In the previous chapter: Boruto selected the best clones of Shin after checking multiple sites. With a cold and calculating attitude, he left a clone in his place while he relaxed on a throne, observing the desolate surroundings. The clone, armed and ready, remained on standby, aware that everyone had gone to Shin's lair. Meanwhile, Naruto, in the midst of an intense battle against the clones, was faced with a moral dilemma. Despite Chocho urging him to eliminate the clones, Naruto resisted, acknowledging that even though they were creations, they viewed Shin as their father. Determined to find a solution that did not involve destroying beings who were simply protecting their progenitor, Naruto opted for a defensive stance, searching for a way to save everyone.
Meanwhile, in another part of the cave, a high-speed fight was taking place between Shin and Sakura. The atmosphere was charged with tension, with the room they were in located atop a central pillar, which was destroyed by a powerful punch from Sakura. The structure collapsed into massive fragments, as she began to run across the surface of the shattered pillar, moving with speed and agility. Shin, with a cold and calculating gaze, followed closely behind her, as a hand-to-hand combat began.
Sakura pulled out a kunai, which gleamed in the dim light of the cave, and slammed it hard into Shin's arm, which was covered in razor-sharp blades. Sparks flew as metal clashed against metal, and they both recoiled from the force of the impact. Without wasting a second, Sakura threw another kunai straight at Shin. He, with superhuman reflexes, caught it in mid-air and returned it with deadly accuracy. But Sakura, anticipating his move, deflected the kunai he was still holding onto, creating a shockwave that echoed off the cave walls.
At that instant, Shin seized the opportunity and launched himself at her with overwhelming speed, beginning a frenzied exchange of kicks and punches. The speed of his attacks was such that his movements became a blur of shadows and flashes. Although Sakura demonstrated her skill and power in each blow, Shin, with the precision and coldness of an assassin, forced her back. With a flash in his eyes, Shin activated his Sharingans, manipulating the thick hoses and tubes hanging from the ceiling of the cave around him, launching them furiously towards Sakura.
Sakura, with impressive agility, dodged the attacks while continuing to run at full speed, using the terrain and shadows to her advantage. Shin, agilely sliding through the hoses like a snake, kept the pressure on her. With a simple blink, he activated his Sharingans again, creating a bladed shuriken that spun at breakneck speed and launched it straight at Sakura. Moving with the speed and precision of an expert, she leapt between the rubble that covered the battlefield, using the rocks as a shield and projectile.
A shuriken pierced through a nearby rock, splitting it in half and sending fragments flying through the air. Taking advantage of the momentum, Sakura, with her colossal strength, grabbed a piece of rock and launched it like a missile towards Shin. The impact was brutal, pushing Shin towards the ground with devastating force, but his resilience was astonishing. Despite the blow, Shin passed through the rock and continued his pursuit with an unchanging expression. However, at the last instant, Shin noticed something strange on the rock: an explosive tag attached to it.
Before he could react, the tag flashed with a blinding light and a deafening boom shook the cave: Boom ! A dense cloud of smoke and dust filled the place, obscuring everyone's vision.
As Sakura fell towards the ground, blades emerged from the cloud of dust like a swarm, forcing her to cover herself with her forearms to protect herself. Finally, she fell into an underground lake of red water that lay at the bottom of the cave, with the sound of the water resonating in the vast space as the echo of the explosion faded away.
Elsewhere in the cave, Sarada was running at full speed, desperate to save her mother. The darkness and humidity of the place surrounded her, and as she moved forward, she activated a mechanism hidden in the ground. Suddenly, a large three-pronged blade activated and headed towards her head at breakneck speed.
Sarada, with instinctive speed, turned around, activating a defensive trap as she raised her forearms to protect herself. She closed her eyes tightly, waiting for the impact. In that instant, black flames appeared out of nowhere and engulfed the blade, consuming it in seconds. Surprised, Sarada opened her eyes and, seeing the black fire, muttered in amazement, "Dad..."
Sasuke, with his imposing presence, stood behind the flaming ninja weapon, watching it as the fire died down. Without saying a word, he began to walk forward, passing Sarada with impressive calm. She, impressed by his power and skill, watched him in admiration. Sasuke paused briefly, turned his head, and said in a firm voice, "What's wrong? Let's go."
Sarada, frowning slightly, quickly followed him, still thinking of her father's formidable strength.
Meanwhile, in the underground lake, Sakura was running across the surface of the water at full speed, but small blades had embedded themselves in her left arm, moving erratically as if they were emitting signals. Behind her, a storm of blades followed her, cutting through the air with a deadly whistling sound. Although Sakura dodged the attacks with quick, precise movements, the situation was becoming increasingly desperate.
From the edge of the lake, Shin watched with a sadistic smile on his face and spoke arrogantly, "You won't be able to escape my Sharingans." The eyes embedded in his head moved from side to side, activating his Mangekyo Sharingan.
The blades embedded in Sakura's arm began to sink deeper into her flesh, completely immobilizing her. The blades following her joined together in midair, forming a gigantic shuriken that headed towards her with unstoppable speed. Sakura, trapped in the lake and unable to move, watched in horror as the shuriken came closer and closer, but at the last moment, a chakra blade from the Susanoo appeared out of nowhere, destroying the shuriken with a deafening roar: Boom !
Shin, realizing the attack, desperately jumped towards one of the nearby pillars to escape, but it was too late. A second chakra sword, faster and more lethal, launched itself towards the pillar, destroying it into a thousand pieces with another powerful boom: Boom !
Sarada kept running, searching for her mother in the rubble and chaos. Looking out over the lake, she saw Sakura walking towards them, holding her left arm with her right hand. She took a few more steps before falling to her knees, exhausted and wounded.
Sarada ran to her mother, crying out in desperation, "Mother!" When she reached her side, she saw the bleeding wound on her arm and, with a trembling voice, said, "This wound..."
Sasuke, quickly passing by Sarada, pushed her lightly to get closer to Sakura. Without saying a word, he knelt beside her and took the two blades in his hands. Sakura let out a moan, but Sasuke, already with the two blades in his hands, shouted "Amaterasu", causing the blades to become engulfed in black flames and burn instantly.
Sasuke stood up and, with his calm voice, asked:
—You can heal yourself, right?
Sakura nodded, showing an expression of relief and joy.
"Thank you, honey," she said, smiling knowing her husband cared about her.
Sarada watched them, unable to believe what she was seeing. But after a few seconds, a smile of relief appeared on her face, seeing the closeness between her parents.
__ At the spot where the pillar had been destroyed, Shin was crawling on the ground, groaning as he tried to steady himself, but the loss of his leg made that nearly impossible. Sasuke slowly turned around and began walking towards him, unsheathing his katana calmly and determinedly. "In your state, you can no longer move. You will be captured and taken to Konoha for questioning," Sasuke said coldly, getting closer and closer to Shin. Just as he was about to reach him, however, a clone of Shin stood in his way.
Sarada and Sakura, who were watching from a distance, were surprised by the clone's sudden appearance.
"This is none of your business. Get out of my way," Sasuke ordered, not showing much interest, but with unwavering determination.
Shin's clone replied firmly, "I won't. I will protect my father."
Sasuke looked at him with disdain and said in an icy voice, "I'm not as soft as Naruto. I won't repeat it: get out of the way." As he said this, his sword began to rise, ready to strike. Sarada, unable to believe what she was seeing, widened her eyes in shock at the sight of her father willing to end someone's life. But Sasuke, without hesitation, brought his sword down to decapitate Shin's clone.
Before the blade could touch the clone, Sarada screamed desperately, "Don't do it, Dad!"
Sasuke stopped his sword at the last moment, right at the neck of Shin's clone. But in that instant, a torrent of blood came out of the clone's mouth. Sasuke stood in disbelief, not understanding what had just happened. From behind the clone, Shin had created a spike of blades that pierced the clone's abdomen and extended to Sasuke's chest, stabbing the tip with deadly precision.
Sakura, terrified, screamed, "Sasuke!" as she stood up and began to run towards him.
Shin, with a look of triumph, withdrew the blade spike, causing the clone to die instantly. Sasuke fell to his knees on the ground, clutching the wound on his chest as blood soaked his clothes. Sarada was paralyzed with disbelief and fear, unable to process what she was seeing. Shin, now standing, looked at Sasuke with contempt and amusement. Noticing that the leg Sasuke had cut off was now replaced with a leg made of blades, Shin spoke arrogantly, "It seems the tables have turned. Now, you will be the one to suffer."
At that moment, Shin's Mangekyō Sharingans activated and several blades began to surround Sakura and Sarada, threatening them from all angles.
"You see?" Shin continued with a cruel smile, "This is how things are supposed to end."
Desperate, Sakura screamed, "Honey!" as she tried to run towards Sasuke, but blades descended in front of her, forcing her to stop.
Shin looked up at Sakura and warned, "Don't move. You won't be able to escape my Sharingans." He turned his attention back to Sasuke and added with disdain, "You are a disgrace to the Uchiha clan. I will continue Itachi Uchiha's legacy and revive Akatsuki."
Sakura, in an act of protection, stood in front of Sarada and spoke to her with determination: "Your father is not that weak. Don't worry, Sarada. Trust us, we will always protect you." As she said this, Sakura glanced at her daughter, giving her a message of confidence. Sarada, still shocked, watched her mother's back with wide eyes. Sasuke, who had been watching with his Rinnegan, exchanged a look of understanding with Sakura, who began to run in the opposite direction.
In Shin's mind, everything seemed clear: "It's useless for you to try to change things. I will finish you all."
Sakura was still running when Shin, with his Sharingans, sent the blades flying towards her. But at that moment, Sasuke activated his Rinnegan and switched places with Sakura, taking the attack instead of her.
Shin, confused by what had just happened, didn't have time to react before Sakura hit him with a straight fist to the face, sending him flying through the air. The impact was so strong that Shin's blade arm and leg were dismantled as he fell to the ground.
Sakura quickly recovered herself and, looking at the fallen Shin, said firmly: "You said that parent-child relationships were unnecessary. Well, I don't believe that. Don't underestimate parents, understand, Shin?" As she finished speaking, Sakura fell to the ground, exhausted and unconscious.
"Sarada screamed desperately, "Mom!" as she ran to her to help her.
Meanwhile, on the surface, Naruto was holding off Shin's clones without harming them, while other Naruto clones continued to engage in combat with the Shins. Suddenly, Shin's clones jumped back and said in unison, "I'm called," before disappearing in a Shunshin.
Chocho, who was next to Naruto, asked worriedly, "What's going on?"
Naruto, with a look of relief and confidence, replied, "It seems Sasuke and the others made it. Let's go with them." Chocho nodded, but Naruto looked around and saw Boruto sitting on a rock. "Boruto, wait for me, we're coming," she told him. Boruto nodded as Naruto began to run towards Shin's cave.
Back with Sasuke and his group, Shin was being dragged by one of his blades while Sakura, already conscious, watched the scene. Just then, Naruto arrived along with Chocho.
Chocho, seeing Sarada, shouted excitedly: "Sarada!"
Naruto approached Sasuke and, in a firm tone, declared, "This is over, Shin."
In Shin's mind, a single option formed: "I'll have to use the clones as bait to escape." He snapped out of his thoughts and shouted, "Not yet!" At that instant, more clones of Shin appeared around him, forming a barrier between him and the others. "Guys, go ahead!" Shin ordered.
However, before he could continue, Shin's clones betrayed him, stabbing him with their ninja weapons. Shin, shocked, spat out blood and said in disbelief, "What the ...? "
One of the clones spoke coldly: "We eliminated a piece of meat that was no longer useful."
Shin, weakened, replied: "But I am the original! What is wrong with you, damn it?"
Shin's clones responded in unison: "You taught us, father. Your eye power is weak. You are no longer needed. Now it will be us who will evolve."
Sakura, with a touch of irony, commented: "Isn't this the evolution you were looking for?"
Naruto stood in front of Chocho to protect her as Shin clones emerged from all corners of the base, forming a full army.
"How is it possible that there are so many?" Naruto asked, surprised by the number of clones.
Shin, looking around in despair, muttered, "When were so many made...?"
One of Shin's clones responded coldly, "Father, we don't need you anymore."
Chocho, observing the situation, commented: "They even have a fat clone..."
Sakura, with a wry smile, added, "Looks like the cloning didn't go so well."
Shin's clones charged at Naruto and his group, but Naruto performed a handstand and shouted, " Tajuu Kage Bunshin no Jutsu!" In a smokescreen, many Naruto clones appeared and charged at Shin's clones to stop them. The sound of metal clashing between clones echoed throughout the battlefield. Suddenly, a gigantic-sized Shin clone appeared and slammed its hand into the ground, creating a powerful rumble that shook everything around it. BOOM!
Sasuke, without wasting any time, leapt towards the giant clone and, with the purple skeletal hand of his Susanoo, punched him in the face, knocking him to the ground with an even louder crash. BOOM!
"As soft as ever," Sasuke commented determinedly, while Naruto spoke firmly.
At that moment, the small being with the Sharingan, which Shin controlled, appeared behind Naruto's group. Shin, sensing its presence, thought, "The medical ninja will come with me." Suddenly, a spinning vortex began to form around Sakura, attempting to suck her in along with Shin. Sakura was shocked, while Sasuke and Naruto realized what was happening. Sasuke whipped his head around and shouted, "Sarada!"
Sarada, understanding what she had to do, answered with determination: "I know!" She turned around completely and threw a few shurikens towards the small being. The small being, with agility, jumped to another side to avoid the shurikens, but Sarada did not stop. She jumped after it, determined to stop it. The small being, with its Sharingan eye activated, controlled the ninja weapons of Shin's clones and directed them towards Sarada.
Shin, from a distance, controlled the little being, thinking: "Stay out of the way!"
Sarada, still in the air and seeing the blades dangerously approaching her face, activated her own Sharingan and, with great agility, moved her head to dodge the attacks. With superhuman strength, driven by the determination to protect her mother, she shouted: " Shannaro !" and threw a punch straight at the little being. The impact was so strong that it broke the ground beneath them, raising a cloud of dust and creating a great rumble, BOOM!
Sakura, impressed by her daughter's strength, watched the scene in amazement. Sasuke, with a proud smile, commented, "Sarada..." Naruto, with a similar expression, added, "It's impressive."
__ Here's the improved scene, with more detail in the backgrounds and a more natural flow:
At that moment, when Naruto was momentarily distracted, one of Shin's clones attacked him. However, Naruto caught the weapon with ease, holding it firmly as his gaze transformed. His eyes turned red with vertical pupils, and an immense force concentrated in his hand until it cracked the weapon. "Calm down!" Naruto ordered with a firm and authoritative voice.
Shin's clone, with his Sharingan activated, stood petrified as he saw the image of a gigantic fox, Kurama, that seemed about to devour him. Frightened, the clone dropped the weapon, and the other clones did the same, retreating in fear. Naruto, regaining his usual tone, spoke: "Don't be afraid. If you don't do anything wrong, he won't hurt you."
Sasuke, watching the scene, commented coldly, "You sure are soft, Naruto."
Naruto glanced at him and calmly replied, "They're just kids. They need to be taught the difference between right and wrong."
Sasuke, after hearing Naruto's words, turned his gaze towards Shin, who was lying dead against a rock. With a serious expression, Sasuke spoke in a low voice, "Following Itachi's will... You didn't understand anything about him."
Meanwhile, Chocho excitedly approached Sarada. "Sarada, so much strength! It's incredible," she exclaimed in admiration, but then noticed something that surprised her even more. "Sarada, your eyes... you have eyes just like your dad!" Sarada looked down at her hand, still feeling the power of the newly awakened Sharingan, and narrowed her eyes, silently pondering.
At that moment, Sakura came running and hugged Sarada tightly, tears in her eyes. "You do nothing but worry me. I'm so glad you're okay," she said, hugging her even tighter.
"Mom... you crush me," Sarada replied with a small smile.
"Sorry," Sakura replied, letting go of her but staying close.
A few hours passed, and Naruto's group could be seen leaving the cave. Naruto called out to Boruto, who nimbly jumped towards them. Sasuke, for his part, summoned a falcon and sent a message to Konoha to coordinate the transfer of Shin's clones. A few hours later, the Konoha shinobi arrived and began to take the clones away.
In a new scenario, Shin's clones find themselves in an office, where a figure with blue-white hair, pale skin and snake eyes was speaking to them: "My name is Kabuto, and from now on, all of you will live in this facility," Kabuto said with a calm smile, while the clones watched him with curiosity and some distrust.
Back at the entrance of Konoha, our team was heading back to the village. Chocho excitedly spoke to Sarada, "We went out to look for my dad, and we found yours!"
Sarada replied with a smile, "Are you going to keep looking for yours?"
Chocho made a thoughtful face before answering, "I'll have to make do with the one I have now."
As they walked, Chocho noticed two people at the entrance of the village: a blonde woman and a man with swirls on his cheeks and dark orange hair. "Where is my dad?" Chocho thought, looking around. Seeing the man, she ran up to him and placed her hand on his head, thinking to herself, "This is..."
"Chocho, you came looking for me," Choji said, surprised.
Ino, who was standing next to him, commented, " Hmm , this isn't the first time I've seen you like this, thinner."
Chocho watched Choji for a few seconds before realizing and shouting excitedly, "Father, it's a clan technique!"
Choji smiled and nodded, while Ino, with a smile, greeted Sasuke: "Hello, Sasuke. Long time no see."
Sasuke responded with a slight nod, while Sarada, with her glasses still rolled up in surprise, looked at the scene without saying anything. Sakura, for her part, placed her hand behind her head, not knowing what to think at that moment.
The scene changes to Orochimaru's lair. Karin, holding an umbilical cord, spoke: "This umbilical cord is not mine, it's Sakura's. I helped her give birth."
Suigetsu couldn't believe what he was hearing. "Karin, what...? How could we have made such a mistake?" he said, incredulously.
Karin, with a serious expression, added: "You'll have to go to Sasuke's house to apologize, and at the same time, bring Sarada some new glasses."
"Now why me?" Suigetsu protested.
Karin, annoyed, hit him and shouted: "Go away at once!"
The scene changes again, this time to Naruto's house, where Hinata was scolding Boruto, pulling his ear for leaving without warning. "Don't do that again, Boruto!" Hinata shouted while Naruto tried to calm her down, trying to change the situation with a nervous smile.
At Sakura and Sasuke's new house, they were serving each other a meal. Sakura, with a warm smile, commented, "You're obviously my daughter, Sarada. Don't be silly."
Sarada, while looking at her father, replied, "Forgive me too, Dad."
Sasuke, with a calm expression, said to her, "Don't worry, Sarada. You're just like me in that way."
The next day, Sakura and Sarada are seen saying goodbye to Sasuke at the entrance of Konoha. "When will you be back, Dad?" Sarada asked, her tone hopeful.
Sasuke didn't know what to say, and looked at her with an uncertain expression. Sarada lowered her head, feeling a little sad, but then Sasuke came over and hugged her tightly. A moment later, he let go of her and, with a soft smile, gave her a small smack on the forehead, a gesture that Sarada remembered from what her mother had told her when she was little. Sasuke walked away, while Sakura watched, expecting to receive the same gesture, but Sasuke just turned and continued on his way. Sakura was left a little downcast, although she understood that this gesture was special for Sarada.
__ A few days later, Naruto stood in front of a dead tree at the edge of a quiet field, his eyes fixed on the leafless branches that reached up towards the sky. The tree's bark was cracked, and there was no sign of life on its branches. Naruto was deep in thought, when suddenly he heard footsteps approaching.
"Here again, Naruto?" Shikamaru asked, approaching with his hands in his pockets.
Naruto turned his head to his friend and replied with a slight smile, "I wanted to try out the new fertilizer."
Shikamaru looked at the tree and commented, "It seems that even experts fail sometimes," he said, noting the dried-up state of the tree.
Naruto sighed and stroked the bark gently. "These are the trees that didn't disappear in the war. I want to heal them with my own hands."
Shikamaru nodded, understanding Naruto's sentiment. "Alright, but I hope you've prepared for the meeting with the kages from the other villages. The five kages are about to arrive."
"Yes, I'm ready," Naruto replied, straightening up as he looked away from the tree.
Meanwhile, at the ninja academy, Boruto's class was in the training area. The sound of the wind rustled through the trees as the students practiced vigorously.
"Do you want me to shut your mouth?" Iwabe shouted, his eyes filled with fury.
"That's what I'm asking you," Metal Lee replied in the same defiant tone.
They both gave each other angry glances before lunging at each other, starting a friendly but intense fight.
Wasabi, seeing the scene, approached Inojin and asked curiously, "Why are they fighting?"
Inojin, who was calmly observing the situation, replied, "They are arguing about who is the best kage."
Meanwhile, Boruto was at the shooting range, throwing shurikens with an air of boredom, not much interest. "The Kage conference is nonsense," he muttered. "They're only here for Shikadai's dad and my dad."
Shikadai, who was standing next to him, replied with a smile, "But Uncle Gaara always brings us gifts."
Inojin joined the conversation, approaching Boruto and Shikadai. "It's like a family reunion for you two," he commented with a wry smile.
At that moment, excited voices could be heard in the background. Boruto turned his head and saw Sarada accurately hitting the target with her shurikens. She was surrounded by her classmates, who were praising her.
"You're great, Sarada," Denki exclaimed, filled with admiration. "You're full of energy."
Sarada, with a determined smile, replied, "I've made up my mind. I'm going to become Hokage."
Namida shyly said, "That's amazing!"
Wasabi, placing a hand on Sarada's shoulder, added, "You can do it."
Chocho, with an amused smile, added, "You'll definitely be the Eighth Hokage!"
Sarada felt her resolve strengthen with the support of her friends.
Boruto, watching the scene without much interest, was gently pushed by Shikadai, who whispered mockingly, "Look who's serious."
Boruto, looking back at Sarada, commented out loud, "Are you not going to be a ninja anymore, Sarada? Did you catch something from the Seventh? You did cry after all," he said, laughing.
Everyone present turned their gaze to Sarada, who felt a vein pop out on her forehead in annoyance, but she didn't let the embarrassment get the better of her. Instead, she replied with a mocking smile, "What about you? You're still a child. I'm going to grow up."
Boruto, with a defiant expression, replied, "How am I a child, you little crybaby?"
Sarada, without losing her composure, said, "Look at you, you get angry at everything." She then placed her hand on her face, trying to contain her own anger.
"To mature, the first thing is to master a special jutsu," Boruto confidently commented, while making a sign with his hand. Suddenly, several clones appeared in a puff of smoke, jumping nimbly and throwing shurikens that hit the target with precision. Everyone present was impressed.
Sarada, not wanting to admit her surprise, replied, "So what if you got it right? You're still a child."
"But I got it right," Boruto insisted, with a satisfied smile.
Mitsuki, watching the interaction, quietly commented, "They sure do make a good couple."
Sarada and Boruto, blushing at the insinuation, replied in unison, "Of course not!"
Chocho, with a mischievous smile, approached and said, "Since you don't know, I'm going to tell you. Sarada has..." But before he could continue, Sarada quickly covered his mouth.
Intrigued, Boruto raised an eyebrow and looked at her curiously, though he tried to hide his interest.
Sarada and Chocho were chatting outside the training area behind the academy. The afternoon sun cast long shadows, while a gentle breeze rustled the leaves of the nearby trees.
"Why don't you tell everyone you have the Sharingan?" Chocho asked, a mix of curiosity and mischief in her voice.
Sarada looked at her friend and replied, in a more serious tone: "My mom told me to hide it, so that I wouldn't be attacked again. Besides, I'd rather master it completely before showing it to that fool," she said, referring to Boruto, while smiling in amusement.
Chocho, upon hearing her, thought to herself: There is the evil Sarada .
Returning to the present, Sarada added, "Chocho, I hope you can help me train after school."
Chocho replied with a lazy smile, "I'll be training with my dad, but why don't you ask your mom for help?"
"My mom is busy with the move, so I don't think I can," Sarada said with a hint of resignation.
Elsewhere, Sakura was looking at the boxes scattered around the new house, sighing as she thought, I should have put labels on each one . She lowered her head, feeling a little overwhelmed.
At the entrance to the Hokage's office, a reporter was explaining the Kages' conference for television. The crowd gathered, excited to see the leaders of the five great nations.
At a nearby cafe, Denki, Iwabe, and Metal Lee were heatedly arguing about who was the best kage.
"Look at that!" Iwabe exclaimed, pointing at the television just as the kages began to arrive. Lightning struck from the sky, and from the flash emerged the Fifth Raikage, Darui, of Komogakure. Iwabe and Metal Lee's eyes filled with admiration as the other kages arrived one by one.
From a thick fog appeared the Sixth Mizukage, Choujuro, of Kirigakure. Then, from the ground a giant of rock emerged, revealing the Fourth Tsuchikage, Kurotsuchi, of Iwagakure. Finally, a sandstorm announced the arrival of the Fifth Kazekage, Gaara, who walked with a firm step towards the Hokage building. The presence of the kages imposed respect and admiration on all present.
Back at the academy, Boruto walked with a mischievous smile towards a paint shop. In his mind, he imagined the faces of the kages covered in paint, laughing in amusement at the thought.
In another scene, Sarada arrived at her new home, opening the door with renewed energy. "I'm here!" she exclaimed, leaving her shoes at the entrance.
"Welcome," Sakura replied as she searched through the boxes, a little frustrated.
"What are you looking for, Mom?" Sarada asked, approaching curiously.
"I'm looking for the photo your father and I took," Sakura replied, as she continued to rummage through the boxes in a somewhat desperate manner.
Sarada laughed in amusement and, taking a framed photo out of her backpack, placed it on a shelf. "Look, Mom," she said proudly.
Sakura looked at the photo and smiled at the image of herself, Sarada, and Sasuke together. "Why did you take her?" she asked with a mix of surprise and tenderness.
"I took it because it was important. Plus, I had it framed," Sarada explained with satisfaction.
"Good thinking, Sarada," Sakura said, admiring her daughter's initiative.
Sarada started to leave the house when Sakura asked her, "Aren't you going to help me?"
"I'll help you when I get back," Sarada replied, smiling before leaving.
Later, Sarada was training with Chocho in a clearing in the forest. Chocho threw her fist, which grew in size thanks to her special jutsu, impacting the ground with a deafening boom.
"Wait, Chocho, I wasn't ready!" Sarada exclaimed, dodging the attack.
"I'm helping you, don't complain," Chocho replied, as she attacked again. Sarada activated her Sharingan, seeing Chocho's movements clearly, dodging the blow and quickly counterattacking. However, Chocho managed to hit her, but Sarada disappeared in a puff of smoke. Chocho noticed this and looked towards a nearby tree, where Sarada was standing on a branch, making a cross-shaped hand sign.
"The Sharingan can copy jutsu," Chocho commented, impressed.
Sarada nodded, but suddenly, her vision blurred and she lost her balance, falling off the branch.
"Sarada!" Chocho screamed, alarmed.
Just before Sarada hit the ground, a figure appeared and caught her in midair.
"Sensei... Konohamaru," Sarada murmured, recognizing her savior.
"I was wondering who was training here," Konohamaru said with a smile, as he helped her to her feet.
A few minutes later, Sarada, now recovered, stood in front of Konohamaru with a serious expression. "Konohamaru-sensei, could you tell me what you know about the Sharingan?"
"About the Sharingan, huh... Well, since you're from the Uchiha clan, it's understandable that you want to know. Listen carefully, Sarada," Konohamaru began. "The Sharingan has three main functions: one, it provides superior kinetic vision; two, it can copy the structure of jutsus; and three, it's a powerful genjutsu."
Sarada nodded, absorbing every word.
"It's amazing, Sarada," commented Chocho, who listened to the conversation in amazement.
Konohamaru continued, "However, although the Sharingan has great abilities, it consumes a considerable amount of chakra."
Sarada muttered to herself, "That explains the dizziness..."
"What did you say, Sarada?" Konohamaru asked, noticing her comment.
"I didn't say anything," Sarada replied, laughing nervously.
Chocho approached Sarada and said, "You're one step closer to being Hokage, Sarada."
"Are you thinking about being Hokage?" Konohamaru asked, joining the conversation.
"Yes, I want to be Hokage," Sarada replied with determination.
"Then it seems we'll be rivals. I want to be Hokage too. I've admired Naruto since I was little and I've been honing my skills to catch up with him," Konohamaru said, smiling.
Sarada confidently replied, "I won't let them win."
"This won't be easy. I have Boruto and Sarada as rivals," Konohamaru commented, with a light laugh.
"But that fool says he doesn't want to be Hokage," Sarada added, frowning.
"Are you sure?" Konohamaru replied, arching an eyebrow. Both Sarada and Chocho looked at him curiously. "He might resent being seen as just the Hokage's son, but as the grandson of the Third Hokage and raised by him, I know what that's like."
Sarada, her fists clenched in determination, exclaimed, "Then I'll fix his bratty attitude."
Konohamaru nodded in approval, then looked at Chocho and said, "As the daughter of one of the Ino- Shika -Cho members, you also understand what responsibility means."
Chocho, while eating a chip, nonchalantly replied: "No, not at all."
Sarada and Konohamaru looked at her, not knowing what to say, as Chocho spoke again, "It's time for my training, I'm off." Sarada looked at her with a grateful smile and thanked her.
But somewhere else in the abandoned factory was shrouded in shadows, a place where the echo of footsteps resonated eerily. Boruto, sitting on his throne, watched with a crooked smile. Behind him, Shin's six clones stood silently, dark, complex seals inscribed on their bodies, glowing faintly in the dim light.
In Boruto's mind, a sinister satisfaction crept in. 'Looks like I'll have to wait to hone my subordinate,' he thought, his eyes flashing with a cruel glint. 'But that doesn't matter for now... what I really want is to observe that meeting of the Kages and find out what information they're hiding.'
With cold determination, Boruto activated his Doujutsu. And his eye took on a dark, terrifying hue as his vision extended beyond the factory walls, as if he were stripping the world of its secrets. The walls were no longer a barrier to him, and his gaze slid like a shadow through the obstacles, advancing mercilessly towards the office where the Kages were meeting.
The air in the factory felt heavy, charged with a malicious energy. Boruto, now completely enveloped in his power, reveled in the control he had over Shin's clones, puppets at his disposal. There was not a hint of remorse in his expression, only cold resolve and an insatiable desire for power.
The Kages were gathered in a room lit by the dim light filtering through the windows. Shikamaru closed the door firmly and said, "From here on, it's private." At the round table, the Kages waited with serious expressions. Naruto, standing by the window, watched the village with a distant look.
Shikamaru broke the silence: "It's time to get to the important stuff."
Gaara was the first to speak, his tone calm but serious: "I don't see Sasuke."
"They say he's on an important mission," Darui replied, crossing his arms.
Naruto turned his head towards them and, with a worried expression, said, "Sasuke has already left. The situation doesn't seem very favorable," as he slowly approached the table.
Gaara stared at him, "What do you mean, Naruto?"
"Our world is in danger. The crises and battles we believed in the past may return," Naruto replied seriously.
Kurotsuchi frowned and asked, "Can you explain in more detail?"
Naruto continued, "The case of Nue, created by Danzo Shimura, and Shin Uchiha, whom I faced... both mentioned abilities and appearances related to another world."
Boruto, who was watching the scene from afar using his Dōjutsu, felt a chill run through his body upon hearing his father's words. His surprise was only surpassed by growing excitement.
The Kages murmured in shock, "Another world?"
"I remember Sasuke's mission was to investigate other worlds," Darui chimed in. "Is this related to what we're talking about?"
Naruto nodded, "Kaguya, who Sasuke and I sealed a long time ago, had a powerful army. The White Zetsus, used by Madara, caused us a lot of trouble. I was worried that Kaguya, being so powerful, had created an army."
"Didn't he create them because he was afraid of ninjas?" Darui asked.
Naruto shook his head, "We already verified that the Zetsus were created before ninjas existed."
"That's incredible… and if so, for what purpose?" Choujuro asked in amazement.
Naruto replied firmly, "From the information we have obtained so far, beings capable of threatening Kaguya herself could appear in our world."
The Kages exchanged incredulous glances, while Boruto, still spying, smiled with a mix of excitement and malice, eager to face those beings.
In the office, Sai, who had remained silent, spoke up, "Can you think of another explanation, Darui?"
Gaara, his tone dark, commented, "Investigating something so important without the rest of us finding out... there's definitely no one to beat them."
Shikamaru added, "I was the one who suggested leaving them alone until we had proof."
Choujuro expressed his concern: "But something like that... no matter how much peace there is, the wounds from the last war have not yet healed. How will we explain it to the people?"
"I get tired just thinking about it," Darui sighed.
Kurotsuchi commented, with a note of caution: "As long as it is a hypothesis, I don't think it is a good idea to spread concern."
"The idea is that the future will be happy," Naruto said, remembering Sasuke's words. The Kages were thoughtful.
"How long until those enemies arrive?" Darui asked uneasily.
"We don't know... months, years..." Sai replied seriously.
"This is bad," Darui muttered.
Choujuro added: "I hope they come in our generation, because the next ones..."
Naruto interrupted, his tone defiant, "What does that mean?"
The Kages, except Gaara, closed their eyes, as if carrying an uncomfortable weight. Kurotsuchi finally broke the silence: "The level of those below us is lacking."
"It's not like before, when the five countries were in constant tension. The lack of youth power is a problem for all villages," Darui added.
Choujuro mused, "Maybe that Shin wasn't so wrong... wars make ninjas grow."
Kurotsuchi nodded: "Our ninja alliance won the war because we were united, but no one guarantees that the next generations will win. So, if we don't crush those guys while we're still active, we'll be in danger."
Darui, with a bitter smile, said, "Why don't you speak your mind, Gaara?"
Gaara calmly and seriously stood up from his seat: "What generation hasn't said that it's not worse than the previous one? Right, Naruto?"
Naruto, with a calm smile, nodded.
A few minutes earlier, Boruto had been running in the faces of the Kages, with Sarada close behind.
"I will not allow you to insult the Kages!" Sarada shouted with determination.
"What's wrong with it? The Hokage is old, disgusting and boring!" Boruto replied mockingly.
Sarada, without losing her composure, replied, "For the Hokage, the entire village is his family."
"This is why I don't like Hokages. Besides, that's just bullshit," Boruto said with contempt.
Naruto, with a thoughtful expression, said, "Not every fight is a war. Fighting or competing with each other is what makes you better. Think about it carefully, doesn't it remind you of something?"
The Kages pondered for a few minutes, and Naruto continued, "Of course our era of war is not like this war, but I believe that they are no weaker. They may be small, but one day they will be ninjas that will surpass us. We believe that many of these fresh, green shoots can grow in this village."
But by that time, Boruto had tricked Sarada and painted the Kages' faces with insults like "fool" and "filthy dad." An enraged Sarada chased after him while Boruto laughed in amusement.
In the meeting office, a shinobi hurriedly came in and said, "Seventh, it's terrible, the Kages' faces have been painted!"
Naruto ran out of the room and onto the balcony, seeing the insulting scribbles. With his eyes rolled back in disbelief, Boruto, with a hand on his head, muttered, "My image was damaged, damn it."
Back with the Kages, Naruto, enraged, exclaimed, "That fool!"
Shikamaru, with a wry smile, put a hand to his head.
Darui, watching the scene, commented, "Maybe one day they'll be ninjas who surpass us," while an angry Sarada called Boruto a "cheater."
Boruto, laughing, replied, "I cheated, but it turned out great!"
Sarada, with a serious expression, took out a kunai and began to cut the rope holding Boruto.
Boruto, alarmed, shouted: "This is going too far!"
Sarada coldly replied, "But it turned out great."
"If that's what you want...", Boruto muttered, activating his " Oiroke no Jutsu" (Sexy Technique).
Sarada blushed at the sight of Boruto's jutsu and, enraged, shouted: "I'm going to kill the creator of that technique!"
Boruto, hanging from the rope, continued laughing: "Rot you!", enjoying the situation.
Mitsuki, watching the scene from a distance, commented quietly, "I still think they make a good couple."
Sarada, even angrier, cut the rope faster, while Boruto continued to laugh.
A few minutes later, the Kages returned to the office to discuss other matters, their faces showing a mix of irritation and concern. Boruto, on the other hand, was standing in front of his father, Naruto, who was scolding him severely.
"Boruto! What were you thinking?" Naruto exclaimed in frustration, his eyes filled with disappointment.
Boruto, showing no remorse, simply shrugged and muttered, "I was just having fun."
"This is no joke! Go and clean the Kages' faces, now!" Naruto ordered, pointing towards the exit. Boruto nodded slowly, not losing his defiant attitude, as he made his way towards the Kages' faces to begin cleaning.
Sarada, still furious, followed closely behind him, shouting angrily, "I can't believe you did something so stupid, Boruto! You always have to draw attention to yourself in the worst possible way!"
Boruto, perched on the rope in front of the enormous stone-carved faces, began to rub at the paint with a mixture of annoyance and resignation. "There, there... it's not that bad," he muttered, his face showing a malicious smile as he remembered the chaos he had caused.
Sarada, however, did not let her guard down. "It's that bad! Don't you understand the responsibility you have as the son of the Hokage? This isn't just a game, Boruto," she said harshly.
Mitsuki, watching the scene from a safe distance, couldn't help but smile slightly, amused by the dynamic between his two friends. There was something about Boruto's chaotic energy that always entertained him. "It seems like the fun never ends with you two," he commented in his usual calm tone.
Boruto, without stopping his work, cast a quick glance at Mitsuki and replied with a mischievous smile, "It's just that Sarada needs to relax a bit. Maybe she should try it sometime."
Sarada, with a serious expression and a frown, crossed her arms and looked at Boruto disapprovingly. "This isn't a game, Boruto! Stop taking everything so lightly!"
Boruto, as he continued cleaning, couldn't help but reply sarcastically, "Yeah, yeah, whatever you say, Captain Sarada."
Mitsuki, enjoying the exchange, jokingly added, "I still think they make a good couple."
Sarada glared at Mitsuki, but he only smiled wider, clearly entertained by the situation.
As Boruto continued to remove the paint, Sarada remained angry and yelled at him, showing her disapproval. Mitsuki, for his part, watched them with amusement, enjoying the dynamic between the two.
At the abandoned factory, Boruto deactivated his Dōjutsu as he stood up from his throne and began to slowly walk towards Shin's clones. His voice, deeper and full of evil, echoed throughout the place: "It seems that their creator was partly right, but he was also wrong. The problem with ninjas who cannot grow is simple: when people are cornered on the edge of the precipice, they become upset and do not know what to do. The only thing they can do is follow their survival instinct, but many get lost along that path. However, there is another path, simpler but also more complicated. The children who leave this village have the choice to be ninjas or not to be," Boruto said with amusement, as the clones glared at him . "But you see, if you eliminate that selection and have 5-year-olds train in genin teams, they can grow tremendously. And if you always instill in them that power is the path to peace, those children will grow up to become renowned shinobi. Don't you think?" Boruto laughed in amusement, watching the clones who continued to glare at him angrily.
"They can't seem to talk," Boruto said before performing a hand sign, allowing the clones to communicate. One of them shouted, "Let me go and I'll kill you!" Another repeated the same, but another, with a tone of curiosity, asked, "Why are you doing this? Why are you telling us your things?"
Boruto looked at him curiously and replied, "Because I'm a little bored, besides, what I told you is just an idea." Shin's clone looked at him even more furiously and asked, "What do you plan to do with us?"
Boruto watched him coldly and replied, "I'm going to transform one of you into my subordinate, the rest will die. But the one who lives will gain astonishing power. Are you excited?" Boruto spoke with amusement, as the clones began to feel fear in their hearts, knowing that their fate was sealed.
