Naruto felt good as he looked at the dead cat.
He was in a trance, but soon his eyes turned cold as he turned to look at Danzo, who matched his gaze.
He knew who Danzo was. His methods were cruel—placing seals on the tongues of his subordinates in the Root division to ensure loyalty and silence. If Naruto had his own organization, he would probably use similar tactics.
"Boy," Danzo said in a cold voice. "Do you want to be stronger?"
'Me? Stronger?; Naruto almost chuckled. 'Danzo wants to recruit me? If I joined him, Hiruzen would do everything he could to keep me from becoming Hokage.'
"I'm already strong, old man," Naruto replied, staring at Danzo, who merely smiled and extended his hand to pat Naruto.
"You are strong, no doubt about that. How about this—I'll give you a jutsu to master. If you succeed, I'll give you another one. Each one will be very powerful," Danzo said, shifting from his cold demeanor to a gentle, grandfatherly tone.
'Hiruzen and Danzo are alike... in some ways,' Naruto thought.
"I suppose this isn't for free?" Naruto asked, showing his interest.
"Smart. Nothing too big; just that you'll owe me, that's all." Danzo's face returned to its cold, emotionless look.
"Owe you, huh? Being in debt is never good. I don't want anything from you, old man," Naruto said, turning around and ignoring the old man's glare.
He knew he was being watched by the Anbu. Killing a cat might raise some eyebrows, but he didn't care. His interest in killing was mild; it was nothing serious.
As he was walking away, a kunai flew toward him. He easily dodged, caught the kunai mid-air, and threw it back at Danzo with double the speed. Danzo had anticipated this and attacked him with even greater speed.
Danzo had wanted to test the reaction of the Fourth Hokage's son, and he was left in shock.
'His reaction speed is... remarkable,' Danzo thought, his interest in the young boy growing. 'He will master the jutsu no one has since that Minato brat. His son could very well become the next user of the Flying Thunder God technique.'
Danzo deflected the kunai Naruto threw by countering with another kunai. Though he wasn't Hokage, Danzo was still a seasoned shinobi.

After the Encounter with Danzo
Naruto went straight to the Hokage's office, only to be stopped by an Anbu who appeared in front of him.
"The Hokage is busy. You're not allowed to enter," the Anbu said in a plain, emotionless voice.
"Busy?" Naruto's cold, wide eyes made the Anbu slightly uneasy.
The sun was already setting, casting dim light across the hallway as Naruto took a step back, keeping his eyes on the Anbu before disappearing into the shadows.

[Inside the Hokage's Office]
Hiruzen was reviewing files regarding a treaty with the Village in the Clouds.
"Old man," Naruto said, suddenly appearing in front of the Hokage, startling him.
Hiruzen flinched. "Ah, Naruto, what brings you here?"
"I want to graduate."
Hiruzen looked at Naruto, surprised by his serious expression. His cold blue eyes seemed to be searching for something to challenge.
"Alright, if you meet the requirements," Hiruzen replied, returning to his paperwork, unaware that Naruto had already mastered and perfected the basic jutsu.
"Test me," Naruto said, channeling chakra in his hands, ready to perform the academy's basic jutsu for graduation.
Hiruzen lifted his head to meet with Naruto eyes.
Before he sighed and opened his mouth "Clone."
With one sign, Naruto created a thousand clones, filling the office with a thunderous poof.
Hiruzen had expected Naruto to struggle to make even a single clone, but his office was now filled with Narutos, some even spilling out into the hallway.
"Next," Naruto said, interrupting Hiruzen's thoughts.
"Transformation," Hiruzen managed, watching as all the clones turned into a perfect image of the deceased Fourth Hokage.
Hiruzen stared at Naruto who just gave him a look that made the Hokage slightly unnerved, a realization dawning on him.
"Next," Naruto said in a cold tone.
"Substitution," Hiruzen replied.
All the clones disappeared, and Naruto suddenly swapped places with Hiruzen's pipe on his desk, crouching and staring at the Hokage with a cold, steady gaze.
Hiruzen was met with cold gaze by Naruto as he tilted his head and saw the pipe on the ground and Naruto on table.
'Is he challenging me?' Hiruzen wondered, then quickly shook the thought away. 'No.'
"You pass. An Anbu will bring your headband tomorrow," Hiruzen said. Naruto finally looked away, and Hiruzen instinctively exhaled, realizing he'd been holding his breath. Despite his years of experience, he had never felt this tense around a mere child. For the first time in a long while, he felt... scared.
Naruto left and went back to his apartment, falling asleep without eating.

[The Next Day]
Naruto awoke to a knock on his door.
Yawning, he opened the door to find an Anbu holding a Konoha headband. Naruto took it and closed the door, slipping it into his pocke.
Naruto hungry, ate a soldier pill from the fridge before heading to the bathroom to shower. He changed into one of the Konoha fighting outfits he'd bought from Tenten's father's shop.
After locking his apartment, he went to take on D-rank missions. With his shadow clones, he completed all of them within a few hours.
The rewards for the day were as follows:
- **D-rank Missions:** 5,000 - 50,000 ryo each
- **C-rank Missions:** 30,000 - 100,000 ryo
- **B-rank Missions:** 80,000 - 200,000 ryo
- **A-rank Missions:** 150,000 - 1,000,000 ryo
- **S-rank Missions:** 1,000,000 ryo and above
Naruto completed at least a hundred D-rank missions, earning around 2,500,000 ryo for the day.
However, it wasn't enough for his goals. So, he took on a C-rank mission, which involved transporting valuable goods and confidential scrolls to the Land of Grass, from the Office under the Hokage Office where there sat a lady who handled all the small missions up to C rank missions while all the bigger missions like the B rank and S rank mission was handled by the Hokage himself.
Hiruzen felt a pressing need to change Naruto's situation. He believed that if he contained Naruto, the boy would be tainted and might succumb to evil, ultimately defecting like his prized student, Orochimaru. Therefore, Hiruzen allowed Naruto to do whatever he wanted, but with extra security measures in place.
Despite Danzo's protests, who wanted to recruit Naruto into Root to mold him into an absolute weapon, Hiruzen firmly declined. When Danzo grew angry and unleashed his Killing Intent, Hiruzen's calm demeanor faltered. He met Danzo's gaze with his own Killing Intent, forcing Danzo to retreat, defeated and humiliated.
The C rank mission was about Transporting valuable goods, confidential scrolls over long distances to the Land Of Grass.
However, he didn't outright complete the mission. Instead, he opened the Bingo Book he had purchased and inspected the list of criminals wanted by the village. The book contained details about those with substantial bounties, including some who had raped the daughters of prominent figures, prompting their fathers to place bounties on their heads.
In summary, bounty rewards are typically collected at specialized bounty exchange stations or specific underground locations, where proof of the target's identity and completion of the task are verified. These stations operate as part of a larger, secretive economy that exists alongside the mainstream society in the Naruto world.
Naruto was about to leave when he sensed twenty ANBU, each at Jonin level, following him. It was no surprise; he was the son of the Fourth Hokage and the container of the Kyuubi. If he were captured by another village, it would spell disaster for Konoha. Even though his identity wasn't well-hidden, a spy could easily recognize him.
Taking advantage of the setting sun, he switched places with his clone, who started a fire and set up camp for the night. The real Naruto then took off, suppressing his chakra. After traveling fifty kilometers, he opened his Bingo Book and memorized the faces of the criminals within.
With a hand sign, he created ten thousand clones, each leading a squad of one hundred. He transformed them into various random faces to avoid recognition. The advantage of having a system meant that all the clones had access to his inventory. When they took down the wanted criminals, they could store their heads in his inventory.
Naruto surveyed the clones he had created, nodded, and commanded, "Go." One by one, they merged into the shadows and sped off in different directions.
His team was flawless. As a precaution, he sent hundreds of clones after each target, ensuring that multiple clones were assigned to eliminate a single person. With the Kyuubi's chakra fueling him, he was confident that his plan would succeed.
After 5 hours, Naruto opened his inventory.
[Inventory]:
10 million Ryo, 20x Wooden Kunai, 30x Shurikens, 11x Wild Deer (Dead), 20x Fishes (Dead), Clothes, 80 Kg weights 4x, 10 Kg weights 4x, 20 Kg weights 4x, 40 Kg weights 4x, 60 Kg weights 4x, 70 Kg weights 4x. 10 heads.
And after few more minutes.
[Inventory]:
150 million Ryo, 20x Wooden Kunai, 30x Shurikens, 11x Wild Deer (Dead), 20x Fishes (Dead), Clothes, 80 Kg weights 4x, 10 Kg weights 4x, 20 Kg weights 4x, 40 Kg weights 4x, 60 Kg weights 4x, 70 Kg weights 4x. 50.
The number of heads he collected quickly rose from ten to fifty, and then continued to increase until it hit one hundred. Once it reached that milestone, the count never increased again. Along with the number of heads, the amount of money he gained also surged.
As all the clones he had created disappeared, the information from their missions flooded into his mind. Some criminals had carried cash with them, and some even had millions in their possession.
Drip.
Naruto wiped the blood from his nose and summoned a clone, who grabbed his hand and threw him high into the air. Using his wind affinity, he channeled chakra into his hand, transforming it into swirling wind that suddenly burst forth, propelling him even higher into the sky.
The night air was cold, and once he was above the clouds, he created several clones that grabbed him and launched him even further upward. With the superhuman strength granted by being the Jinchuriki of the Nine-Tails, he traveled miles in mere seconds.
He continued this process repeatedly until he found himself in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by nothing but sand.
Naruto descended from the sky like a rocket, slowing his fall with bursts of wind-style chakra that he exploded intermittently to reduce his speed. He landed on the ground with a thud, transforming himself into an adult with brown hair, a mask covering his face, and a cloak draping over his body.
He spotted ten men with masks covering their faces in the middle of nowhere. Naruto approached them, displaying his Bingo Book, and from his cloak, he produced a head from his inventory to show them.
The masked men exchanged glances and nodded. Each of them began forming complex hand signs, and with a sudden burst of chakra, the ground rose, revealing a single gate that opened before him.
With a calm expression, Naruto stepped inside. He traversed a narrow path that led to a room as a single man guarded by multiple shinobi was sitting on chair with a table in front of him.
"Hello... come in," the man said, his face obscured by a crocodile mask.
Naruto assessed the situation, then entered the room with heavy steps.
"I'm here to cash out these heads," he stated, his tone heavy as he took a seat in a chair and extended his hand. Multiple heads began to appear, dropping onto the table until some started to tumble to the floor.
The man regarded the heads with indifference, nodding slightly. He raised his hand, and another man stepped forward to pick them up, sealing them in storage seals. With a hand sign, he opened another sealed wall that descended, revealing an entirely different room.
This place resembled an ant colony, with interconnected rooms secured by specific seals.
"This will take time; we need to verify them. It will take a few hours. How about you enjoy your time at the bar below while we handle the verification?" the man suggested, his tone shifting to a more professional demeanor.
"No need. I'm here to cash them out, and I can wait," Naruto replied with a sigh.
The man studied Naruto for a moment before signaling to one of his companions. The man nodded and retrieved a storage seal, unsealing it to produce a sofa that was far more comfortable than the wooden chair Naruto had been sitting on.
"Please, take a seat, sir. You'll find that chair much more to your liking," the man urged. Naruto nodded in acceptance and sat on the sofa.
Their hospitality was essential; in this world, power meant everything. The strong would find ease, while the weak would endure hardships.
With another signal, the man summoned several girls dressed in maid outfits and a few in bunny costumes, some of them as young as nine, carrying wine and cold drinks.
"I insist, sir, that you enjoy yourself in another room," he said, his tone remaining unchanged.
Naruto regarded him for a moment before nodding; accepting the VIP treatment was better than rejecting it. After all, it was their job to entertain a certain clientele—those with money, power, and reputation.
It was all the same to him. Naruto entered the designated room, and the girls behind him closed the door, beginning to undress him. He declined their offer and instead settled onto a comfortable sofa, gesturing for the girls to bring him drinks and start massaging him.
He had no interest in the women before him; he preferred strong, fiery women—like the Uchiha in Konoha. Weakness did not appeal to him.
After a few hours, the solid wall dropped, and a girl entered.
"They are verified; you are ready to cash out, sir," she said, bowing respectfully.
Naruto rose and followed her out of the room.
He approached the man sitting in the chair, who presented him with five scrolls.
"These scrolls contain forty million ryo each. Take your time to verify them," the man said.
"Forty million ryo each. I'll verify them, but understand this: if even one is missing, we'll have a problem." Naruto said as he placed his hands on them and they entered his inventory, verifying that each scroll had 40 million each.
"I understand," the man replied as he rose and signaled to a servant. The servant went to another room and brought back the nine-year-old girl, who held a sword and a scroll.
"You can keep her, along with the sword and this scroll, which contains the Roar of the Wind Jutsu. It's a C-rank technique that allows the user to unleash a powerful gust of wind, capable of pushing back opponents and disrupting their movements. This technique can also be used defensively to deflect incoming projectiles. I hope our relationship doesn't suffer from any misunderstandings," he said, extending his hand.
Naruto looked at the offered hand and then shook it.
"Where is your main base? This is a branch one, right?" Naruto asked, studying the man through his mask.
"It's located far from all the villages, beneath the seabed and quite a distance from here. We've established over fifty branches to ensure easy access for those who need us. We don't involve ourselves in village affairs; we simply provide a service that benefits everyone involved," he replied, careful not to say anything that could expose their operations.
Naruto nodded, taking the nine-year-old girl, the sword, and the scroll. This organization clearly had no shortage of money or resources; it must have been established during the warring states period—or even earlier.
Once outside, Naruto held the girl's hand and continued walking until they were a few kilometer away from the base, the girl was silent but she was nervous and was trembling and with each step he took she started to tremble even more
Naruto looked at her for a few seconds then stopped.
"Have you kissed someone, in that place?" Naruto asked as the girl shook her head.
"Hmm, did anyone put anything in their?" Naruto said as he lifted her head and pushed his finger into her Vagina making her yelp as she tried to take his hand away from their.
"No *Sniff*, I was kidnapped by them, I lived in a small house with my mother but they killed her and took me there and said that I will be a Sex Slave." The girl said as she started crying.
Naruto knocked her out and took her pants off and opened her Vagina and saw her hymen still intact.
'A virgin, huh? She wasn't lying' Naruto thought to himself as he observed the girl before him. She had brunette hair and blue eyes, cute enough to grow into a beautiful lady in the future. For a fleeting moment, he entertained the idea of having a family with her.
"No," he muttered, shaking his head to dispel the thought. He could never have a family; he was too unstable. If his mind turned against him, he knew he could kill them without hesitation.
{Ding!}
Quest: "A Legacy Forged in Shadows"
Objective: Make a promising young girl (or any girl with potential) your student.
Reward: 1x Bloodline Purifying Pill (Effectiveness: 100%)
A Bloodline Purifying Pill? I suppose I can make that happen, Naruto mused as he regarded the girl. Although she was older than him, he believed he could make it work.
With multiple hand signs, he sealed her in his hand, and a black square appeared on his palm.
As the sun began to rise, Naruto wasted no time, channeling his chakra and traveling at an incredible speed, causing the ground beneath him to crack and burst open, with a jump he and push from the shadow clone he created, he was in the sky, as he exploded a boulder size wind style chakra ball, propelling him even further.
(Change POV)
(Clone Naruto)
The clone he left at the camp had already completed its mission and already returned to the village. The moment the clone saw the increasing number of heads, he left the camp and completed the mission as soon as possible.
After he gave the scroll to the land of grass people he went back with great speed, he reached the village in an hour or two with the speed he had.
After reporting he received his reward, and then it went to its apartment and created another shadow clone before dispelling itself.
(Real Naruto POV)
The information from the clone eased Naruto's mind slightly as he continued traveling, adjusting his pace back to normal.
Naruto entered the village without alerting anyone. Once in the forest, he created multiple clones of himself, transforming them into various random faces, dividing them into men and women.
After observing them for a few seconds, he said, "You know what to do. Go." With that, they all vanished.
Naruto sent them to purchase shops, restaurants, apartments, and even some houses for sales and renting them. With the wealth he possessed, he was more than capable of acquiring multiple properties.
And with the land he would have, he would become the richest person in the Village and after he claimed the properties of the Uzumaki Kushina which she received from Mito Uzumaki, he will be rich enough to throw millions without a sweat.
