It was a beautiful morning at Charm-Mix High School, students were coming down from the school bus to start the new session. There was a girl named Korra, a beautiful girl with blond hair,bright sea blue eye,thin pink lips and with a great body shape. Korra was just entering the school hall trying to find her class so she asked the students around.
"Hi I'm Korra can you please tell me where 10th grade class is". She asked a boy but he just snobbed her. "Uhm hi please can you.." she said but was stopped when the girl passed her, "How am I gonna find this class". She said to herself, she was walking along the hall way when she bumped into someone, "Oh, am so sorry".
"It's okay". She said with a smile, "Are you looking for someone". She asked.
"Well not someone, am new here and am trying to find where 10th grade is".
"Well lucky for you that's where am going". She said.
"Oh thank goodness". She said felling relive as the girl laughed.
"Your welcome, am Valarie by the way". She said stretching her hand for a hand shake, "I'm Korra ". She replied shaking her hand.
"Korra, hmm what a nice name you have".
"Thanks".
Korra and Valarie were talking on the way when they found the class register on the wall.
"Wow, your name is here". Valarie said.
"Really ".
"Yea". She said as she also saw her name. "And I also found my name, we're in the same class". She said with excitement.
"I can't believe it". Korra said as they held hand and they were jumping with excitement.
"Okay we have to hurry up to class before the ball goes off". Valarie said as she and Korra went to their class, luckily for them they were sitting in the same row, Valarie sat in front and Korra was beside her. The students started entering the class they were chatting all the way until their teacher entered the class, then everyone settled down.
"Good morning students ".
"Good morning ma'am".
"I'll be teaching you Geography, but we have a new student in our mist, why don't you come and say hi". Miss Kate said as Korra stood from her seat and walked in front of the class, thought she was a little shy she found a little courage to speak.
"Hello everyone, my name is Korra Jones". She started but was interrupted by one of the students.
"Uhm excuse me, but are you the daughter of Phillip Jones, the Phillip Jones". One of them asked which got others wondering.
"Yes". She said which made everyone in the class whisper, because Phillip Jones is one of the most richest man in the world.
"Everyone settel down, let's hear what she has to say". Miss Kate said as the class became quite. "Go on".
"As I said, am a jolly good fellow, really fun to be with, sometimes I'm a bit shy, I like fashion, i like the ocean and lots more, of you get to know me then you'll get to like me".
"Thank you Korra for your wonderful introduction, you may have your seat". She said as Korra went to her seat. "Now let's begin our class". She said as she turned to the board while they brought out their note books.
It was already time for recess, the students were walking round the halls, some came to the Caffe to eat, Valarie and Korra took their foods and sat at the canteen.
"I never knew you were the daughter of Phillip Jones". Valarie said.
"Well that's what everyone says". Korra said as she eat her food, then a girl came to them.
"Hi, can I seat". The girl asked.
"Sure". Korra said as the girl took her seat.
"Are you really Phillip Jones daughter". The girl asked trying to confirm the talk she heard in class.
"Yes..... Ugh why do you people keep asking these questions". Korra said on a frustrating tone.
"Because he is one of the richest and popular guy in the planet". Valarie commented as Korra just sign.
"Well my name is Oona". The girl introduced herself.
"Am Korra".
"Wow, Oona and Korra these are really nice names, did your parents plan to name their girls beautifully". Valarie said as the girls laughed. I know we don't really talk alot so you might not know or remember my name, so I'm Valarie. Oona smiled, the girls started chatting and laughing until recess was over.
"And that's for today's class, see you all tomorrow". That was the sound of their chemistry teacher Mr Jim as he left the class.
"Hey, I just heard their activities to do in school". Oona who was sitting behind Korra said.
"Really, what kind of activities". Korra asked.
"Well things like, sports, drama, singing classes with instruments lessons and so much more.
"Wow I'll like to join one or two of them". Korra said sounding very excited.
"Me too". Oona said. Then they heard the bell, which means school was over.
"See you guys tomorrow". Korra said as she waved her friends goodbye then she entered the car that came to pick her up as her friends waved her a good-bye as well.
Korra came down from the car and happily walked into the house, the house was so quiet she was wondering were everybody went to, then she went to one of their helps.
"Uhm good afternoon Mrs Mary". Korra greeted.
"Afternoon, how was your first day at school". Mrs Mary asked.
"It was nice". She said with a smile. "And I made new friends".
"That's nice".
"Where's mom and dad".
"Their still at work obviously".
"What about Kaitlin and Nathaniel". She said refering to her elder brother and sister who are twins.
"Their not back from school". She said as Korra felt a little disappointed because she'll be alone in the house. "But Miss Molly is at home". She said lighten up her mood because her younger sister is at home.
"Really, we're is she". She said in a rush.
"She should be in her room". The maid said as Korra thanked her and went upstairs, she got to Molly's room and knocked but their was no answer. She knocked again still no answer. Korra then opened the door, she saw Molly on her headphones while looking at her laptop, Korra entered the room, quietly and walked behind Molly.
"Boooooo". She said holding her shoulders as Molly jerked up, when she saw it was Korra she started breathing.
"Korra you scared me to death". Molly said holding her chest as Korra laughed. "Stop it, it's not funny".
"Am sorry but you should have seen the look on your face". Korra said laughing.
"Ha ha very funny". She said as she sat down on her bed.
"What were you doing". She said as Korra sat next to her.
"Oh nothing just watching a movie".
"What kind of movie".
"Mummies". She said demonstrating a mummy.
"You like horror movies way to much".
"I know right". Closing her laptop. "Sooo..... How was your first day at school". She said stressing the words.
"It was great and I made two new friends".
"Huh and I thought it will be difficult for you to have new friends". Molly said.
"I thought so too".
"Girl you are lucky". Molly said.
"I know right, so how was school for you today".
"It was great and still no friends.... Yet". Molly said as this is her 8th grade and has this habit of keto herself, she never had any friends, ever.
"Okay, I'm going down stairs to eat am so, so hungry.
"I'll be there in a jiffy".
"Okay". Korra said shooting the door behind her.
