This chapter isn't an actual chapter but just an information dump for some things you might want to know. This info dump doesn't contain any relevant information about the plot, so if you don't want to read this, you can freely skip it and go to the first actual chapter.

This is a novelization of the first season of Minecraft Story Mode. However, there will be differences from the original game. Some are even entire new routes, and the story will follow a specific route, so basically it's how I envision the story would be told and played out. You could say I'm rewriting Season 1 my own way.

Something worth mentioning is that: Unlike the game, I will add some romance sub-plots, so the story will lean on Lukas's route. There may also even be other romantic subplots other than Jesse and Lukas.

And in case you're wondering why I'm starting this book: I had intended to write about how I imagined Season 3 of Minecraft Story Mode would be, and this book essentially serves to build up some of the things that will happen in that season as well as an opportunity for me to show what I would change and stuff in Seasons 1 and 2.

Note: Like in the original game: There may or may not be major and/or minor character deaths. You've been warned.

Oh, and the Jesse I'll be using is the male one. I'm a bit torn up if it's going to be Red Supenders or Green Suspenders Jesse. But in the end, it doesn't really matter which one is used, so you can just imagine any version you like.
