(In Norse Myth, Sindri is the dwarf who made Mjolnir. It had a short handle because Loki in the form of a fly strung Brok on the eye when he was working the bellows causing the handle of Mjolnir to snap in half.)
As Jack continued to release a beam of pure dark fire into the Dragon Forge, Brok turned over to him as they didn't need him to fire his fire into the Drago Forge the entire time. Even for a Dragon that would be very annoying so the forge just needed enough fire to keep it going.
"HEY! Fire up that forge for another minute or two. You can stop after that."
'Got it.'
Through his Draconic Aura, he entered the thought into everyone present. Sindri and Brok shook their heads a little as Jack's mental voice in his Dragon Form was very loud. Brok even grumbled about it.
"Gah, my ears are rining."
Sindri on the other hand shook it off. He turned to Baldur who didn't have a Divine Weapon like his brothers.
"Baldur, do you want these gauntlets to be traditional or modern."
Baldur thought about it before he decided to take a leap of faith.
"Modern, show me some of the craftsmanship of the dwarves. Give me some Magic Tech."
Sindri was almost giddy.
"Understood, Brok you ready?"
"Yeah, yeah, I'm ready. LIZARD BOY, WE GOT ENOUGH!"
As Jack stopped breathing fire he exhaled a toxic mist from his nose before he glared at Brok.
"I am no lizard."
Brok waved him off.
"Dragons are just lizards with wings, why you getting mad at the truth"
Jack began to growl as he really didn't like being called a lizard. Realizing that Brok had been pushing his buttons, Sindri gulped.
"BROK!"
Brok then remembered the age-old rule to not piss off the dragon that was lightning your forge. Particularly rude dwarves had been turned to ashes before when they pushed the buttons of the dragon they had hired.
"Ah, crap. I really need to shut up."
Jack squinted his eyes as part of him wanted him to blast Brok into ash for his lizard comments, but the logical part of him told him no. Even still, his nature as an Evil Dragon made his negative aspect even stronger than his logic.
Just as his Draconic instincts began to prevail Moka ran into the chamber. When she reached him she jumped onto his head in front of his right eye. As she stood on his gigantic head, she smiled at him.
"Jack, I am here. Just focus on me."
She smiled at him which made him start to calm down. As Azazel put it, she had a natural charm on Dragons that certain individuals had. They were called Dragon Tamers much like Asia Argento. It calmed the more violent aspects of Dragons and made them more likable to Dragons.
He took a deep breath as he finally calmed down. It was tough being a Dragon, even harder to be an Evil Dragon with Fallen, Godly, and Heroic Blood that made everything even more chaotic. After a few more minutes when he pushed back his malevolent thoughts he exhaled.
"I am back."
Moka smiled as she jumped off his face and landed on the ground.
"I am glad you are back to your normal self."
He began to revert to his human form causing his massive body to begin to shrink down. As he reverted, Baldur glared at Brok.
"This is why you dwarves are not supposed to piss off dragons. You and your lack of filters have resulted in some of your smiths being turned to ash."
Sitri had to agree.
"This happens more times than you can count. It is why we don't bring dragons here too often. He can't shut up."
Brok grumbled as the last dragon they had here, Fafnir a couple of decades ago had lost his patience and almost torched Brok just as Jack almost had. It cost them double the treasure they had paid for Fafnir to spare Brok's life.
As for Jack, now that he was calm again and in his human form, he walked back out of the chamber. As he walked past the dwarves he turned to Brok.
"I was going to do this for free, but now I want a ton of gold and precious gems for my fire."
Sitri smiled.
"Understood, I apologize on his behalf. I will get you exactly that and more from Brok's personal stash."
Brok snarled.
"DAMN IT! FINE! Damn greedy liz-"
Before Brok said anything else, Rossweisse waved her hand and she muted him. Brok continued to mouth off, but no sound came out. He started screaming at her, but nothing came out. Sindri smiled at the peace and quiet that wouldn't last.
"While I would like this to be the new normal, I do need him to talk."
Rossweisse removed the mute spell and Brok was about to launch into a tirade of yelling. However, Sindri got him on the right track.
"Focus, Brok. It is like you work to piss off Dragons."
"Fine, fine. We ain't got all day. Same as when we made old red beard's hammer?"
Sindri nodded.
"You work the bellows, I do the forging."
Brok walked over to the side of the forge and he fed his magic into the enchanted bellows. As he used them to stoke the fire, they fed magic-charged air into the flames causing Jack's fire to surge with power.
Sindri began to channel his magic into the Dragon Forge which caused the flames to rise to even higher temperatures. He grabbed the materials he had, which were five ingots of pure Mithril and one ingot of pure Adamantine.
He placed all five Mithril ingots into a large crucible which he stuck into the heart of the dark flames. Brok continued to stoke the flames as he had to continue without fail. Otherwise the end product would end up flawed like Mjolnir thanks to Loki.
As they did this, Sindir turned to Baldur.
"We need you to get ready."
Baldur nodded.
"Give me the word."
Jack, Akeno, Rossweisse, Moka, and Aya all watched on while the Dwarves worked. Jack snorted as he really got angry at all the lizard coments. Dragons really did not like to be called Lizards.
Aya glanced over at him before she patted him on the back.
"You ok now?"
He nodded.
"Yup. I am fine now, he just kept pushing the same button. It is a good thing that I am not like most Evil Dragons who are controlled by their instincts. Another Evil Dragon would have eaten him the first time."
Akeno smiled as she imagined the blue dwarf getting eaten.
"That would have been funny gone like a blueberry."
Rossweisse glanced over at her friend with a bit of worry.
"You can be really scary sometimes, you know?"
Akeno smiled with pride.
"I know."
Akeno was very different from the Akeno that Other Jack knew. That one had been through serious trauma, but this one had not. She had no shame in herself and said what was on her mind on her sleeve. Her power was nothing to scoff at either at a much younger age.
By the time she became 18, she would be leagues stronger. It made Jack happy so he placed his hand on her shoulder.
"Never change Akeno, that is what I love about you."
She beamed with happiness that the boy she liked said that.
"Thanks, it makes me happy to hear that."
While Jack and his girlfriends continued to talk, the dwarves began to work. Brok didn't stop stoking the fire and Sindri didn't stop feeding them his magic. As the Mithril melted into slag, he turned to Baldur.
"As soon as I pull it out, channel as much of your Divine Energy into the molten metal as you can. All at once."
Baldur began to charge up a massive amount of Divine Energy into the palm of his hand. Sindri grabbed a pair of large tongs which he used to reach into the forge to grab the crucible that held the molten metal.
"NOW!"
As he pulled out the Crusible, Baldur stuck his hand straight into the molten metal. The concentrated Divine Energy he gathered suffused the molten metal causing the blackened slag to begin to boil.
Baldur didn't even wince as he pulled out his hand which now had no bones.
"Ow."
Sindri wanted to hurl, but he didn't. That was actually going to be good as now the molten Mithiril had the flesh of the god who would wield it.
"That is so gross and so unsanitary."
Baldur's Divine Energy and flesh merged with the molten Mithril that had taken the dark properties of Jack's fire, it began to glow a purple rather than black. Sindri then stuck the crucible back into the heart of the forge which Baldur had not stopped stoking and he had not stopped feeding.
Once the molten metal was back, he grabbed the ingot of Adamantine and dropped it into the crucible. As that happened, the magic-resistant properties of Adamantine tried to resist melting, but Dwarves knew how to get around that.
He began to chant in the native tongue of the Dwarves to the metal which caused it to start melting. It began to mix with the Mithiril which was extremely magic-sensitive. As the two polar opposite metals began to melt together, Sindri began to add in the bones of Monsters that could use Light Magic.
The while he continued his chanting which caused the Adamantine, Mithiril, bones, Baldur's Divine Energy, and flesh to start to bubble widely. Sindri watched on for the right moment which he knew.
He pulled out the crucible with the metal he needed for the gauntlet. Once he pulled out the molten mixture he poured it into ingot molds as this was just the first step. As the purple glowing metal poured into the molds Baldur began to rub his hands together.
He was starting to get excited, but the process wasn't done yet. Once all the metal was poured out, they had enough metal for now a little less than five ingots. A part of the material vaporized or simply was eaten by the fire.
Once the molds were poured, Sindri nodded to himself.
"Alright, that is the first step. Now, we wait for these to harden and then we start doing the actual enchanting. We have some materials that won't lose out to what we used for Mjolnir."
Baldur did pay a lot so he was wondering what they had gotten.
"What did you get?"
Sindri smiled as he went on the explain in detail.
"A drop of sunlight from the first day of Summer, and a crystalized shard of when day and night meet."
Jack really wanted to know how they got all that. Then again they had made the strongest binding for Fenrir with the sound of a cat's footstep, the spit of a fish, the breath of a fish, the beards of women, the roots of mountains, and the sinew of a bear.
Dwarves could collect anything for material so he watched on with interest. When the ingots they had made turned solid, Sindri popped them all out to start the rest of the forging. Once they had the material that would become the gauntlets, Brok and Sindri returned to their posts.
Brok stoked the fire while Sindri charged the forge. For the next five hours, Sindri placed the ingots back in the forge before he brought them out for forging on his anvil. For hours the Dwarves worked at the ingots they made which began to take shape into a pair of gauntlets slowly.
Sindri was one of if not the best smith of the dwarves after hours of hammering away with the aid of his brother who kept the fires hot had finished his work. Now placed on top of the anvil were two modern gauntlets that almost seemed technological.
As Baldur had asked, Sindri had made them more magic tech rather than classical as others wished for. The gauntlets were pitch black with glowing purple veins flowing through them.
"Now, for the last part."
Brok now could stop stoking the fire as they were done with it. He grabbed his own hammer and he brought out the materials. A Drop of Sunlight from the first day of Summer and the Crystal of Day and Night meeting.
Brok held them in his hands before he blew on them causing their energy to suffuse into the gauntlets. He and Sindri gently hit the gauntlets with their hammers, but their magic caused the energy of the materials to fuse into the gauntlets.
They glowed brightly, but the mark of Jack's fire didn't leave. They still glowed purple, but Baldur didn't mind. Sindiri picked them up and he brought them over to Baldur.
"Your gauntlets. What will you name then?"
Baldur reached out and he took them into his hands. As he put them on, he felt his Divine Energy and his Divinity flow into the gauntlets with ease. Despite the Dark alignment of the flames made them, these were without question perfect.

Baldur turned to Jack who had been watching the whole time.
"Apophis is called the Primal Eclipse Dragon right? That is why you are called the Primal Eclipse Emperor."
Jack nodded.
"Yes, that is correct."
Baldur smiled as he punched his gauntlets together causing them to light up.
"Then I am calling these The Gauntlets Of The Abyssal Sun."
As soon as he named them, they bound themselves to himself. Baldur who had never had a weapon to call his own, now had one. Just like his brother Thor, he now had a godly artifact to call his own and they were incredible.
Baldur knew exactly what he wanted to do with these.
"Jack, fight me."
Jack began to grin as he was always up for a spar.
"Name the time and place."
Baldur knew the perfect place.
"Alfheim, the Dark and Light elves are fighting again so let's hit two birds with one stone. Might as well get their attention."
Jack was up for it.
"If you're up for another loss then let's go now. As soon as I get my compensation."
Brok grumbled as Sinidri smiled.
"Right away."
He ran into the house to collect what Jack had asked for. As for Jack and Baldur, well they were going to have one of their usual fights and now that Baldur had a weapon, it would be even more brutal.
Rossweisse, Akeno, Aya, and Moka sighed as these two Sworn Brothers liked nothing more than to fight. That and to drink which when the Aesir was involved, was all they did. Drink and fight which is why Jack had so many friends among them.
They were quite curious about what Baldur's new Gauntlets could do and so was he. It was time to test them out in a real fight.
