Alpha Luciano's Pov--
The night wore on, and the room remained dimly lit, casting a somber ambiance around us. I paced anxiously, my gaze never straying from her motionless form. Worry settled upon me like a suffocating cloak. I longed for her to open her eyes, those eyes that held a power over me, making me feel like I was something more.
Finally, her lashes fluttered, revealing the startled depths of her gaze. She was about to speak, but l interrupted her gently.
"Don't speak. You're not well," I insisted, sensing her urge to communicate. She frowned, clearly displeased with my directive. But she had to obey, for her own well-being. Stubborn girl. I couldn't help but chuckle softly.
"I need water," she managed to say, attempting to sit up.
"Ouch! It hurts," she whimpered, clutching her injured arm.
"You're badly injured. Just stay still," I said, my voice laced with concern, offering her support.
