"Aren't we going to see your parents anymore?" Amber asked causing Dante to look at her with anger and disgust.
"Why else do you think we are here? Don't play any tricks, or I'll fucking end those parents of yours you love so much."
At the mention of her parents, Amber gulped, her head going low as she didn't say anything again, even the question that was on the tip of her tongue.
Why were his parents in the hospital?
Amber followed Dante silently as they moved deeper into the hospital.
"Dante, you're here!" Jake surprised voice called out the moment Dante and Amber stepped out of the elevator.
He had heard Dante telling Donald that he will bring the woman he heard in the phone call today, he thought it was a joke, but to actually see a woman beside Donald was quite surprising.
"This is-" Jake gestured towards Amber waiting for an introduction.
Dante sighed inwardly, this uncle of his was a bit too much of a busy body.
