Chapter 7 - Feed On Me

There was something in those red eyes that was drawing Kain in, something he couldn't explain. And the craziest part of it all? He didn't want to resist anymore. He didn't want to fight this.

He had been fighting it for so long, resisting the strange bond between them, but now he was done pretending. He didn't want to push Viktor away any longer.

"I wouldn't mind," Kian muttered, the words escaping his lips before he could stop them. His voice was shaky, but the intent was clear. "If you… if you wanted to feed on me."

Viktor froze, his eyes widening ever so slightly in surprise. For a moment, neither of them spoke, the silence stretching between them like a taut string ready to snap.

Viktor's eyes searched Kian's face, as if he was trying to determine if the human truly meant what he had said.

His gaze flickered with an emotion Kian couldn't quite place, hunger, yes, but also something deeper. Something that made Kian's breath catch.

"Kian," Viktor murmured, his voice a soft rasp. "You don't understand what you're asking."

But Kian shook his head, his eyes locking with Viktor's, filled with a determination that surprised even him. "I do understand," he said, his voice steadier now. "I don't want you to suffer. And maybe…" He hesitated, his heart racing in his chest. "Maybe I want to know what it feels like. To be this close to you."

The silence that followed was thick, both of them teetering on the edge of something unknown.

Viktor took a slow, deliberate step closer, his pale hand reaching out to gently cup Kian's cheek, with a tenderness that belied the intensity in his gaze.

The touch was cold, but it sent a spark of heat through Kian's body, making his heart race even faster. He found himself leaning into the contact, craving more.

Viktor's thumb brushed over Kian's skin, his eyes softening as he spoke.

"Are you sure?" Viktor's voice was low, a velvet whisper that made Kian's pulse quicken. "If I start, I may not be able to stop."

Kian swallowed hard, but he nodded. Words seemed unnecessary at this point, drowned out by the thrumming energy between them.

He trusted Viktor, despite everything. Despite the danger, despite the fear that still lingered in the back of his mmind

There was something between them, something more than bloodlust and survival. Something he couldn't fully grasp but was willing to explore.

Slowly, deliberately, Viktor closed the distance between them. His breath was cool against Kian's skin as he pressed his lips near the hollow of Kian's throat, hovering just above the pulse that beat there. Kian's body tensed, bracing for the pain, but instead, a flood of warmth washed over him as Viktor's fangs sank gently into his neck.

The sharpness of the bite startled him, but the pain dissolved almost immediately, replaced by a rush of heat that spread through Kian's body.

He gasped, his eyes fluttering shut as a wave of pleasure swept over him, more intense than anything he had ever felt. His hands gripped Viktor's arms, holding on as if he might lose himself entirely in the sensation.

And maybe he was.

Every nerve in Kain's body seemed to come alive, tingling with pleasure as Viktor, drink from him. The pull of the bond, the physical connection between them, intensified, and Kian couldn't help the soft moan that escaped his lips.

Viktor drank deeply, his lips never leaving Kian's skin, and with every pull, the bond between them tightened.

It was as if their very souls were entwining, drawing them closer in ways neither had anticipated.

Kian's breath became ragged, his chest rising and falling rapidly as his body responded to Viktor's touch, the pleasure building, overwhelming him. He could feel Viktor, 'truly' feel him, not just physically, but in his mind, in his heart.

Every sip Viktor took was like a whisper of unspoken desire, a silent plea for connection. Kian's fingers dug into Viktor's shoulders, desperate, needing more. His body pressed closer to Viktor's, seeking not just the bite, but the intimacy, the closeness that came with it.

For Viktor, the taste of Kian's blood was intoxicating, unlike anything he had ever experienced.

It was rich and full of emotion, raw and unfiltered. With each drop, he felt more alive, more connected to Kian than he had ever thought possible. The hunger that had gnawed at him for weeks was gone, replaced by something far more dangerous, a need, a desire for more than just blood.

He wanted 'Kian', all of him.

Finally, Viktor pulled back, his lips stained with Kian's blood as he released him. Kian's body slumped against Viktor, his legs weak and trembling from the intensity of the experience. His breathing was ragged, his heart racing, but when he looked up at Viktor, there was no fear. Only a soft, languid satisfaction, and something else, something unspoken.

Viktor's red eyes darkened with a mix of satisfaction and something deeper, something primal, as he gazed down at Kian.

He reached out, brushing a thumb gently over Kian's parted lips, smearing the faint trace of blood there. The moment was heavy with meaning, the air thick with the weight of their connection.

"Kian," Viktor whispered, his voice low and rough. "Are you all right?"

Kian could only nod, his voice caught in his throat. His body still tingled with the aftershocks of the bite, but the fear that had once gripped him was gone.

In its place was something warmer, something that filled the empty spaces inside him. He leaned into Viktor's touch, letting himself sink into the feeling, letting go of the walls he had kept up for so long.

For the first time, he wasn't afraid of Viktor.

For the first time, he didn't feel like a prisoner in his own skin.

"I want to kiss you," Viktor's voice was barely a whisper, his lips hovering just inches from Kian's.

Kian's eyes fluttered open, his gaze meeting Viktor's. He swallowed, the anticipation building between them. "Then kiss me," he breathed, his voice barely audible.

That was all the invitation Viktor needed. In one swift motion, he closed the distance between them, capturing Kian's lips in a kiss that was as intense as it was tender.

The taste of Kian's blood still lingered on Viktor's tongue, mixing with the warmth of their connection, a heady combination that left them both breathless.

Kian's hands slid up to Viktor's neck, pulling him closer, deepening the kiss. It was slow, deliberate, and yet, filled with an urgency that neither could deny. Every touch, every brush of lips, ignited a fire between them, one that had been simmering beneath the surface for too long.

For Viktor, it was more than just a kiss. It was surrender, surrendering to the bond, to the emotions he had tried to suppress.

And for Kian, it was acceptance, acceptance of the connection that had always been there, even when he had fought against it.

The world around them seemed to fade away, leaving only the two of them, bound by something far more powerful than either could have ever imagined.

When they finally pulled apart, both were breathing hard, their foreheads resting against each other.
