CHAPTER FOTRTY-SEVEN
A man stood facing her from behind, shirtless, clearly in the middle of dressing.
"Oh no, wrong door!" Cherry whispered under her breath.
She quickly turned to leave, but his voice sliced through the air.
"Hey, wait!"
He turned around to face her.
"Don't act like you didn't mean to walk in here on purpose," Rafael's voice had a mocking edge, "and stop pretending like you're not dying to check out my bare chest."
The moment Cherry heard his voice, surprisingly, she recognized him.
"You!" she exclaimed, her temper flaring.
She spun around and, much to her annoyance, saw that he was still half-naked.
She squeezed her eyes shut, turned back to the door, and fumbled with the handle.
"Who said I came in here on purpose?" she shot back with sharp words.
