NEXT MORNING
Leonard woke up, looking around. He sighed when he didn't see her anywhere in the room.
"I really hoped she wouldn't leave." He muttered, getting off the bed, only to step on something soft.
Leonard looked down, his eyes widening. There she was sleeping on the floor, the blankets she used to cover up a few feet away from her body.
"What does she think she's doing?" He groaned, lifting her up off the floor and placing her on the bed. Her body against his was like foam against a hard surface.
Immediately her body met the bed, she snuggled into it. Leonard's eyes trailed her body, his eyes showing his desire.
"Fvck." He cursed, covering her with a blanket and dashing into the bathroom.
He had an early meeting by 5am and it was just 20 minutes to that time.
Leonard West grew up knowing he had to take on the West chain of companies. West corp wasn't the only business or enterprise they had. His grandfather doted on him. While his father treated him like was some machine he made to take over the business. Of course he loved management and everything under it, but along the way in his studies, he and his friends had acquired some shady things; if it landed in a criminal's hand, it could be the start of another war. That was when he met Nana, she had saved him from dying on one of the occasions they were compromised. She probably won't be able to recall, but that was the first memory he had of her and he fell deeply in love. His grandfather, as at that time, wanted a grandchild since he was the only son. And the man would accept anyone as far as it was his choice, so he got her family details and presented it to him. And that was it.
Nana didn't agree to it at all, but her father won't have any of it. She threw different tantrums, breaking her ring finger and saying she won't get married if she was decapitated, staining her wedding dress. All this happened with him watching and finding her cute. At last they got wedded and she had been different. Apart from asking for divorce, she started being off. Like she was under the influence of drugs. He could deal with all that, but not her sister coming to stay with them in Star Pavilion.
Leonard knew Lana harbored sexual feelings for him, he loathes how desperate she is, he hates how she is always in skimpy clothes with her dry looking features and he hates how Nana is oblivious to her sister's antics.
Leonard snapped out from his thoughts and proceeded to get dressed after taking a shower.
He stepped out of the bathroom all dressed and ready. "Go back home." He stated.
Nana raised her head up to look at him. She had woken up a while ago and was surprised to find herself on the bed and not on the floor. She smiled at the thought that he might have moved her, her heart racing in her chest. "I'm not going without you." She said, still proving obstinate.
Leonard groaned in frustration, he was facing the mirror, trying to knot his tie, but it just kept looking wrong.
"Argh!" He groaned in frustration, when it came out wrong again. Nana got off the bed, walking towards him in baby steps. She stopped in front of, standing on her tiptoes; she helped knot the tie skillfully. Leonard had his eyes on her throughout the whole process, practically drowning in her ocean eyes.
"Where did you learn how to knot?" He asked, clearing his throat and looking away; she had caught him staring.
"I had to learn so he won't miss my mom in that aspect." She balanced on her feet, admiring her knot. "He was lousy in that area." She smiled. Leonard found himself smiling with her.
"Like I said, I'm not going back without you. Whenever you're done here, I don't care if it takes weeks, we go back together. I'm not letting you go, Leonard. Hold on to me, cause it's going to be a long ride" Nana stood on her tiptoe once more, planting a kiss on his lips. It was just supposed to be a light kiss, just as she withdrew; a hand wrapped around her waist, kissing her with passion.
"Don't go anywhere, I just have a couple meetings to attend to and we can leave, wifey." Leonard said after breaking the kiss.
Nana blushed at the endearment he used on her.
'So this is what love feels like' she wondered.
"My love-" She said shyly, just as he was about to open the door to his office. Leonard froze, she knew it was the first time and it didn't help her blushing cheeks.
He turned slightly and she took it as a cue to say what she wanted to.
"Dad said we should come over, it's his birthday in a few days and I don't have a gift ready for him yet."
"Alright, we'll go over later." And with that, he exited the break room.
Nana heaved a sigh of relief, jumping on the bed. For the first time in a while, everything was going smoothly.

5 hours later, a couple were seen hand in hand leaving the premises of West Corp, something that hasn't happened in the history of West Corp. Nana kept giggling and blushing all through the ride.
"Use your seat belt." Leonard instructed as they got into his car. Nana shook her head in refusal. "You drive safely don't you?" She smiled cheekily, staring at him.
Leonard shook his head, driving off. 20 minutes on the road, Nana kept rambling on and on; telling him different tales.
"You actually wore a sac bag to school, because you didn't want to wear the skimpy PE wear?" Leonard chuckled at her rebellious attitude
"I don't do what I don't want to do, that's me?" She shrugged.
And then when it happened, a car hit theirs from behind. Due to the fact that Nana had no seat belt on, she tipped forward; her head slamming on the headboard
