Following that day, I began training at the principal's office. On the first day, my brothers accompanied me to check on my condition, unaware of the events that had transpired. Principal Menka had taken me under her wing, earning my deeper respect.
When my brothers arrived, I enthusiastically hugged them and showcased my newfound strength. I revealed that I had reached the 7th stage of energy filling, and Abhi shared that he had achieved the same milestone. I hugged him, feeling a tinge of disappointment that I still wasn't stronger than him. Abhi possessed spear-fighting skills, while I didn't even have a weapon.
We walked to class together, and I found myself eager to see Adidev, though I couldn't explain why. His presence lingered in my thoughts, and I spent every spare moment training to enhance my magic.
After some time, Abhi and I were ready to progress to the 8th stage of energy filling. However, we needed to acquire protective gear first. I accompanied Abhi, unsure of what to purchase, and as we arrived at the store, I mimicked Abhi's request.
Just then, another voice echoed, and I turned to see Adidev was also buying the same thing with us. I couldn't help but feel a surge of happiness at the unexpected encounter.
As Adidev approached, Abhi asked if he also wanted the protective gear, but they both fell silent. I intervened, punching them playfully and saying, "Same pinch! We all want the same things, so it's necessary." Adidev's face contorted, resembling a monkey's, and I burst out laughing.
Adidev soon joined in, but our merriment was short-lived. A sudden cool sensation in my chest made me think I'd been injured. I checked under my dress, but there was no sign of harm. However, when I retrieved my crystal, I was shocked to see it glowing brighter, with the dots on it moving closer together - now only three remained.
Before I could react, Abhi and Adidev clamped their hands over my mouth and dragged me away. I struggled, trying to break free, and a liquid substance appeared in my hand. As they released their grip on my mouth, I shouted, "Why did you two do this? I won't talk to you now!"
My anger and confusion boiled over, unsure of what had just transpired or why my friends had acted so strangely and closed my mouth and say .
"I'm not your friend, Adidev!" I exclaimed, my lips bleeding from my teeth. I showed them the blood, but when I saw the same on Adidev's hand, I realized I had hurt him. Overcome with remorse I remember also how I had hurt mam also I cried "I'm sorry, Adidev! I didn't mean to hurt you. I always do this - I hurt others. I'm sorry."
Adidev's expression softened as he took my face in his hands. "I'm sorry, too. I shouldn't have shut your mouth. Don't worry, it will heal in a second." As he spoke, his injury miraculously healed before my eyes.
I patted my hand, remembering our healing magic, and quickly tended to my own wound. My tears subsided as we approached a door, which opened to reveal a boy waiting for us.
"Ah, I was waiting for you three," he said, but his face suddenly contorted, resembling a monkey's. He took three to seven steps back, and I couldn't help but burst out laughing.
"Heehee, look at him making a monkey face! Heehee, it's like he's seen a ghost - Bhooo!" I teased, and the boy's face became even more distorted, amplifying my amusement.
Abhi and Adidev chuckled, and we all entered the room, eager to begin our cultivation training. The boy's peculiar behavior only added to our excitement and curiosity.
The boy's face still contorted, he asked, "Who are you?"
"I am Arushi Suryavanshi," I replied with a grin. "And you are... a monkey? Because you're making your face look like one!" His face elongated further, mouth agape, as if I could fit an entire samosa inside.
Adidev and Abhi chuckled, their faces also scrunched up in amusement, resembling monkeys.
"Why are you two becoming monkeys now?" I teased, and the boy's face returned to normal. A gentle smile spread across his face as he approached me.
"I'm sorry, I won't make a monkey face again, okay?" he said, his voice soothing. His hand gently patted my head, sending a flutter through my chest. My heart danced, reminiscent of when I saw Adidev.
Our faces inches apart, his lips nearly brushing mine, sent my face flushing. Abhi's sudden cough broke the spell, making me tense.
"What's wrong, Abhi? Do you have a cold?" I asked, trying to compose myself.
Abhi replied, "No, Dii, no... it's just..." But before he could finish, the boy's face contorted again, his monkey expression more exaggerated than before.
I giggled, "Oh no, not again!" And , my laughter filling the room. The boy's antics had brought us together, and I couldn't help but feel a little anger how someone make there beautifull face like monkey again and. again
Exasperated, I asked the boy, "Why do you keep making a monkey face? You look adorable when you smile!" His face turned a tomato now
Abhi's question caught me off guard: "As I recall, you're a time traveler. How did you acquire the Time Warrior Locket?" I was stunned, and the boy's eyes locked onto mine.
"You're a time traveler?" I asked, incredulous. Adidev and Abhi nodded in unison.
"Tell me," I implored, "do I become strong and protected?" The boy's smile was enigmatic as he replied, "Yes, you become very, very strong."
Boy whispered, "I need to tell you something. I'm from the future, and you'll understand most of it." His eyes locked onto mine.
"Does everything go to destruction?" Abhi asked, his voice laced with concern.
The boy's reply sent shivers down my spine: "Yes."
With that, Abhi and the boy departed, leaving me alone with Adidev. As we prepared to leave, Mam summoned me, and I reluctantly bid Adidev farewell.
"Mam, what is it?" I asked, my mind still reeling from the revelations.
"Arushi, we need to discuss your training," Mam replied, her expression serious.
