"Go to the amusement park?"
"That's right! You haven't been inventing anything lately, and you've been spacing out, lost in thought. Why not take a break and relax?"
Hatsume Mei's suggestion made Midoriya look down with a bitter smile. Lately, he really had lost sight of his goals.
After voluntarily withdrawing from the Hero Course and giving up on his dream of becoming a hero, Midoriya Izuku had focused all his energy on developing equipment and gadgets. But even that had hit a dead end.
The last terrifying thing he handed over to Hatsume Mei still hadn't been dealt with, and Midoriya was genuinely worried she might come up with something even scarier. Because of that, he had nothing to occupy himself with lately.
"That's settled then! I'll call Uraraka and Takeyama, and we'll all go together this weekend!"
Before Midoriya could object, Hatsume Mei had already decided and immediately went off to notify the two girls. The plan was finalized just like that.
"Well… I guess I'll go…"
Although he didn't want to, Midoriya couldn't find a reason to refuse. Besides, his mental state really hadn't been great lately. Even his Support Course classmates kept their distance, afraid he might drag them into some dangerous experiment.

Once Hatsume Mei had told the other two girls about the weekend amusement park outing, both Ochako and Takeyama Urei immediately agreed, as if afraid Hatsume Mei might go on her own.
With the time and plan set, all that was left was to wait for the weekend trip to the amusement park. Meanwhile, other arrangements were also being made.
Midoriya Izuku informed his homeroom teacher, "Power Loader," about his weekend plan, getting approval. Naturally, the news also reached All Might.
"An amusement park trip to unwind?… That does seem like a good way to lift his spirits. But regarding safety…"

All Might's serious tone over the phone made Togata Mirio instinctively brace himself. Was he being tasked with infiltrating the "League of Villains" hideout to capture All For One?
"This weekend, take Hado Nejire to the amusement park for a date!"

Togata Mirio's face instantly turned red. He and Hado were just classmates; there was nothing romantic between them!
"I'm not! I didn't! Hado and I are just normal friends!"

All Might explained the situation regarding Midoriya Izuku's weekend amusement park outing, asking Togata Mirio to covertly ensure his safety.
After listening, Togata Mirio let out a sigh and complained:
"What the heck… I could just go by myself. Why drag Hado into this too?"

"......" Takeyama Urei, who was rejected, wasn't willing to give up and made another suggestion:
"Then how about the haunted house?"
"Haunted house..."

As they spoke, Ochako and Hatsume Mei turned their gaze toward Midoriya Izuku. The target of their stares, he felt extremely awkward.
"What are you staring at me for?"
"Nothing... It's just that we've seen 'the Grim Reaper,' so the haunted house doesn't seem like much."
"Then where do you want to go?!"
After two rejected suggestions, Takeyama Urei was upset and directly threw the decision onto the other two girls. She was determined to argue back.

It was none other than the beautiful blue-haired upperclassman, Hado Nejire, one of the three top students at U.A. High School, a third-year student.
"I'm not alone, you know! There's also—Tada~! He's here too!!"
"Mirio-senpai?!"
With a cheerful tone, Hado Nejire was holding the left hand of someone else, who was none other than Togata Mirio, trying hard to cover his face with his right hand.
"Midoriya... and everyone, hello..."
Togata Mirio, awkwardly greeting them, had planned to stay a little further away but was immediately dragged over by Hado Nejire when she saw Midoriya and the others.
"Hado-senpai and Mirio-senpai... are the two of them spending the weekend at the amusement park together? Could it be!!"
The three girls exchanged glances and realized this situation was anything but simple. They sensed the air of an improper relationship between a man and a woman.
"You guys listen up! A couple of days ago, Mirio suddenly asked me to come with him to the amusement park this weekend, and he was so excited about it!"

Hado Nejire, grinning happily, casually sold out Togata Mirio, who instantly wished he could use "Permeation" to bury himself underground... he was too embarrassed to face anyone.
Midoriya also looked at Togata Mirio in surprise. He didn't expect this reliable senior to have this side to him. There was clearly still a lot he needed to learn.
