His voice roared over the din of battle, louder than cannon fire, more commanding than the roar of the sea. "Scatter around, do not group into one location, Today, We Save Ace and destroy the Navy!"

The pirates erupted in a thunderous roar, their voices filled with fury and loyalty. They surged forward, a tidal wave of bodies, their spirits reinvigorated by Whitebeard's command. This was the moment. They had lost many, endured hell, but now, Ace was within their reach.

Kai, standing amidst the chaos on the ship's deck, felt the ground beneath him tremble as Whitebeard's words sent a wave of adrenaline coursing through his veins. His heart pounded, his muscles tense as he stood with the commanders and the countless pirates surging around him. This was no ordinary battle—this was an all-out assault led by the mightiest of them all.

Kai's gaze fell onto Luffy who arrived earlier in the plaza thanks to Jinbe; crashed in a certain building in the plaza and then he glanced to the Navy, who were growing more frantic by the second. Admirals, vice-admirals, Warlords—they were all preparing for the final confrontation. "I'm out of FP, and the timer for the Wondrous Physick is over," Kai muttered under his breath, feeling the weight of exhaustion settle in. His muscles burned

"but I'm not backing down now."
