As the taxi pulled up to AY Hotels, Mingwa couldn't help but notice the hotel's modest exterior. It was a three-star establishment, functional and within the movie's budget. The lobby was clean and modest, with simple furnishings and a few plants struggling to thrive.
They approached the receptionist, who was focused on her computer screen. "Hello, we're here under TXT Entertainment," Sihua said, her tone professional. "Could you please show us to Kim Mingwa's room?"
The receptionist looked up briefly, her expression impassive, and began typing on her keyboard. "I'll check that for you."
Mingwa shifted nervously, glancing around the lobby. She hoped her room would reflect her status as the female lead, even in a budget hotel. However, when the receptionist turned back, she seemed indifferent. "Ms. Kim, I have your room assignment here. If you'll follow me, I can take you up."
