Alpha took me downstairs holding my hand. I was confused where he was taking me and whom he called?
Holding my hand, Alpha took me to the dimly lit chamber of the pack house, where I found myself face to face with the elusive witch. I looked at Alpha out of confusion and he blinked to assure me. Mikasa and Millie were also standing there.
"Who is she?" I whispered.
"She is the most powerful witch. I have called her to find out why you can't recognize me as your mate." He replied, with a slight smile.
Then my eyes fell on the witch again and I could feel the room was filled with an air of mystique, as if the very walls held their breath in the presence of this enigmatic figure.
The witch stood tall and regal. The fabric seemed to flow seamlessly into the obsidian darkness of her surroundings.
