Chapter 10 - Boruto the Akatsuki: In Search of Power10

Previous Chapter: Naruto, Sasuke, Sarada, Boruto, and Chocho face a tense situation as they investigate the whereabouts of Shin, a mysterious character with an arm full of Sharingans. Naruto mentions that Shin might be related to Orochimaru, leading the group to search for answers at the latter's lair. There, they encounter Sasuke's old allies, Suigetsu and Jugo, who lead them to Orochimaru.

During their conversation, Orochimaru reveals that Shin is a long-escaped experimental clone obsessed with the Uchiha family name. Meanwhile, Sarada suspects that she might be the daughter of Karin, a former comrade of her father, and asks Suigetsu to perform a DNA test. The result confirms her fear: Sarada is Karin's daughter. This revelation leaves her devastated, facing a reality she never imagined.

At that moment, Suigetsu, seeing Sarada crying, left the room. At the entrance were Naruto and Boruto, leaning against the wall.

"Why does it feel like I've done something horrible?" Suigetsu asked, a hint of guilt in his voice.

"You guys are always butting in where you're not supposed to," Naruto replied, with a mix of frustration and resignation.

—Eh... but how was I supposed to know Sasuke was like that... Besides, did you know? —Suigetsu said, trying to justify himself.

"Of course not," Naruto answered, almost curtly.

—Well, I'm leaving. It's up to you, Naruto —Suigetsu said, taking a step back, as if he wanted to get away from the problem.

—Wait —Naruto stopped him, turning to look at Boruto. Boruto looked back at him and said firmly:

—I'm not going.

Naruto, not knowing what to say, prepared to go in and comfort Sarada.

Meanwhile, Sarada, sobbing, remembered all the moments she shared with her mother, feeling how those memories became painful. Naruto appeared at the door, his voice was soft but firm:

—Sarada... I know it hurts, but we have to go rescue your mother.

—Liar...! —Sarada screamed, full of rage and despair— Why do I have to rescue someone who is not my mother? Why?!

Naruto stood frozen, shocked by the intensity of Sarada's words. Boruto, listening to everything from the wall he was leaning on, thought coldly:

—How stupid... she is a girl who is incapable of understanding that that is not the important thing.

Sarada continued, her voice breaking with tears:

—They lied to me all my life... there's no point in me rescuing her.

At that moment, Sarada's eyes changed, revealing the Sharingan. Naruto walked over to Sarada, grabbed a hand mirror from the table, and held it in front of her face. Sarada took the mirror and saw her eyes reflected, the mythical Sharingan, feeling a deep loathing towards herself.

"I don't want to look like him right now," Sarada murmured, her tone mixed with sadness and anger.

"What do you want to do now, Sarada?" Naruto asked her, concern palpable in his voice.

"That's none of your business," Sarada replied coldly, standing up to leave the room. Naruto grabbed her arm gently, but firmly.

"What's wrong?" Sarada said, trying to get away, her tone defiant.

—Even though it's not my business, I can't just leave it like that —Naruto replied, looking into her eyes with a determination that only he could have—. I always tell Boruto, but he doesn't listen to me, and the fact is that the entire village is my family, and it's my duty to protect them.

"What does that have to do with me?" Sarada replied, her voice filled with bitterness. "Besides, it's just a facade. After all, my father is never in the village, he doesn't even know his daughter's face, and my mother always lied to me. And after all that…" Sarada lowered her head, feeling hopelessness enveloping her. "We're not related by blood… I always knew I didn't have a real family. And one more thing: you're not me, so you don't know how I feel. We're not family."

Sarada shook her arm for Naruto to let go, and turned to leave, but Naruto didn't let go of her.

Several memories began to emerge in Naruto's mind. Flashback: Naruto is seen sitting on a swing under a tree, his head down, watching the villagers passing by far away from him. He watched as those families had fun together while he was alone under the shade of the tree. But the memories began to change, showing Iruka 's kindness , the time he saved him and believed in him, and how, after much effort and dedication, he was able to make friends and get a family.

Out of the flashback: Naruto spoke, his voice filled with suppressed emotion:

—What do you think connects you to your parents, Sarada?

Sarada turned to look at him, her eyes reflecting confusion and pain. Naruto continued, his tone full of conviction:

—What connects you to your family or your parents isn't blood ties, it's the memories we make with them, those emotions we get when we spend time together. Those moments are stronger than anything, Sarada.

"But…" Sarada murmured, her voice shaking.

"Try to remember, try to feel those feelings," Naruto said, moving a little closer, hoping to reach her heart.

Sarada, looking at Naruto, lowered her head and began to reminisce. Flashback: Sarada is seen lying on a bed, and on the edge of the bed was Sakura, sitting on the floor while her head was resting on the bed. The images began to change, showing Sakura washing some dishes in the kitchen. Sarada, about five years old, approached her mother.

"When is my dad coming back?" asked little Sarada, with a mixture of hope and uncertainty in her voice.

"He has a very important job, he'll be back when he's done," Sakura replied, with a smile that tried to hide her own sadness.

"Doesn't my dad care about me?" Sarada said, lowering her head, feeling a lump in her throat.

Sakura turned quickly, lowering her head to look Sarada in the eyes.

"Of course he cares about you," she said firmly, though her eyes revealed a shadow of pain.

"Then why doesn't he come back?" Sarada insisted, feeling tears threatening to fall.

—We are important to your father, don't forget that. You may not understand it now, but I know that one day you will —Sakura replied, hugging Sarada tightly, trying to convey all the love and comfort she could.

Sarada was about to cry, but Sakura hugged her tightly, wrapping her in a hug that was meant to protect her from the world.

"Mom, you're crushing me!" Sarada said, feeling her mother's embrace completely envelop her.

"I'm sorry, you're just so cute," Sakura said, letting go of her a little, with a tender smile.

Sarada laughed a little as she wiped her cheeks and asked curiously:

—Mom, did you kiss Dad?

Sakura was surprised by her daughter's question, but she made a thoughtful face, touched her forehead while blushing, and said with a nervous laugh:

-Maybe...

"Pig!" Sarada said, her glasses turning white, laughing a little.

"That's not it!" Sakura replied, laughing too.

"So, what's better than a kiss?" Sarada asked, excited at the idea of learning more about her parents.

Sakura, with her two fingers, touched Sarada's forehead and said with a smile:

—We'll talk about that another day. When you see your dad, you'll understand.

Outside the flashback: Sarada kept crying, touching her forehead sadly as she muttered:

-Mother...

With a mixture of pain and resolution in her voice, Sarada added:

—I want to rescue her.

Naruto nodded with an understanding 'yes'. Sarada, still with tears in her eyes, continued:

—But... it won't be like before... What should I do?

Naruto grabbed her by both shoulders, with a little force, but much more with emotional firmness, and said:

—It doesn't matter what is true or false. If you want to rescue her, that is the truth.

Sarada was speechless, her heart beating fast as Naruto's words echoed in her mind. Slowly, the Sharingan in her eyes deactivated, returning to its natural black color. Naruto and Sarada left the room together.

As she left, Sarada was surprised to see Boruto waiting for her. He, with his usual carefree tone, said:

—You finally stopped crying and you're more determined —and he let out a mocking laugh—. Hahaha...

Naruto looked at him disapprovingly and said:

—You shouldn't say that.

But Boruto, nodding, replied without much interest:

—Whatever you say...

Sarada, overcome with a mixture of embarrassment and relief, covered her face and stepped forward, trying to hide the blush on her face.

Naruto, watching him walk away, approached Boruto and commented:

—It seems like she'll be fine.

Boruto looked at him indifferently and as he began to walk away, he said:

—Those words you said... you should follow through on them.

Naruto was left at a loss for words, blank at his son's words. After a moment of bewilderment, he ran after Boruto and Sarada, who were already ahead. Finally, Naruto left Orochimaru's base, followed by Boruto and Sarada.

As he left, Naruto looked around and commented:

—So in this place they were...

Chocho, seeing Sarada, shouted excitedly:

—Sarada!

Sasuke, frowning, asked:

—Where had they gone?

Sarada looked at him for a few seconds, but quickly looked away, showing obvious indifference towards her father.

Naruto approached Sasuke and, with a serious tone, said:

—Sasuke! How could you? We have to talk later.

Sasuke, without showing any emotion, replied:

-About what?

Orochimaru watched the scene with curiosity, while Suigetsu, who was present, took the opportunity to run away to another place.

Naruto, with a sigh, replied:

—It will be later...

Chocho, confused, asked Sarada:

—Where were they?

Sarada responded briefly, while Boruto stood behind his father, watching the interaction.

Naruto, wanting to maintain focus, spoke firmly:

—First, let's rescue Sakura.

But Orochimaru, with his characteristic tone and a smile on his lips, intervened:

—But he may already be dead...

Sarada and Chocho shuddered, feeling a chill at Orochimaru's words.

Sasuke, without hesitation, replied with determination:

—My wife is not that weak.

Sarada looked at Sasuke in surprise, his words echoing in her mind. Sasuke, without waiting for a response, continued:

"Anyway, thanks for telling me where that guy is," he said as he walked away from the group. "Now that I have all my ocular powers, I'll take the group."

As Suigetsu hid behind a nearby rock, Sasuke activated his left eye, revealing the Rinnegan with several tomoes. A purple energy emanated from Sasuke's body, which quickly began to take the form of a gigantic and formidable being: the Susanoo.

Sarada and Chocho, amazed and a little scared, looked at the imposing being that formed in front of them.

Naruto, unable to help but smile, commented:

—You had weakened, and that...

Sasuke, without losing his composure, replied:

—You have no right to complain.

Boruto, although surprised, maintained his calm demeanor. However, in his true location, inside an abandoned factory with his eyes closed, Boruto was thinking:

—This is the Susanoo… capable of being awakened by Mangekyo Sharingan or the Eternal. I wonder if I can awaken a Susanoo one day… After all, I have this eye that I don't know what it's called, but I know it has the abilities of a Sharingan and a Byakugan, and more abilities that I can't discover yet. But that Susanoo… is very interesting. I will observe it carefully to train in the future.

Back with Naruto and the group, Sasuke spoke with authority:

—Come on up.

At Shin's base, Sakura was surrounded by a group of Shin's clones. With a determined expression, Shin stood up from the stretcher and stood in front of Sakura.

"For Akatsuki to be resurrected, I need Sasuke Uchiha's Sharingan," he said coldly. "To get those Sharingan, Sasuke will die. It will not be him who will continue the legacy of the Uchiha clan, but me, Shin Uchiha."

Meanwhile, Naruto and his group emerged from the ground, flying towards the surface. Suigetsu approached Orochimaru with a mix of curiosity and uneasiness.

"Sir, what did that child say to you?" Suigetsu asked.

— ku ... ku ... ku ...— Orochimaru laughed— , what he said was a bit interesting, and his abilities are surprising.

"Your abilities? I don't understand, sir," Suigetsu said, still confused.

—That's the problem, Suigetsu. You didn't see what he was capable of. That boy's intelligence and genius can't be called anything other than such monstrous talent — Orochimaru explained, his voice deep and thoughtful.

"I still don't understand what you mean, Lord Orochimaru," Suigetsu insisted.

"You will understand in the future, when we meet him again," Orochimaru replied, although in his mind he thought that Mitsuki's Sun could not be this boy.

Jugo, who had been watching silently, remembered Boruto's eyes, somewhat astonished by what he had witnessed.

Elsewhere in the sky, Sasuke's Susanoo was advancing rapidly, carrying Naruto, Boruto, Sarada, and Chocho. Determination was written on Sarada's face as she thought, "I'm coming, Mom, wait for me. I'll save you." Her eyes fell on her father's back, evoking a memory of a past conversation.

Flashback:

In the tower, Sarada watched her parents talking.

—I'm sorry… I wanted to tell Sarada… but… —Sakura said, in an apologetic tone.

"It's not your fault, it's mine. You don't have to apologize," Sasuke replied, with a serenity that only he could show.

Changing the scene, Sasuke was seen saying firmly:

—My wife is not that weak.

End of flashback. Sarada kept her gaze on Sasuke, lost in thoughts and questions that assailed her.

On the other hand, in Boruto's mind, his thoughts were wandering, "That snake really is a busybody. But how did he notice? I didn't think that the real me would take over for a little while. Ah, it's tiring to think. It's better to leave it to those guys." As he pondered, the image of Orochimaru and Boruto flashed through the clone's mind, but with the real Boruto, "That clone of mine, does he think that I can't hear his thoughts? But what he says about Orochimaru…"

Flashback:

Boruto can be seen talking to Orochimaru while Sarada, Chocho, and Naruto boarded the Susanoo.

—In the future, I would like to talk to you. You are interesting —Orochimaru said, laughing ku ... ku ... ku ...

Boruto looked at him without much interest and replied:

—Yes, of course, wait for me.

Orochimaru stopped laughing, and his expression turned serious.

—But next time, I'd like the real Boruto to show up.

Boruto, who was starting to walk towards the Susanoo, suddenly stopped and turned around, making sure that Naruto and Sasuke, who were watching with curiosity, couldn't see his face as he closed his eyes. Orochimaru watched him with growing interest. When Boruto opened his eyes, they were empty, as if devoid of any emotions. Orochimaru was surprised and Jugo, beside him, also showed surprise.

"Those aren't the eyes of a Hokage's son," Orochimaru muttered, giving a small smile.

Boruto spoke in a deeper, darker voice:

—What do you want, Orochimaru? I'm here. Did you think I wouldn't appear before you because I should be afraid?

Orochimaru, his smile gone, replied:

—I didn't think you would actually come.

"And I didn't think you would notice me," Boruto replied. "But your damn toy is interesting, though useless. It is incapable of progressing and has no goal to become stronger. It will still not be able to think for itself."

Orochimaru was surprised, and as his expression relaxed, he said:

—I see, you were able to read my thoughts. That's surprising. But, since you put it that way, it seems like Mitsuki is progressing quite well. I hope she can achieve what I couldn't.

—You seem to be quite proud of your creation, but how long can you be? Besides, I don't want your toy to come near me. It's a pain to have around. I hope you can control it because sooner or later, it will make mistakes that will drive me crazy, and I will kill it —Boruto said coldly.

Orochimaru nodded slowly, his smile returning:

—But I'm more curious about how you're able to do all this and how you came to be like this. After all, you're the son of the Seventh Hokage, the hero of Konoha.

Boruto, with an indifferent expression, replied:

—I seem to be asked the same question these days. They can't seem to believe that a hero's child could be born something different. But to answer your question, Orochimaru, it's none of your business.

"Boruto, you're coming," Naruto shouted, raising his hand.

Boruto glanced at Naruto and then turned his attention back to Orochimaru.

—It seems that this is where the conversation ends. And as I told you, don't put it with me again, because I will make it disappear. Your perfect creation will disappear.

Orochimaru's smile faded, and he asked:

—Aren't you afraid of me?

Boruto smiled maliciously:

"Hahaha, I hope you come for me. It will be so much fun," he said, an evil laugh appearing on his face. Although his eyes remained emotionless, there was a fighting gleam in them.

Orochimaru said nothing and nodded. Boruto closed his eyes and turned around. Orochimaru, activating his senses to the maximum, watched as Boruto, once fully turned around, opened his eyes and ran towards the Susanoo, raising his hand.

In Orochimaru's mind, an idea intrigued him: "A part of his chakra is gone, but how interesting. I wonder what jutsu he is using to make a clone be in this place. I'm sure in the future we will meet again." The Susanoo took off, disappearing into the sky.

End of flashback.

Boruto pondered silently, his mind sharp as a blade.

—That Orochimaru… although I must admit that I'm a little intrigued by how he knew it was a clone that was present. Is it a seal or are his senses just that sharp? I also didn't notice the presence of that woman, the one they call Karin. After all, she could easily detect me. —Boruto let out a sigh, but malice was drawn in his crooked smile—. But well, I hope that Orochimaru listens to me, after all, he was the one who informed Mitsuki about me. Well, it's time to pay attention to what's coming, I can't let that snake get in the way of this.

On his shadowy throne, darkness filled the room, broken only by a ray of light that weakly entered through the windows, underlining the coldness in his eyes.

"If there are clones of Shin, I will have my clone send me as many as possible. One of them will become my tool. He will be far more useful than any other with that ridiculous 'will of fire.'" Boruto laughed, his devilish laughter echoing in the dim light, casting dancing shadows on the walls as his thoughts followed a sinister path. "I hope there are many clones."

The laughter continued, cold and sinister, as Boruto laid out his plans, his figure barely visible in the gloom.

Back on the Susanoo, Sarada watched Sasuke's back, her thoughts troubled.

"What is he really thinking about Mom?" she wondered, her eyes filled with doubt.

At that moment, Naruto gently tapped her shoulder. Sarada turned around and exclaimed, "Seventh!" Naruto looked straight ahead with a serene smile that radiated confidence.

Sarada stared at him for a few seconds, then looked back ahead, this time with a determined smile. Her eyes filled with determination as she told herself in her mind, "I'll think about that later. Right now, all I want is to rescue my mother." She clenched her fist tightly, channeling all her will into that one mission.

Boruto, although he was just a clone and possessed more feelings, couldn't help but feel a flash of envy upon seeing the scene. But the real Boruto, watching from a distance, felt nothing. It was as if he didn't care about that kind of bond at all.

Sasuke spoke firmly, "It's this way. Naruto, locate them." Naruto activated Sage Mode and pointed to a spot in the distance, where some rocks formed a strange circle. Without another word, Sasuke directed his Susanoo towards the indicated spot.

Meanwhile, in Shin's lair, Sakura was surrounded by Shin's clones.

The original Shin was injured, missing an arm, the same one Danzo had used. Shin, his voice filled with fervor, spoke:

—Only I am worthy of carrying the Uchiha name and carrying on Itachi Uchiha's vision. My only purpose is the revival of Akatsuki, for the world to evolve through war.

At that instant, Shin raised his severed right arm, and with his Mangekyo Sharingan, created an arm of lethal blades.

Sakura, watching the scene calmly, snapped her fingers with her other hand as she declared:

—My goal… is my family.

Shin looked at her without interest, but Sakura continued:

—It seems there is nothing to worry about, you have no companions.

Shin, with a dismissive tone, replied, "Comrades?"

Sakura nodded and added coldly:

"If I finish you off, all the problems will end." With a fist full of power, Sakura punched the ground, destroying the room with tremendous force. The rumble echoed, causing the pillars of the cave to shake.

"I will not let you endanger my daughter and husband," she declared as dust filled the air.

Back with Naruto and the group rushing to rescue Sakura and stop Shin, the team was running at full speed across the surface.

Sarada shouted, "There's Shin's lair!"

Sasuke, leading the group, stated, "Here they come." In front of them, emerging from the rocks, appeared the clones of Shin, running towards them with threatening speed.

Chocho, with a surprised expression, commented: "They all have the same face!"

Naruto, staying focused, added, "Those must be the clones."

Shin's clones spoke in unison, their voices echoing with an eerie uniformity:

—The intruders must be stopped. These are our father's orders.

Naruto, without wasting any time, made a hand stance, and in an instant, several clones of himself appeared in a cloud of smoke, wielding kunais that clashed with the massive three-pronged weapons of Shin's clones.

In the midst of the battle, Sarada quickened her pace, heading towards Shin's cave. One of Shin's clones noticed her movement and threw his weapon, but Sarada, with her Sharingan activated, slipped under the attack and continued running at full speed. The clone tried to stop her, but Naruto intervened with one of his clones, blocking the attack.

Sarada, while running, turned her head and shouted, "I'm sorry, Seventh, but I have to save Mom!"

Naruto, seeing her determination, spoke calmly:

—It will be... Sasuke, go with her. I'll take care of it.

Sasuke, dodging the attacks of Shin's clones with agility, nodded and leapt forward.

Chocho, feeling a little lost, asked: "And what am I going to do?"

Naruto stood beside him and assured him:

"I will protect you, as I promised." However, as he spoke, his eyes shifted to Boruto, who was standing away from the fight, sitting calmly on a rock. An anime-style bead of sweat appeared on Naruto's forehead, but he quickly focused on the battle, leaving Boruto to his own devices.

In the mind of the real Boruto, who was watching everything through the eyes of his clone, dark thoughts arose:

—My father and Sasuke hold back so much that it seems like they aren't the strongest ninjas of this era. If it had been me, I would have already destroyed this place with everything I have, hahaha. But it's time to take control.

He made several hand positions and took control of the clone. When Boruto took control, he looked at his own hands.

—It seems like this keeps happening, it's a problem, but I can't let myself be carried away by the past —he thought, as he slowly lowered his hands. —Now that I'm here, I can feel the chakras, and there are many below us. This place is full of caves and passages, like the one right next to me.

Beside him was a dark tunnel that seemed to descend into the bowels of the earth.

"It's time to go, I can't let them discover me," Boruto muttered with a wicked smile on his face. He made a sign with his hands and, from a puff of smoke, a shadow clone appeared.

"This is more than enough," he said, and at that moment, he jumped into the tunnel, descending rapidly as if he were falling into the void.

Boruto quickly pulled out a three-pronged kunai and stabbed it into the wall to slow him down. A few seconds later, he reached the bottom, where darkness reigned, enveloping him in its cold embrace.

Boruto began to walk through the tunnel until he came to a wide space where the light was dim, but enough to reveal what surrounded him: a multitude of Shin clones. Although he had already sensed several chakras before, he did not expect to encounter so many. The clones, who were distracted by looking elsewhere, turned in sync to observe Boruto, their Mangekyo Sharingan glowing brightly.

Boruto, realizing the situation, activated his Doujutsu in all its glory, with an evil smile curving on his lips as he played with a three-pronged kunai in his hand. His eyes quickly analyzed each clone.

"Wow, looks like not all of these clones came out perfect..." he thought, noticing the variety of shapes and sizes among the clones—some fat, some skinny, and some taller than normal. "But now is not the time to think about that. I'm picking out the best chakras here to send to my base. Hahaha, this is going to be fun, I'm getting goosebumps with excitement."

Shin's clones moved into combat stance, pulling out all sorts of ninja weapons, ready to attack. Boruto, without losing his cool, threw his kunai into the air in a fluid motion. His hands began to move rapidly, forming various signs.

"Hiraishin: Eikyo Fuin!" Boruto shouted, his voice echoing in the darkness. The kunai he had thrown into the air multiplied in the blink of an eye, scattering across the area where the clones were.

As Shin's clones prepared to defend themselves, Boruto gestured with his right hand, materializing a katana that glowed with a sinister aura. In his left hand, he held the three-pronged kunai steady. His eyes glowed with anticipation, while his evil laughter echoed softly in the tense air. He knew the real fight was just beginning, and he couldn't wait to unleash chaos.

At that moment, Shin's clones charged at Boruto at full speed. With a yellow flash, Boruto disappeared and appeared beside one of the clones. He quickly put away his katana in a smokescreen and said with a sinister smile, "I better send them out first." He made several hand stances and shouted, "Hiraishin: Shuzoku Ido!" Tapping one of Shin's clones, he disappeared in a white flash. "I'll send Shin's best clones to my base first," Boruto muttered, hahaha laughing evilly. The other Shin clones, though trained not to show fear, couldn't help but tremble slightly at the sight of Boruto in action.

In the abandoned factory, one of Shin's clones appeared, surprised by the sudden change of scenery. He looked around, trying to get his bearings, and realized that he was surrounded by a circle of seals. To his right, he saw five more spaces, each with seals identical to the one below him. In front of him, in the dim light, he glimpsed a figure sitting on a throne. He tried to leave the circle to attack that figure, but the seals imprisoned him, forcing him to his knees. The seals ran through his entire body, completely immobilizing him. Minutes later, more Shin clones began to appear, filling the six empty spaces. All of the clones were imprisoned by the seals.

Back with Boruto, he surveyed the battlefield with a satisfied smile. "Looks like the best goods have already been sent out," he muttered to himself. "Now I can have fun and play with you guys." With a flash of yellow, he appeared on a small hill, his back turned to Shin's clones. He slowly turned around, his eyes glowing with a dark cruelty as all the clones glared at him. "It's time to begin. All of you will die and your eyes will be mine. I will perform a grand experiment with your eyes." Boruto smirked, relishing in the fear that was beginning to grip his enemies.

A Shin clone, unable to contain himself, charged at Boruto at full speed. Boruto pulled out his katana in a puff of smoke, and the metallic sound echoed in the air. With astonishing speed, Boruto launched a kick that Shin clone dodged. However, Boruto, with a swift movement, decapitated him using the kunai he held in his left hand. The other Shin clones were filled with terror upon seeing the scene, but they had no time to react.

Just as Boruto was about to attack the others, his eye caught sight of a white creature with a large Sharingan all over its face and a deformed mouth. Boruto smiled, remembering the space-time jutsu. He disappeared in a flash and appeared behind the creature. The small creature noticed Boruto's presence and tried to escape, Boruto sealed the creature into a scroll with a few quick hand signs and said, " Fuinjutsu : Ikimono Fuin!" and then muttered with satisfaction, "I thought I wouldn't be able to seal it, but I was wrong, hahaha, this is so much fun."

Boruto stood up and performed another hand stance, saying, "Hiraishin: Shuzoku Ido!" The scroll disappeared in a flash, and Boruto turned his gaze to the Shin clones who took a step back. But with renewed determination, they rushed towards Boruto at high speed. Boruto pulled out his katana, which he had stabbed into the ground upon appearing behind the creature, and prepared for combat.

Several clones of Shin appeared above Boruto, swooping down at full speed to stab him with their weapons. But Boruto had already noticed them, thanks to his special eye. With a quick movement, he threw his kunai into the air. Just when the clones' weapons were about to touch him, Boruto disappeared in a flash and appeared above them. With a precise movement, he split one in half and stabbed the other with the kunai with such force that it sent him flying. The third managed to pull his weapon out of the ground and threw it at Boruto, but Boruto blocked the attack with his katana, sliding the enemy's sword and pushing him back and with a single blow, Boruto raised his katana and decapitated the clone.

The Shin clones who saw the scene were surprised by the speed with which Boruto had finished off their companions. However, Shin's clones with their Mangekyo Sharingan activated, sent a shower of flying blades towards the blond and Boruto disappeared in a yellow flash and multiple yellow flashes were seen on the battlefield. Shin's clones began to fall to the ground, their bodies inert and their fates sealed.

The clones that were still alive, along with the larger ones, began to rush towards Boruto with unbridled fury. The larger clones, driven by their brute strength, threw a punch with all their energy, making the ground tremble and causing a thunderous crash . Boom ! Boruto , with his impeccable reflexes, disappeared in a yellow flash, reappearing several meters away. However, he had barely regained his composure when a clone of Shin was already upon him, attacking him fiercely. Boruto, without losing his characteristic malicious smile, stopped the attack with his kunai, and in a fluid movement, he plunged his katana into the clone's stomach, impaling it with lethal precision.

"You guys think you're the best," Boruto said, his voice laced with mockery, his eyes shining with an almost palpable intensity. "I can see it in your faces, but you're nothing more than replacements, puppets created by an insignificant being. Do you understand?" LOL His laughter echoed throughout the place, a laughter that was not only mocking, but also a reflection of the dark amusement he found in the situation. Shin's clones, enraged by his words, charged at him with even more determination, their eyes filled with hatred.

Boruto, with superhuman speed, brought down his katana and slashed at the impaled clone in one clean, precise move. Without stopping, he swung his sword at another clone approaching at full speed. The clone, in a desperate attempt to defend itself, deflected the sword with its weapon, launching it upwards. But Boruto, anticipating the move, disappeared in a yellow flash and reappeared right above the clone, gripping the sword in his right hand as he muttered, "You guys don't learn." Then, he shouted " Rasengan!" , and the powerful jutsu slammed into Shin's clone, creating a deafening roar and raising a dense cloud of dust. Boom !

As the cloud of dust dispersed, Boruto slowly stood up, looking at his hands with a mix of frustration and determination. "This body is a clone," he thought. "I can only use 50% of my power, and it seems to be running out. I can't use more advanced techniques, so I'll have to rely on Taijutsu. But I still want to try out one of my eye techniques. I call it Kaminari no Isshin (One with Lightning). If I combine it with Hiraishin, how much speed could I reach?"

Shin's clones were rapidly approaching, their weapons ready to pierce through Boruto's body. At that moment, Boruto's right eye began to emit rays that covered his entire body, creating an electric aura that completely enveloped him. He disappeared in a flash of blue and white, reappearing somewhere else with the same explosion of light. While this was happening, in Boruto's mind with perception, everything was moving in slow motion, and in Boruto's mind. "Everything looks so slow... Plus, I can see their chakra networks clearly. But this power only lasts about 2 or 3 seconds. That's the most my chakra allows. Let's finish off most of them in that time, and then I'll deactivate the technique."

In the blink of an eye, Boruto disappeared again, reappearing where he was before in a series of blue and white flashes. Although Shin's clones could see his movements thanks to their Sharingan, their bodies were unable to react to Boruto's speed. Several flashes illuminated the battlefield, and one after another, the clones fell to the ground, dead before they even touched the ground.

Boruto, now standing in the same spot where he had disappeared, felt his eye stop emitting rays, and they disappeared completely. He began to sweat profusely and breathe rapidly, falling to one knee from the effort. "Damn," he thought as he slowly stood up. "This clone's body won't hold out much longer. I only have a little chakra left, but there are still several clones left. I know I can take them down, but I'll have to be efficient." He stood up, determined to finish the battle.

Shin's clones, terrified at the sight of their comrades falling to the ground, dead and dismembered, began to hesitate. The larger ones collapsed with mortal wounds on their bodies, causing a rumble as they fell. Boom ! The few clones left alive looked at each other, with a mix of despair and determination, before turning their gazes to Boruto. He smiled at them with dark amusement, knowing that fear was beginning to take control of them. In their minds, there was only one thought: "If we don't kill him, he will kill us. We have to finish him off."

Boruto's eye watched them calmly, highlighting the pressure points and weaknesses of each of them. Shin's clones, aware of his desperate situation, ran at full speed towards him, trying to make their last effort. Boruto, knowing that he could not afford to waste any more chakra, prepared his Doujutsu for the final fight. He adopted a combat stance, similar to the Jiuga's Gentle Fist, but with his own distinctive touch. In his left hand, which was extended forward, he held a three-pronged kunai, while in his right hand rested his katana, ready on his hip to strike at the precise moment.

The clones were advancing at full speed towards Boruto. They reached him in the blink of an eye, throwing their ninja weapons with the intention of defeating him. But Boruto, with his Doujutsu activated, was able to see the slowed movements, as well as perceive the chakra channels of his enemies. With astonishing speed, Boruto jumped back, tricking the clones into believing that they had him cornered. In a quick movement, he threw a kunai that stuck in the head of one of Shin's clones. Meanwhile, he unsheathed his katana, stopping the attacks of the other clones with pinpoint accuracy.

Amidst the chaos, Boruto performed a handstand, and a clone of himself appeared in a puff of smoke above him, katana in hand. This new clone attacked with ferocity, forcing Shin's clones to retreat. Taking advantage of the confusion, Boruto charged at them again. Shin's clones, realizing his intention, tried to attack him, but Boruto, with unparalleled mastery, pierced one of them and continued his massacre.

More and more clones joined the battle, but Boruto, using the Uchiha and Jiu-Jitsu styles, struck at his enemies' chakra points and snatched their own weapons, using them against them. With a speed that defied the visible, Boruto landed a precise blow on the chakra points of another Shin clone, plunging his katana into the latter's body. Just then, one of the clones threw his ninja weapon at Boruto, but Boruto deftly dodged it, twisting his body to the side. With his left hand, he grabbed the clone's head and slammed it into the ground, generating a thunderous " Boom !"

The ninja weapon that the clone had thrown was still floating in the air. Boruto caught it in mid-flight and, without stopping, rushed towards the remaining clones. He paralyzed them and eliminated them with their own weapons. Everything happened at a dizzying speed, and blood was pouring out of the clones' bodies, staining Boruto's clothes, leaving them in a disastrous state.

After a few minutes, Boruto found himself sitting on a pile of Shin clone corpses, with the blood of his enemies dripping from his hair and clothes. His eye was glowing brightly, as a river of blood formed around him. With a malicious laugh, Boruto spoke:

"Hahaha, that was fun. We should do it again someday."

Still sitting, Boruto took out a large scroll and spread it out across the battlefield. After making several hand positions, he shouted:

"Fūinjutsu: Ikimono Fuin" (Sealing Art: Seal of Living Beings).

All the bodies disappeared in a puff of smoke, and Boruto, who was sitting on them, fell to his feet on the ground. The scroll closed automatically, and with another hand position, Boruto said:

"Hiraishin: Shuzoku Ido!"

The scroll disappeared in a flash of light. A thought crossed Boruto's mind:

"This body's chakra can't handle anything else, but what surprises me most is that these Shins aren't the only ones here."

Boruto activated his eye and began to see through the walls, detecting several spaces similar to the one he was in, with more Shin clones scattered around the area.

"It seems like the Uchija clan has been reborn, but they're all the same," hehehe Boruto thought in amusement as he laughed to himself. But at that moment, a sharp pain seized his eye, and Boruto covered it with his bloodied right hand.

"Shit, it seems I can't use this eye anymore. The chakra in this body has been completely depleted, and it will disappear in a few minutes."

Boruto lowered his hand from his right eye, which had now returned to its usual blue color. He walked over to his sword, which was stuck in the ground, soaked in blood. He grabbed it by the hilt and swung it to the right, causing blood to spray out. Beneath his feet, the river of blood spread out, and Boruto walked over it, jumping to higher ground where there was no blood.

There he sat down and stuck the katana beside him. With a right hand stance, Boruto made another scroll appear, opened it, and placed it on the ground. He placed the sword in the center of a seal drawn on the scroll, and then, with a wave of his hand over the edge, he let blood fall onto it. The sword, which was stuck in the scroll, began to resonate in Boruto's mind:

"It seems that the clone will appear in a few minutes. After all, it is sealed in this scroll, but it will only be able to manifest if the present clone disappears. Then, the experience of this clone will be sent to the real Boruto, and that experience will be transferred to the new clone that will appear."

At that moment, Boruto's consciousness returned to his real body, which was in an abandoned factory, sitting on his throne. He looked ahead, where the six clones of Shin he had captured were. Boruto thought:

"I chose the best there was in that place. Even after checking the other places where there were Shin clones, only these were the best."

As he watched the clones glare at him, Boruto paid them no attention. He turned his gaze back to where there were two scrolls he had previously sent: a small one and a large one.

"Looks like the game is over," Boruto muttered out loud, as he laughed and relaxed on his throne.

At the spot where Boruto had been, the clone occupying his position vanished in a puff of smoke. Immediately, another clone appeared in his place, taking a sword that was stuck in the scroll and storing it away in a puff of smoke. With another hand seal, the clone teleported to the surface using the Hiraishin mark, which glowed faintly where the previous clone had been sitting.

This new clone settled into the same position, a sharp gaze sweeping across the desolation of the surroundings. "Looks like no one is around. They all went to Shin's lair," he thought as he crossed his arms and leaned back against the wall, his expression cold and calculating. "I'll wait here until they come out," he muttered to himself, a flash of malice crossing his mind, anticipating what would come next.

Long before Boruto faced Shin's clones, Naruto was in the midst of an intense battle against them. The clones kept appearing endlessly, like an endless tide, even after Naruto immobilized them with precise and powerful techniques. Soon, he and Chocho found themselves surrounded in a circular formation, where the clones' shadows seemed to multiply with each blink of an eye.

Chocho, with a mix of disgust and concern, commented as he watched the clones advance endlessly: "How disgusting! They keep appearing."

Naruto, maintaining his defensive stance, looked at the clones with a mix of frustration and sadness in his eyes. He knew that, although they were enemies, these clones were more than just opponents. They were like children, albeit distorted ones, of Shin himself.

Shin's clones, speaking in unison in a metallic, emotionless tone, repeated their creator's orders: "Eliminate enemies. Enemy, eliminate."

Chocho, watching Naruto's expression, frowned. She didn't understand why he didn't take the initiative. "Seventh, what are you waiting for? Finish them off!" she exclaimed with desperation in her voice.

Naruto, frowning and with an expression of deep displeasure, replied in a serious tone: "Damn Shin..."

Chocho stared at him, unable to understand his reluctance to attack. "But... They're just clones! They're not real, they're not real humans!"

Naruto, with a serious look and a voice that denoted a mix of frustration and compassion, explained, "Clones or not, they call Shin father." He paused, his words laden with an inner pain that only he could understand. "They are his family, Chocho. No matter how they were created, they feel what they feel for him. To them, Shin is their father."

Chocho, taking in Naruto's words, felt the tension in the air rising. "But if we don't do something, they'll annihilate us," she said, her voice shaking slightly.

Naruto nodded, his face hardened with resolve. "I know... But I can't destroy them. I can't destroy children who are only protecting their father."

Chocho looked down, internally struggling with the moral dilemma Naruto presented to her. Finally, with a sigh, she said, "Seventh... always look beyond the simple battle. But if we can't destroy them, how will we get out of this?"

Naruto, without taking his eyes off the clones surrounding him, replied with determination, "We will find another way. There is always a way to save everyone... even them."

At that moment, the clones began to advance again, but Naruto, instead of attacking, adopted a defensive stance, protecting Chocho while continuing to search for a solution that did not involve destruction.
