Synopsis
Michael, an ordinary and average guy, suddenly finds himself in a dangerous fantasy cultivation world after being randomly chosen in a multiversal lottery. Armed with a wish system that may taunt him some times, grants him one wish every week, Michael has to survive in this harsh world of cultivators, monsters, and mysterious powers. However, the system has strict rules—he can’t wish for direct power. However average Michael was, he loved his family on Earth and that's why his main goal is to return to Earth. To do that, he must climb to the highest realm of cultivation, all while avoiding greedy enemies and dangerous beasts. With each wish, Michael gets closer to his goal, but the challenges only grow tougher as the world around him becomes more dangerous.

Chapter 1 - Transmigration

"I never imagined winning the lottery. Scratch that—I never imagined winning any lottery, and I sure didn't imagine this kind of lottery. You know, the type where you get sucked into another world without so much as a heads-up."

"Hello? God? I was fucking kidding when I said I wanted to get transmigrated, and here I am. One minute, I was walking home, earbuds in, music blasting, minding my own business. The next, the sky darkened like someone had flipped a switch. Everything stopped—people, cars, even the wind. I stood there, dumbfounded, like I'd stumbled into a sci-fi movie."

"That's when a notification popped up. Yep, you heard me right—a notification."

Congratulations, Michael, you have been randomly selected in the Multiversal Lottery!

"Uhhh, WHAT THE HELL."

Prepare for immediate transportation to your new world. You will receive a special wish system and a beginner's gift to aid your journey. Good luck!

"Before I could even scream 'no thanks,' the ground vanished from under my feet. I felt myself tumbling, twisting, like I'd been thrown into a cosmic washing machine. Then, with a stomach-lurching thud, I landed face-first in what felt like dirt."

"Great," I muttered, spitting out a mouthful of soil. "Just my luck."

"How the hell is this transmigration shit even real? I can't believe this cliché happened to me."

"When I finally dragged myself up and looked around, I wasn't in Kansas anymore. Or New York. Or Earth, for that matter. Instead, I was surrounded by towering trees, each one so massive it could've easily housed a skyscraper. The air had this weird, heavy feel to it, like the world itself was alive."

"As I was taking in my new surroundings, the notification popped up again, hovering right in front of my face like a hologram."

Wish system activated. You make one wish per week. With the effect of the beginner's package, you may make one wish immediately with no cooldown. Wishes for direct power are restricted. The system may refute a wish if it violates a rule.

"As I saw this notification, I was so happy I nearly cried. No matter how cliché a system is, it's still a great help."

"After the notification disappeared, a system panel appeared in front of my eyes."

"I'm so fucking happy. Even though I got transmigrated, at least I got major help. It's a shame I can't wish for direct power, but this system is so OP that it doesn't matter."

"And that beginner's package is just too good."

"As I was contemplating the system, the bushes in front of me started to shake, and a fucking 5-meter wolf emerged."

"Well, looks like I'm royally fucked," I thought as I started running.

"System, system…" I desperately called out as the wolf chased me.

"As I sprinted through the trees, the system panel appeared."

"I want a wish," I said to the system, my voice tinged with panic.

Please, state your wish.

"What should I do? Should I just wish for that wolf to die?"

"Nah, that's stupid."

"So, a sword or spear would do. Wait a second, I'm American and have the right to the Second Amendment."

"System, fuck it, give me a Desert Eagle with infinite ammo."

"I smiled as I saw the notification."

Granted.
