It was warm and comfortable. The warmth of the flames. It was like sitting next to a campfire in a lonely cold night.
To Ryu's surprise he was feeling rather good.
Was he in heaven? No he was still alive, he could feel his gigantic body lying comfortable on the ground.
Out of curiosity he opened his eyes and found out that he was in a cave next to a campfire. There were several dead beast corpses rosting above the fire. The whole cave was filled with an extremely delicious smell.
Ryu gulped saliva in hunger. All parts of his body wanted to pounce upon on the meal, but he noticed another person sitting on the campfire.
All this time he hasn't even sensed him. The person was clothed in a white robe and a hood covered his fave. The figure was rather slender and unnatural.
Allthrough he seemed to be weak, his aure wasn't weak at all, even if the person tried to hide it.
^Should I move or speak to him? My body isn't hurt and I am also not trapped, so this person is friendly or rather confident to take me down easily.^
^Was this the voice of the person? No he hasn't moved and I heard this voice by my evolution before. I think I should buy it, because then I can try to understand the intention of my savior.^

Just when Ryu wanted to check his surroundings again and look after the person, a sweet and feminine voice sounded.
"Do you want to eat something? It is more than enough here, after sleeping you should be very hungry."
The white clothed person turned her head towards him. The white hood was lifted a bit so he could see the lower parta of her face. It was smooth and had a beautiful color.
^Was this even a human, her scent is way different then from the others. It is more like the smell of a beast.^
Ryu lifted his head and looked her in the eyes. Her eyes were light blue with a hint of silver, it was truly magical.
"Do you really want to share your food with me?", Ryu asked.
"Of course, I already said that, didn't I?", she answered.
Ryu slowly approached one of the rosted wild boars. He wasn't sure if he should eat it or not. After all he just got to know this person a few moments ago. Also in his last life, he was a person who never trusted others much.
She saw his hesitation and said" This food is not poised, I promise it."
The words had no bad intention, so Ryu bite in the meal. It was very aromatic, so many flavors Ryu never gad tasted.
The flavors were so addicting, that after thinking much he swallowed the wild boar in a few bites. He didn't stop there after just a few minutes he ate all of the rosted corpses. There were birds, rabbits, wild boars and more unknown beasts.
All this time the mysteriös person just watched him eating and did not say any word. For a second Ryu thought he had seen a little smile appearing on her face, but it disappeared at the same time again to an emotionless expression.
When he was finish he moved back to his place again and unleashed a tiny flame at the ground heating it up.
He saw this in many movies, where dragons bathed the ground in their flames to make it more comfortable.
He quickly put the flames out with his will and layed down. It was really comfortable, like lying down into a warm and smooth bed in the cold winter.
He chose his tone and expressed his voice" So what are you planning to further do?"
The woman answered with an rather giggling voice" What are you planning to further do?"
It was the same question directed back at him without giving him any answer.
"I don't know, but you should have a reason to prepare me such an delicious meal or isn't it like that?", Ryu answered.
"I was traveling through this area and seemed quite interested in my eyes. If you haven't a destination, how about traveling with me?"
Ryu was speechless, he haven't known her for more than a hour and now she asked him to travel along with him.
Out of curiosity he asked" I don't even know your name."
"Oh right, I forgot that part, you can call me Zhu. In exchange I also want to know your name now." Zhu said.
Ryu thought for a second if it was right to tell her his name, but he concluded after knowing her name he should also tell her his.
"My name is Ryu." he answered her.
