"So how did the date go between Kiara and her soon-to-be husband?" Mr Davis asked his wife in their room as they got ready to go to bed.
Mr Davis had come home from work not long after Kiara retired to her room for the day. He had wanted to see her and ask her about her day but Mrs Davis was against it, saying Kiara really needed the rest she was getting as she had to go to bed early.
"Well according to her, she said it was okay, though she didn't stay there for long before they both left the restaurant." Mrs Davis replied to her husband as she got into bed beside him after putting her hair in a bonnet.
"She didn't stay there for long? Did something happen at the date? Did that boy say or do something to her?" Mr Davis said with a concerned face and voice as soon as he heard what his wife said.
