Luca lay still, bloodied and broken, his face smeared with the material. The tatters of his symbiotic armor barely remained on him; there was no life within. And so, before the dead body of Luca, there appeared the King of Naxon, towering and flowing at a speed that blurred. His hand reached out, and a huge orb of energy began building in its palm, pulsating with malevolent force. The tectonic plates beneath it shook with the sheer force that lay within, promising utter annihilation.
In the complete darkness of his unconscious, Luca was lying in a void, empty. He walked aimlessly, calling the names of his friends. "AIKOOO! LEFNNN! LEONNN! TSUMUGI! Where are you guys?" He heard his voice echo in the void. Turning around, he froze still; his heart dropped at what lay before him: his friends lay on the ground with dead bodies. Aiko, Leon, Tsumugi, and Lefn were all dead. He felt his chest tight as despair was wrapping itself around him.
