This crystal ball apparently has the ability to determine a person's attribute when they touch it. By the way, it doesn't recognize the Holy attribute. According to Ante, that's because Holy isn't a natural attribute that makes up the world; it's more like a curse that was created by the human race. So it makes sense that it wouldn't show up.
A person's magic attribute is influenced by their lineage, species, and the environment in which they were raised.
