Principal Chen and his secretary, Xiaoyu, were watching the recent surveillance footage.
Natto swung a massive hammer, sending five zombies flying through the air. Ni Shuang wielded a large axe, effortlessly decapitating zombies with each swing. Yun Yun alternated between using ice and lightning powers, while Yuto Saito's speed was so fast that the camera couldn't keep up—one moment he was in the courtyard, the next he was on the third-floor stairs, controlling flying knives that obliterated a group of zombies in an instant.
As they watched the carnage, both Principal Chen and Xiaoyu were terrified.
"Principal, are you still sure about going against Yuto Saito?" Xiaoyu asked, her voice trembling.
Principal Chen looked conflicted. "Yuto Saito has become far too powerful. With his strength, he could easily dominate. There's no way he'd follow my orders now."
Xiaoyu nodded in agreement. "Last time, when he fought that masked man, I couldn't see much. But now, I can clearly recognize Ni Shuang—she's a student from our school, right? And the one with the big hammer is Natto, her classmate. As for the blue-haired girl, I'm certain she doesn't attend our school. She's too striking. I would have noticed her for sure!"
"You're right, Xiaoyu," Principal Chen acknowledged. "Your awakened memory talent is truly impressive."
Xiaoyu smiled sweetly. "Thanks, Principal. But I think we need to approach Yuto Saito as an ally, not an adversary."
Principal Chen sighed. "Yes, forcing him to do anything could get us all killed."
Xiaoyu nodded thoughtfully. "With his current strength, he could wipe us out without breaking a sweat."
Just then, the phone in the principal's office rang.
Xiaoyu answered it. "Hello, this is the principal's office."
On the other end, a calm voice said, "This is Yuto Saito."
Xiaoyu's eyes widened. "Yuto Saito!?"
Even Principal Chen perked up.
"I need information on someone," Yuto Saito continued. "Can you help me?"
Xiaoyu smiled, trying to lighten the mood. "Of course, is there a particular beauty you're looking for?"
"No," Yuto Saito replied bluntly. "I need details on Zhang Kui, from Class 5, Year 3, Music Department. I need his hometown address and phone number."
Without hesitation, Xiaoyu quickly provided the information. "Zhang Kui lives in the capital. His address is... and his phone number is..."
Yuto Saito seemed surprised at how quickly she responded. He muttered a brief "Thanks."
"You're welcome, Yuto Saito!" Xiaoyu replied warmly. "Feel free to ask if you need anything else. I'm happy to help."
Yuto Saito simply replied, "Okay, thanks," before hanging up.
After the call, Principal Chen couldn't help but smile. "I didn't expect Yuto Saito to turn to us for help."
"Yes," Xiaoyu agreed. "But I wonder what he needs Zhang Kui's information for."
Principal Chen speculated, "It could be a grudge. If they were friends, Yuto would already have that information."
"Could it be a love rivalry?" Xiaoyu mused. "Maybe they're both competing for Ni Shuang."
"If that's the case," Principal Chen said grimly, "Zhang Kui's family might be in danger. They're no match for Yuto Saito now."
Xiaoyu nodded. "Yes, the difference in power is too vast. Yuto will win."
Principal Chen noticed how enthusiastic Xiaoyu seemed. "Are you that excited, just because Yuto Saito called?"
"Of course!" Xiaoyu beamed. "He's the strongest in the school now, and he might take us along with him in the future."
The principal suddenly felt a little uneasy with Xiaoyu's eagerness but decided to move on. "The police car is here. I need to go ask about the food supplies."
"I'll come with you," Xiaoyu offered.
On the lawn, Officer Song was inspecting the masked man lying on the ground. "Who is this?"
A few students, brave enough to come forward, explained. "He's not from the school. He came from Sichuan Province. He's a performer who can change faces in Sichuan opera."
Another added, "He tried to kill Yuto Saito, but Yuto defeated him instantly. It's said this guy was at the peak of two-star strength."
Officer Song was shocked. "Yuto Saito took down a two-star at his peak in just one move? What kind of strength does he possess?"
Just then, Principal Chen and Xiaoyu arrived.
Xiaoyu introduced them. "Officer Song, this is Principal Chen."
Officer Song, still wearing gloves after helping move the zombies, nodded. "When can we get food supplies to the school? Many students haven't eaten all day."
Officer Song replied, "Food is being dispatched from other cities. Half of X City has already received supplies, and your school should get them soon."
Principal Chen breathed a sigh of relief. "That's good to hear."
Turning to one of her colleagues, Officer Song instructed, "Aguang, go grab two portions of food for them."
Aguang quickly complied, bringing the food over to Xiaoyu. "Our team leader said this should tide you over until the rest arrives in the morning."
Xiaoyu thanked him. "Thank you."
Principal Chen nodded to Xiaoyu. "Let's head back."
