"Can someone find Mio for me!"
I requested the people moving around the camp,or should I call it a chaos,as everywhere I turned,there were goblins busy laying out a foundation for a huge town.
With my spirit sense,I had seen all these happening but seen it with my own two eyes was something else. As for Mio,he had gone past my spirit sense range,but was still within the demarcated boundary of the new town.
"Where am I going to get people to feel up this places?"
This question lingered in my mind only for a second before I sensed Mio walk into my spirit sense range.
"Young Lord,you sent for me."
"Yes I did."
"How many more goblins do you need to complete the construction within three months?"
Mio was silent for a while,as he did his calculations.
"To tell the truth young lord,the current number is enough,by adding more of them,we will be forced to have a bigger portion of them in the food gathering unit as to supply enough food for all."
"What we currently need the most is iron,I have scouted the range and discovered a medium iron vein,we have already started mining and smelting the iron for use."
"That is splendid..."
I to was worried about iron but since we were on the mountain ranges,I had hopes that it would not be long before we located a couple of ore veins.
"Don't worry about feeding them, I plan on completely turning them into living puppets that are sustained by world's energy."
Mio's eyes shone after he heard that.
"Then I will have to trouble you young lord,with acquisitions a hundred more rank four origin realm goblins for the work force..."
That day was spent personally altering each goblin into a puppet.
I had to be meticulous since a single mistake in setting up the spirit formation on the goblins would lead to a decrease in their cultivation.
Apart from the live puppet formation,I also added a speed boosting formation,a strengthening formation,a defensive formation that only those above the origin realm could break and a transformative formation.
The transformative formation was there to cover up the ugly features of the goblins.
When I was done,it was already night time.
In front of me stood two hundred and forty rank four origin realm goblins,or rather,two hundred and forty rank four cloaked goblins,that had a wooden mask over their faces. They had no aura or scent.
The extra a hundred and forty goblins were the remainder of the rank four origin realm goblins in the inner cave.
After I had mind controlled this batch,the rest of the goblins moved to attack the camp,but ended up being blocked by a spirit wall at the outer caves mouth.
They had been attacking it ever since.
The spirit wall was a creation of mine,it was a peak mortal ranked spirit wall that not only covered the caves mouth but also the walls,preventing the goblins from breaking out through the caves wall.
Trapped within the outer cave were about two hundred low ranked origin realm goblins. As for those at rank five and above,they were still held up inside the inner cave.
Since none of them could break through the spirit wall,I decided to rest and replenish my spent spirit,for I had a long day planned ahead.
At dawn,I counted a total of one thousand two hundred rank one origin realm goblins, eight hundred rank two origin realm goblins and four hundred and eighty rank three origin realm goblins. As for those at rank five of the origin realm, there were a hundred and twenty of them,fifteen rank six origin realm goblins, four rank seven origin realm goblins and one rank eight origin realm goblin.
I was already a rank six origin realm cultivator, with a battle power capable of surpassing four ranks.
In short,the current me was able to hold my own against a rank one profound realm cultivator.
Facing the enraged mob of goblins,I quickly utilised my spirit techniques and aura to bind the and restrict them,as I pushed them back into the inner cave,in there,I set up a huge version of my refinement formation. I planned on refining the low ranked goblins,and mind controlling the stronger ones to turn them into an elite squadron of guards.
For two hours,I had the refinement formation running, my spirit was slowly being drained little by little as the seconds passed by.
From the one thousand two hundred rank one origin realm goblins, I refined twelve tier one pills,I had decided to categories them in tiers.
I also refined eight tier two origin realm pills from the eight hundred rank two origin realm goblins and five tier three origin realm pills from the rank three origin realm goblins. As for the rest,I bound them with spirit techniques.
I ha to rest first.
Two days later,I walked out the tunnel into the outer cave,following me were a hundred and forty cloaked and masked goblins.
A force I felt was strong enough to ensure the security of the soon to be town.
I had the rank five origin realm goblins divided into five groups,each led by one of my guards,as for the fifteen rank six origin realm goblins, I had them sent to the iron mines,I had infused the little knowledge I had on smelting ang Forging into the strand of will I infused in them.
Each of these goblins was also reinforced with a speed boosting formation, strengthening formation and a defensive formation.
As for the four rank seven origin realm goblins and the rank eight origin realm goblin, I sent them out in search of spirit plants and materials,as I needed them to craft and refine spirit pills and weapon pills.
On them was a spirit formation that enabled me to share their vision.
The bodies of the magical beast were filled with qi,enabling them to withstand the spirit formation power. If the same spirit formations I had infused into the goblins body were to be infused on the guards,none of them would survive the formations activation.
For humans,spirit tools,items and talismans were the only things that could help them enjoy the benefits brought about by formations.
And since not all materials could withstand the activation of spirit formations,special materials were needed.
For example, the hide we skinned from the goblins was one of the special materials that could be refined into spirit armor. The same applied to their other body parts.
In short,most parts of the magical beast could be refined into resources for spirit crafting.
