Luke and Ava stepped into the next chamber, still reeling from the emotional trials they had endured. The air was cooler here, less oppressive, and the room was dimly lit by a soft, ethereal glow that seemed to come from nowhere and everywhere at once. Unlike the previous rooms, there was no sense of immediate danger, but Luke couldn't shake the feeling that something was watching them.
The walls of the room were adorned with intricate carvings—images of mythical creatures, battles between warriors and monsters, and scenes of great power. In the center of the room was a large circular pedestal, and upon it lay a book, old and tattered, its cover emblazoned with a symbol that Luke vaguely recognized.
Ava moved closer to the pedestal, her eyes narrowing as she studied the book. "This feels… different," she said, reaching out cautiously.
