Everything was going well with the schools, Niru and me. Our Gang started to grow a little larger. We ll eat lunch in our school garden where we ll dispose the vegetable waste under a tree which ll act as a natural decomposer. One day while Niru was talking to me a girl named Christy showed up to us asking Are you Niru. Niru asked what's the matter why are you asking? This is what I liked the most in Niru. She never answers until it's needed. Chris said I heard her dad is a cop and I came for a help. Later Niru told her yea it's me what help you want. She started saying something and the lunch bell rang. Still I asked her if she is hesitant that I'm here but she said nothing like that and asked to leave it. Niru said well, reach out if you wanna say and we vacated that place. After 2 weeks I was again late for school and was waiting near Principal's room and I saw Christy in there being restlessly standing facing HM. I wasn't eavesdropping but then the voice tone reached out to me and this is what I heard..
HM: You failed in 4/5 subjects and I would like to know the reason?
Christy: Chooses to remain calm😒
HM: If you don't speak up then you will have to bring your parents
Christy: I don't know why I'm unable to memorise my lessons.
HM: well then how did you manage to top the maths subject?
Christy: My parents did not fought that day and mom helped me with the exam syllabus.
HM: the entire room was of pin drop silence.
With no further conversation she asked HM if she can leave and left the room unnoticing I was there. Later, I entered the room asking if I may come in.
I saw that principle was disturbed mentally by the statement given by Christy. I asked excused and left the room and to my surprise I was excused with no argument.
I was sharing this with Niru and she said may be this could be the reason that Christy would have approached us. We took it light and it's us who need to help her.
Later that evening after school… ahemmm..!!
