Chapter 14 - KEY OR LOCK

Abhi pov

As I stood beside my beloved sister, Arushi, in the store, I couldn't help but think about our journey so far. We had reached the 7th level of energy feeling, and now we needed protection devices to shield us from divine punishment I don't know much about this but in further stage lighting occur on person and sometime fire I don't know what will come this time so I am purchasing this armor, which would amplify our protection power and amplify magic .

At going I rembered at first, I thought Arushi was mentally ill girl , maybe even crazy, and potentially a burden. I didn't think of her but when I remembered My last life's memories they haunted me - the horrific death I suffered alongside my father against the demons. That war taught me a valuable lesson: humanity and demons aren't so different. We're all just living beings driven by survival instincts.

My memories were hazy, but I vividly recalled the bodies of both humans and demons, including my family's. Two beings stood out in my father's body - one mischievous and smiling, the other sad and angered. The mischievous one attacked me, taking my life.

I don't recall fighting, which is something I would never do. My memories of that time are hazy, and I can't visualize their bodies. However, I vividly remember their auras and presence. It's as if I was surrounded by an intense energy, and all I saw were vivid images.

As I lay dying, I saw the second being kill the first one. My final thought was which I was telling myself insuch a way that I want to say this word to myself to not ever a message he wants me to say "Never trust anyone, human or demon. They will betray you, just like animals killing each other for food they are just no different than animal ."

In this life when I come with this memories I struggled to trust anyone, including my family . But one thing is different my sister arushiShe didn't exist in my past life, and I had never seen her before. Yet, every time I looked at her, I felt a surge of power and a sense of calm. She seemed to radiate an aura of protection and strength.

However, when she got angry, her eyes transformed. One eye became empty, devoid of emotion, and seemed to regard both friends and enemies with equal indifference, ready to destroy without hesitation. This part her being emanated an intense energy, as if she was a force to be reckoned with, and no one could survive her wrath.

Her presence was both captivating and intimidating, making me wonder if anyone could survive without her protection and care for sometime but other than those her whole existence is just of joyness

Arushi's jokes and laughter brought out emotions in me that I thought I had forgotten. Her playful nature and ability to find humor in any situation were infectious, even making Adidev, who was once emotionless, crack a smile.

I felt shocked and embarrased when she kissed Adidev, but her carefree spirit was captivating. Her every reaction, whether in jest or seriousness, had a way of making me laugh. Even Adidev, who only wanted to fight, began to show emotions he had long suppressed.

Arushi's presence reignited emotions within me that I thought were lost forever. She shocked me from the very beginning, possessing a crystal representing the Warrior of Times and having a rare rank ability with extra elements beyond our understanding.

In just two days, she reached the 7th stage of energy filling, a feat that left me astonished. While shopping for protection armor, I felt a gentle lightness on my locket, reminiscent of when Aysha appeared in the city with her father means our big father /paternal father he was such a person my father admires and I also in my last I remember one sentence about him the wall of humanity these 3 words are enough to show his power

As we feel the cold sense so Aysha would have and maybe she could react such a way that could create a problem even though for those reason we offered her a extra locket as an excuse but not creating seen would As of anticipated Aysha's reaction, knowing she might create a scene. We quickly closed her mouth and escorted her away, but she continued to make a drama, leaving me embarrassed and laughing at the same time and when she cries my eart hurt and ifeel my blood burn but before I could silent her adidev taken a step ,

Arushi's presence was a whirlwind of emotions, and I found myself swept up in her enthusiasm and joy. Her laughter and smile had a way of making even the most mundane moments unforgettable.

Afterward, we moved to a place where a new person's signal was coming from - our college. We entered, and he smiled at us, then reacted with shock and fear. Aysha began her drama, while I was serious about the boy's reaction. Aysha's words made us laugh, making me struggled to control my laugh .

Sometime later, he changed, and I sensed something serious, especially in his eyes. They hid something dangerous, and he knew Arushi, who had never existed in my past.

We left for a personal talk, entering another room. He said, "Thanks for believing me. I can't reveal much about the future or changed future. Maybe my timeline is already erased by us, but I know something I must change."

I replied, "You know what you're asking? I don't want to know what happened in your universe or timeline . But if you want to change a fixed point, it could be devastating and lead to a new timeline. And maybe, a timeline where fixed points don't change would still be created."

His eyes locked onto mine, and I saw a hint of desperation. He knew the risks, but his determination was unwavering. I wondered what secrets he held and what changes he sought to make.

"I don't know why we were created," I said, "but if the gods chose us to take their place, they must be preparing us for something. They gifted me weapons for the time being to solve problems, so they must have given you something too, considering you possess the Warrior of Times crystal."

"But is there a flaw?" I asked. "If you were a time traveler, you traveled here, and we received a warning at the place of sign of Ally. Did you become a Time Warrior after coming here?"

A smile appeared on his face as he replied, "I was right to choose you. You're correct; I wasn't meant to travel through time. In my timeline, there were no Time Warriors. Time Warriors are beings who link directly to the gods, a gift for capable mortals."

"In my timeline, I was lost war and was running and plan ing for future but due to an error in the timeline. I was sent here as a person was teleported from my timeline to this one, creating a rift. There's another powerful entity with that person, which doesn't want to leave."

His words revealed a complex web of time travel, errors, and powerful entities. I began to understand the magnitude of our situation and the role we could played in the grand scheme.

"After arriving here, I found myself in front of your principal. I fled, thinking she would target me, but she didn't. Following some research, I realized this timeline is slightly different, and my presence isn't necessary.

However, so I decided to end of my life because I knwo I had come in past and I may create another time rift or new timeline could reason indestruction, I sensed a dark power lurking in the shadows - a power capable of annihilating us all. Horrified, I glimpsed the future of this timeline somehow destruction. The one responsible was formidable.

Those events led to my demise, and I met the gods. Reborn as a Warrior of Time, my body restored to its 18-year-old state, despite being 1,800 years old in my previous life.

I know you well, , for I've seen your future. You nearly defeated the lurking darkness. I'm here to help and guide you. When we reach the peak, we'll unlock our crystal's full potential and bind with it.

I possess information to share, which will aid in maintaining our timeline. Together, we can prevent the impending catastrophe and ensure a brighter future."

His eyes locked onto mine, filled with determination and a deep understanding of the challenges ahead.

"There's something different from the future I saw," he continued. "Maybe your sister is someone who can change the future. She's either a key or a lock, potentially causing greater destruction." But let's us firge her into a key use her and crate a better future

His words sparked a mix of horror, interest, and seriousness within me. But when he said, "Let's hold her and forge her into a key," I lost control. I choked his neck, my anger boiling over.

"Listen, do whatever you want - form, create, destroy, or cross boundaries. But never dare to touch her. She's a precious gem, a light, not a key. She'll become what she wants. If she becomes a lock, I'll be the key to open it. If she becomes a key, that's best. But you, I, or anyone else can't force her to become something. Remember that."

I released him, and he burst into laughter. "Haa haa haaa haaaaaaaaaahaaaaaaa! Who would have thought the emotionless manipulator, feared even by his comrades, would show such emotion for anyone? Haa haaaaaaaaaaahaaaaaa haaa... That's quite a good thing. Let's do as you want. Maybe she's actually a key."

His laughter echoed, a haunting melody that sent shivers down my spine. I realized that, despite his words, he still held secrets and ulterior motives. But one thing was certain - I would protect Arushi at all costs and I have to take my eye on him
