With guns pointed to him at all sides, he had no way of escape no reasonable one at least.
The captain started communicating with someone heigh the ear piece in his ear.
" Sir we've made contact with the package, we'll detain him now and taking him back to his quarters. "
" Listen to me closely. I want you to hold your arms out, no funny movements, or your going to eat a face full of led for you. AM. I. CLEAR? "
Quietly obeying the instructions from the soldier, Shinichiro quickly put his arms out with the intent of getting re-captured.
One of the soldiers took out some cuffs that gave off an errie feeling which he promptly ignored, But his body instinctively avoided the cuffs before retaliating with a brutal kick to the soldier.

His action caused an immediate chain reaction.

Shinichiro could only watch as the soldiers fired at him.

this is as a result of adrenaline!
And in that moment Shinichiro's senses had reached a state of heightened elevation.
With the help of his quirk, although he doesn't know it yet...

Although the world was progressing at its normal pace to others, to him it seemed like the world had slowed down....

That was what Shinichiro felt at the moment, as he looked at the soldiers who were a second away from pouncing on him suspended in mid air, mid lunge.
he looked at the bullets that were approaching him at a snails pace every few seconds, the soldiers were moving even slower than the bullets.
He couldn't believe it he could temporarily perceive the world faster than the norm!
He knew he couldn't stop time because although the world was moving in slow motion, It was still MOVING.
He wasn't going to stick around and find out how long this, but he was still going to leave them with a parting gift though.
With that in mind he began his onslaught.
A flurry of punches was thrown to at of the soldiers, a few kicks to the shin of the captain and a bunch of Low blows to the rest.
And for his final trick, the great Shinichiro planned a devious finish to his rain of terror.
The bullets were thrown off their course in such a way that the trajectory of each bullet would ricochet off the walls into the shins of each soldier before finally being embedded in the wall, with a little message.
Taking a look at his handy work Shinichiro then took off, venturing forth , trying to find a means of escape.

Pain. It Was the same thought and feeling each soldier had at that moment, the boy that they thought they had neautralized was nowhere to be seen instead in the centre of their formation was just empty space.
Instead all they could feel was their legs giving out and a sharp pain in their groins.

The captain looked at his men who had the same expression of pain and discomfort from their face, before checking his own shin and made a dreadful realization.
The boy had the ability to easily kill them and yet he let them live..despite threatening his freedom a few moments ago.

Dr Kyudai Giraki could only watch in horror as the special package who's Quirk he had taken special measures to suppress with the drugs had awoken it, now the only way the soldiers could recapture him was by using lethal means.
Slamming his hands down in rage Giraki cursed the captains incompetence for underestimating the package.
He couldn't have that, that man said he needed the specimen alive, if anything were to happen to it he wouldn't live long enough to tell the tale.
GOD DAMNIT ROBOTNIK !!! why did you have to raise that brat into such a rebel!!

No matter we just have to wear him down long enough for his ability stop by itself...but that would mean more losses on our side, we'd be too divided trying to capture him while also securing potential exit routes.

I'd Been running for a while now, but the white porcelain walls of the facility seemed to be endless. It felt like i was trapped in a hospital where everything was coloured white.
There's no way a facility like this could be built on ground without needing a ton of space for it, that means im probably stuck deep underground.
Seems like communicating to the authorities through the control room is a bust... but I can probably get the layout of the facility through one of the control rooms.
With a plan in mind I took of, despite running for a while now I didn't feel as tired as I thought I'd be.
Maybe it's because of the strange sensation I feel through my body? It felt like I was on some sort of sugar rush? Like I was over charged or something and the longer I was running I felt like I was gaining speed.

I was brought of my thoughts when I saw a group of kids fighting off some soldiers some of the kids were laying on the floor injured but still breathing.
I have to strike them before they can react.

Appearing before one of the soldiers I land a soldi blow to his face breaking his face shield in the process.

The transition from normal speed to bullet time was instant, my focus and perspective of the world sharpened as I redirected the bullets trajectory to the direction of the soldier.
Changing my direction to the next one I'm suddenly stopped dead in my heels when I feel a sharp pain pass through my chest.

The soldier didn't let this opportunity pass him as he shot to kill.
