The alarm cut through the silence. Will pressed his earpiece closer.
"Will, we've got movement on the north side," Aris said through the comm. "Multiple breaches detected."
"What? That's impossible. This building isn't even on any maps."
"I don't know what to tell you. The sensors picked up something. You need to secure that area."
Will glanced through the ICU window at Nakamura, who remained focused on his tablet. "Send security teams to sweep every floor. I want eyes on every corner of this place."
"Already on it. I'll coordinate with the ground teams."
"Keep me updated," Will turned and strode down the hallway. "And Aris?"
"Yeah?"
"Lock down all exits. No one leaves until we figure out what the hell is going on."
"Copy that. Teams are moving into position now."
Will rounded the corner, going to the armory. Something about this breach felt wrong. He'd need to handle this himself.
